It is light enough but can still keep you warm, it's the best puffer coat out there, with nice shape and at an awesome price!

It is a very light jacket, the color is spectacular, even at first sight it looks thin, it perfectly meets its designation, for me it is simply perfect and beautiful.

I bought this coat for my 13 year old daughter and she just loved it. This coat could be for any age.

Perfect for outdoor activities. I bought this jacket to stay warm while hiking. It’s thin and not bulky but still very warm. I love the longer length to keep warm and covered too. Love the double direction zipper too.

I love my new coat! This jacket is so lightweight, but incredibly warm. Super comfortable with easy movement. I live in the Midwest and it is cold here, however the coat is amazing!

I've had this jacket for almost 3 months now and have been very happy with it. I live in the Northeast, while it hasn't been a terrible constant cold this year, we've had our fair share of temps in the single digits or lower esp with wind chill. I wear this jacket almost every day as my casual winter outerwear. It's warm and comfortable. I love the hood, thumb loops, pockets, and length (hits just above my knees). I also wear it as my post-gym jacket and as a result machine wash and dry it VERY frequently - at least 3x week! - and it's held up beautifully. I'm usually a size small in everything (5'3, 120 - petite, athletic build) but I upsized to a M to have flexibility for layers and bulky winter clothes and it's TTS, a little roomy but still defines my figure at the waist so doesn't look boxy.

I haven't worn this coat in very cold temps yet, but I like that it's not bulky. I have another Columbia coat that is similar, and this one doesn't seem to be of the same quality. I think it will serve its purpose and since I didn't pay a lot, I'm happy with it, but I wish the fabric seemed more durable.

I have this coat in green which I bought about 2 years ago and love it. I have been wanting it in black and finally bought it. Love how light weight it is yet keeps me very warm. The thumb hole sleeves are an absolute must for me and this coat has it.

I usually wear layered clothing in the winter but won’t have too anymore as this coat really kept me nice and toasty with it’s heat reflecting lining.

Love this jacket! Probably not for those temps under 20 but everything above is perfect! This is my first Columbia jacket and I was definitely not disappointed! I love that it's long enough to cover my bum and keep it warm! Great product! Thanks Columbia!!!

Great jacket all around. The color (Beet) red is very beautiful. Lightweight but keeps me warm with the omni-heat. The interior security pocket is a plus along with the longer length. The thumb holes make sure the sleeves of the jacket stay put. Always a good addition. Comfortable fit. Durable.

Would love to have this particular jacket in white! Very lite and comfy

Perfectly packable for carry-on & superlight for occasional use when traveling. Not a hardy, sturdy, thermal jacket for everyday use in MN.

My mother bought this jacket first. I wanted to steal it so I bought one too.

I have the color dark seas in size S. I'm 5.4, 125. It fits like other S jackets I own. I could wear an XS if I wanted sleeker fit as I'm usually a 2/4. I got my mother the noctural in size L, and she says it's "perfect". She's 5.9, usually a 10/12 and often has issues with sleeves being too short, but not with this jacket. We were both a little in-between the size chart. We love the color we each purchased and are true to the images we saw. The thumb-hole cuffs are great for extra hand coverage. I do wish the jacket had an internal collar too. Although the jacket is thin, it's warm. The Omni heat lining keeps the wind out and your body temperature in. So far been in 20-40's, wind, snow, rain. I also have two vests from last year with the Omni heat lining and love those too.

My wife loves this jacket so much that she bought the same exact thing after her first one eventually wore out. It lasted a very long time too!

I am M size but I always get my jackets a little bigger so I'll feel completely comfortable. I love this jacket, it's really warm, I was living in NYC and now I'm in DC, perfect for both cities. Plus it looks perfect with everything

I bought this coat based on the reviews. Coat is light weight and easy to pack. I have not used the coat on my trip yet but feel based on your customer support and reviews it will keep me warm and block the wind.

You can't get a warmest and lightest jacket, so convenient if you don't want those heavy clothes, beautiful colors and great quality.

I love this coat. It's so lightweight that I am comfortable anywhere with it. I usually wear small, but that fit a bit too snug. Medium fits great!

I love this jacket! Warm in the winter but functional for chilly spring and fall days also. Dress up or down. Perfect everyday jacket. I would have one in every color if I could! Love it!

I love that this coat is light weight but extremely warm. The more you move the warmer you get. The only problem I have is I ordered a size up because of other reviews stating this ran small and I disagree. It is a little bigger than I would have wanted but they no longer have a smaller size in black. I ordered a Large and the arms are a little longer and it fits loose in the bust and waist, other than that it is an awesome coat. I would buy it again.

Love this coat! I was looking for a compact coat that was warm and this fits the bill perfectly! I wanted something warm, but not bulky, so I can pack it when we travel. And this coat is as warm, if not warmer, than my bulky competitor's brand...and it folds up to almost nothing. Perfect for our trip to Alaska. I am 5' 8", 140 lbs, athletic build, and I bought the M to allow for any layering underneath. I have worn layered clothing (when temps were low 30's) and with just a shirt or sweater when warmer, and this size is perfect for me. I don't like things too tight so I can be active. Liked it so much, had to buy my daughter one. Highly recommend!
