awesome quality b/c I have the capris just like them but the pants (and I got the regular) are too short for me and I'm 5'7". Wish tall was an option. The size in other areas is good but I will return them.

I loved the cut and fabric but the legs were 3" too short, ( I am 6' 2"), so I had to return them. The hem was only 3/4" so no chance of turning it down and backing it, like I have to do with a lot of pants.

Based on reviews I ordered the pants in a large and an extra-large neither worked. The large was too small and the extra-large still did not fit well. In addition, the placing of the pocket was awkward.

Pant is basically flattering, but no pockets is a deal breaker for me. I did not notice that when I ordered it. Also, this pant was a bit short on me (5'10"). These are going back

Other reviews said these run big so I ordered a small....wrong! I had to return them because they were way too small - even tho I often do wear small. I reordered medium

These are not very stretchy and they are cut for women with hips. I am not very hippy so they didn't work. Perfect for pear shapes though!

These a versatile pants. My only complaint is the one thigh pocket. However they are very comfortable and flattering. They fit true to size. I am 5'3" 112 pounds and the S/P fits well overall.

I'm excited to find an affordable, slim fit technical trouser that has clean lines. I'm not a fan of baggy hiking pants. Excess fabric is not flattering or easy to pack. I am 5' tall and weigh about 115 lbs but have 37" hips so I decided on the size small in a short inseam. I found a perfect fit in terms of length and I wanted a slim cut so I'm happy with the trouser overall. However, the crotch seams are not the most comfortable and would've benefitted from a different type of construction. The trouser fabric definitely resists liquids and looks fine even after a full day's wear.

I love these pants...don't get me wrong...but a 30" inseam is too short for me and I am only 5'5". I SO wish they would make an option for a 32" inseam or greater - I would buy several pair. As it is I have to return them and am disappointed.

Pants ordered online do not fit the same as identical pants that I love purchased at a Columbia store .

I ordered a medium and found that it was too short. I also thought I might like it a bit looser as they looked like yoga pants. I sent it back and ordered a large so am hoping I will like it better. The medium fit fairly well except it was just to short for me. I am 5'7" and usually wear an 8 or 10.

These are a great pair of pants for keeping out the snow and wind. Only thing I wish that had is a soft liner inside. This is solved easily by wearing yoga pants underneath. Have worn them running and cross country skiing this winter.. work great (again only light yoga pants underneath)! Temps 19 degrees (F) or higher.

I chose one size less to fit the body, but still it is loose and does not have a nice size

I really want to be able to wear columbia pants, but they don't fit my body type. Wish the material was more stretchy. I'm 5'3 and wear a 12 in most pants. I need an XL in these to be comfortable at waist. The material sticks out at the sides at the thigh. Probably works better on other body types.

I purchased the medium, my normal size in this pant without realizing the fit was active. I am usually a Medium in regular fit, but the active fit is way too small. My mistake, returned. quality is very good and will look great on someone smaller than me.

These pants are good quality, comfortable and true to size. However I like the boot cut version much better.

I will be traveling thru China in September for 4 weeks. It will be warm and rainy, so washability and quick dry are huge considerations. This fabric felt too heavy and too stiff and not like it would breath. Also not a nice drape. The fit is slim, which is nice, but makes the cargo pockets unusable for anything but a flat item. Were not what I was looking for so I returned them.

This is my third pair of these pants and i love everything about them. I recently placed an on line order and found they were a tighter fit than the last two pairs i have purchased. I'm 5'7' and 150 lbs. I buy the short length, they come to my ankle. I own one size medium and one large. The last pair i bought in medium i will return for a size large.

I ordered a pair of the black beauty skinny pants (these) and a pair of the black beauty straight leg pants. I ordered regular length in these, not short (and double-checked to be sure), yet these skinny pants are very short. I'm 5' 5", and the straight leg ones look like the same normal length of all my other straight leg pants, however I feel these skinny ones are about 2 inches shorter than they should be. So disappointing because I love everything else about them. I'm keeping them but will whine about the length to anyone who will listen.

I have worn these very same pants for over 2 years and it was time to get a new pair. However, after ordering the very same design and size (because I am still the same size) they were way too small. They were smaller in the waist circumference and in the length of the crotch. The quality was still as great. The length the same. So I regret that I had to return them.

I'm a size 14-18 depending on the brand. These were a tad too tight, but might have been okay if they hit in the right spot, but they hit too low to to be comfortable or flattering. The fabric was nice and would be great for outdoor activities. The leg opening at the bottom looks pretty much like it did in the picture.

Nice pants, the material is too stiff for me.

I'm going to try a medium instead of a small. I think I would like these pants better if they were just a bit roomier.

I didn't want a low rise legging and that is what these are so I had to return and pay for shipping, need better descriptions

I wanted to love these. I even took them home to try them on again at home, but my mirror at home didn't change the short length of these pants. They run very short. I am 5'8 and 140 lbs, but I can always buy pants off of the rack. Always. My height is in my torso so fitted dresses and swimsuits are my usual fit problem. Never pant length. Other than that pretty big problem the pants looked really nice on me especially from behind. I hope Columbia fixes this problem because I would love to own these pants.
