These were my first New Balance tennis shoes. Wanted something to wear to exercise yet also wear to church on casual occasions. I found New Balance runs about a size bigger. So ordering from Zappos with their easy return policy was important. The shoes fit and are very comfortable. I recommend them for their style and their mid-range price. Ordering from Zappos was easy and will use them again.

My husband loves these shoes. He's a home inspector and on his feet all day long. They have made a tremendous in his comfort and foot health. We will always buy from Zappos and love the VIP program.

I enjoy walking, but generally find it difficult to find a comfortable walking shoe. These are an exception. I have developed a bunion, and thus am glad to find a wide width that fits so well. They are light, but very supportive. The color is a bit bright for my taste, but that is a small consideration given the comfort I experience while walking.

Great sneaker but runs small in length and width. My hubby really likes these well made light weight comfortable sneakers. I bought them for him in his original size 11ww and had to return them for a 12 ww. But it was worth it. He wore them on vacation in Aruba where it is hot and you do a lot of walking. Very good arch support. He did not have any foot pain complaints. Just order them bigger than usual. They also look youthful but not over the top.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them...comfortable to wear, lots of mesh to allow for lots of breathing for those stinky feet and super lightweight.

Looked good, fit great, long laces easy to tie. Will order again. By the way, fast delivery no extra charge.

I ordered these as a gift for my to be father-in-law and he absolutely loves them! The first pair I ordered were a little large, but Zappos was very easy to return and purchase a new pair. The new pair fits perfect. The shoes are even nicer in person than they appear online and I would highly recommend them!

These shoes fit beautifully. My husband has hardly had them off his feet since he first put them on. He has a very wide and hard to fit foot. Normally I order shoes and return them several times before finding the one that fits.

Great selection, great prices, great service, great everything. I've bought all my shoes in the last 3-4 years from Zappos and will continue to do so. Even if there's a size problem because some brands just run different, I've had absolutely NO PROBLEMS going back and forth and in a few cases I've had to exchange more than once. Bought one pair and then another immediately for a relative on their feet all day and did not want leather because of the weight. After he tried the first pair for several days he requested I order another pair -- now that is satisfaction.

I'm glad I took the reviews to heart and got a 1/2 size larger. They fit me perfectly and were comfortable right out of the box.

I chose this shoe for daily walks, and have been very happy. Light and comfortable, the shoes also breathe very well. I did have to return the first pair and order one a half size bigger (a problem I haven't had with New Balance before).

They are very good for what they are. Probably a little tighter at first but soon stretched to fit.I kept these but ordered another pair a 1/2 size larger and I thought they were just about perfect.

Nice shoe, but definitely a smaller sole and width than I have come to expect from New Balance 4E-width shoes.

Good-looking shoe, at half the price of my last pair. Fit is slightly tighter, but I've only had these a day. Ordered on Wednesday, they were at my door the next day via free shipping, impressive!

These shoes would have been perfect if it were not for the width. My husband always wears a medium width, but these were too narrow, so they must run that way. He has asked to be notified when the larger width in the same shoe becomes available. Zappos customer service is extremely helpful in handling returns and answering questions.

The shoe length is on the short side, this combined with the height of the toe box being short, results in cramping of my toes. I have flat feet so I don't want any arch support - it just hurts my feet. But I'll keep trying, we"ll find the right shoe. I think the free shipping both ways is great! And having plenty of time to try out the shoes inside my home has made me a customer for life!

I ordered a 9 1/2 W, which is my size with the Reebok Walker, my usual shoe for years. The New Balance was a bit short. I returned it for size 10 W. The new shoe fits well and I am happy with it. Zappos service, both delivery and return, was excellent and fast. I am very happy with that.

These are my hot-weather walkers because they allow my feet to breath and they are lightweight. However, they do not give as much support as my year-round NB walkers constructed with more leather.

These shoes are as advertised. They do not feel quite as good as other ones that I have, but they are still pretty good.

Very comfortable shoe, runs small. I wear a 14 in NB but needed a 15 in this for some reason. Zero break in period, not a lot of arch support though. Aside from the limited arch support, my only issue is the construction (gluing) on the back heel looks a little suspect. I can see the glue and also see that there are spots that aren't quite glued solidly. I need a great pair of shoes to walk in for a trip to Disney (which these have fulfilled nicely) or I might have sent them back due to the glue issue.

These shoes are comfortable, breathable, and fit nicely. I walk/hike several miles a day, and these do the job very well.

NB shoes have generally work with my feet and I was looking for a lighter shoe that still offered support. These are a very comfortable and lightweight. I was initially put off by the [now] typical space-themed styling but they blend well with blue jeans and aren't too garish. So far they have been great. Had one longer walk (beyond an hour) where I felt a blister coming on but they're still kinda new so can't tell if they need more breaking in. The only downside here in Seattle is that the mesh offers zero water protection, so only for dry days.

Just what I expected. Fits well and very comfortable. I use a Superfeet insert from my old sneakers which works well.
