These pants are perfect for biking in hot weather.

I bought two pair of these 4 years ago and have worn them a lot. Overall my older pairs have held up really well for being worn so much. Time to get a couple new pairs and I am so happy they are still available and nothing has changed on them.

My most comfortable pants. I have several pairs! Would recommend for being at home and causal wear.

These pants are slimming and comfortable, really my new favorite pants now. I purchased a 6 short. I am 5'3" and around 135. I paid attention to a previous reviewer who said the "short" length covered her ankles nicely, which is usually a problem with the "short" length for me. They are a little stretchy, which I like. So light weight and comfortable with a good crotch rise fit. I got black and city grey. I like the grey better than I thought I would - not strictly grey, but nice color. I like the little bit of pocket that I can use to carry my keys or supplements needed for later in the day. True, a cell phone of any size would not fit in that little pocket.

These are my favorite pants. Super comfortable, they feel like pajamas but don’t look like it. Very lightweight. I’m 5’3, 115 pounds. I got a 2R. Probably could have gotten the short version, but I like them a little longer.

I believe I had to replace the size 8 with a 6. Even though the size chart is the same for every style, the fit is different. I really don't know for sure if it's true to size or not but probably correct. Regardless, the quality of Columbia's clothing is always the best. Returns and exchanges are super easy to do. I absolutely love to order anything from this company because you are always well taken care of and shipping is fairly fast. Nice sales as well. Thank you Columbia.

I just got these pants in the mail today and I instantly loved them. They are light weight and very stretching material. I got the Light elk color and the color is not as vibrant as pictured. I'm 5'7, weigh 180 and got a size 12. They fit perfect. I recommend getting the next size up if you want the pants looser on the thighs and bottom.

Extremely comfortable, a lot of play and lots of room in the pant. I would definitely buy this again!

I bought these pants based on the reviews because I thought the photos were a little unflattering...luckily, the reviews were right. I wish I never had to put on anything else. Buying pants online is always dicey because I'm 5'4 and 145# with strong legs and hips if you know what I mean...I'm no supermodel but considerably fit. These pants are built to last! Just like me! ;)

The perfectly named "Just Right" pants are made with a light weight fabric that stretches out for comfort then springs back for good looks. They wash and dry beautifully. I would like to have one more pocket, anywhere on the pants. They only have one and that is located on the left thigh. What makes for a great silhouette means they are less practical. Otherwise a super pair of pants I will be wearing them all summer for hiking, golfing and sailing!

Very comfortable for all day wear. Resistant to water so when I got caught out in rain while walking it was great.

This is a lightweight extremely comfortable pant with protection from the sun as well as the elements. Great to wear on a hike or just lounging at home.

I have multiple pairs of these pants. They look great and wear very well. They are light weight, but not flimsy. They wash beautifully and dry without wrinkles. These pants are perfect for transitioning between casual and dress. I highly recommend them to all.

Love the fit and so comfortable

Love these pants, I actually ordered three pairs of pants because I will usually only buy pants in stores because of such a range and fit. The fit is very good and comfortable and I love the stretchy material. The two other pants I purchased Did not fit as expected, they ran small. These pants are durable and well-made, and as I said earlier, very comfortable. I love them so much I bought a second pair in a different color.

Perfect fit in a most comfortable pant. Only con is that it sits a littl lower on the hips than others.

I love these pants...my second pair. I'm 5'9 and the length is perfect. 135lbs and the 6 fit great. I just wear them as a casual pant to run errands and practically live in them.

This product's name fits it best!! The Just Right straight leg fit pants are perfect in every way. I am short and it is wonderful to be able to get these pants in short. They are comfortable and wear very well!! I like having the pull line at the ankle to adjust leaving them normal or pulling them tight. I now own four pants in different colors and would highly recommend !!

I buy a pair of these every couple years. They are perfect for hiking, rain or shine, and in mild NC winters I can put these on over long underwear and be comfortable. The fabric does fade and get picked over time, but when they are newer they look nice enough for casual outings. I buy a size larger than I usually do and they fit well.

I first purchased a pair of these pants for a 10 day backpacking trip around the Glacier Peak Wilderness in Washington State. It was my first backpacking trip (last summer). What drew me to the pants was the minimal waistband. Most pants I had tried would cause pain where my backpack hip belt pushed into my hips. These pants lay smoothly over my hips, and I had no tender areas. I also like the stretchy fabric. I had to do some pretty extreme bushwhacking up a steep mountainside, and I felt no restriction in the pant legs. Another great feature is the drawstring waist, and the drawstrings around the ankles. I will be setting out to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail in 2 months. If I lose weight, I'm confident the drawstring will still hold the pants up. And, as ticks are prevalent, the drawstrings at the ankles will further protect me. The only downside to this pant is the pocket on the thigh is pretty worthless. It's too small to use for anything but a credit card. However, I don't need the pocket anyway. These pants held up well on my Glacier Peak hike. I expect they will do just as well on my AT hike. For size reference, I am 5'7" 140lbs, and wear a size 4.

Very comfortable. Love the straight leg look. Very light fabric and very stretchy. Going to wear them all the time. Too bad couldn't find other color in my size.

These pants are awesome. Multi-purpose and super comfortable. I purchased my first pair around 7 years ago, and they still look great and fit well (even when my weight fluctuates because of the drawstring waist and fabric). They are a great pant to own if you need or want multi-functionality: hiking, yoga, over bike shorts on a cold day, or just hanging out. The black ones stay black, too, so they are perfect if you want a pair of pants that are versatile for travel. As a bonus, they are quite flattering, as well.
