I got two of these on sale. They feel great. If I go for a walk in the forest and sweat it gets stinky quickly with the characteristic smell of polyester, not appealing at all.
I dilute baking soda in water and sprayed on the armpit area of the shirt...like new, in particular that the rest of the item is clean and I only put it on for less than two hours.

My second Feedback Flannel- fits a bit small, I'm afraid to wash it because if it shrinks at all I won't be able to wear it. I love the first one I got, and in large part for the fit. Hoping this is a one-off.

Quality of the shirt was great. Maybe a bit heavier than i expected. I ended up returning it because the torso length was too long. Fit well it arm length. I'm 5-9, 170. If the fit was better I'd say 4-5 stars.

I bought 3 of these last year because O loved the fit feel color and pattern. This year I bought one due to pattern and colors. Unfortunately the cut is smaller than last years. It's tighter in the arms and chest and yes I bought Larges the same size.

This shirt is super soft, thick, warm, and comfortable. My only disappointment is that I had to buy a L instead of a M. I consider myself a true medium, 6ft, 170lbs. I wear medium in other OR shirts. However, the medium in this shirt was tight across my shoulders/lats when I reached down or forward with both hands. I had to buy a large so I wouldn't feel constricted there, but then I have lots of useless cloth around my midsection. I still love the shirt I just wish it fit a little better.

I love OR products and promote their clothing and gear whenever possible. This shirt is nice, the quality of fabrics and weight BUT...I am a true medium at 6' 160lbs, lean athletic build. The chest and shoulder fit well. The problem is the sleeves are long and really baggy in the biceps, you'd have to be built the the ultimate warrior to fill them! Even worse is the torso/waist of the shirt is made for a gut. I have no other way of describing it. Instead of a trim or even relaxed fit it's overly baggy. Summary: It will fit good if your have a skinny chest and shoulders with HUGE biceps, long arms, and a beer belly. Hmmm, maybe that's the current state of America.

This flannel is definitely warm. The description says that it performs like a technical layer which it definitely doesn't. It could use some stretch fabric. Sometimes I just want to be able to pull up my sleeves without having to unbutton and roll them up. When I try to pull these sleeves up, they stop at the cuff because there is no stretch. On the plus side, it looks great and is very soft and warm.

I'll start by saying that I'll start by sating, this shirt looks relatively nice and s a very contrasted color compared to other flannels I've seen from other companies. I purchased the blue and it looks seriously nice.
The fit is nice. I'm an XL with broad shoulders and a wide chest and I found this one fits better than the other OR flannels out there. Paired with an undershirt, and a wind jacket, you'll be kept fairly warm, especially if doing physical activity such as hiking.
My only problem is that the seams and stitchings is not as durable as their others. Rolling the sleeves has caused one of the sleeves to rip around the buttons twice.

I'm 6' 170lbs and the medium fits good through shoulders and sleeves but the hem is too long. Nice material though for a cold weather flannel shirt.

If you are the typical IPA drinking, perfectly groomed beard growing, man bun wearing honorary Zack Brown Band roadie looking hipster with a large gut, who likes to impress purple haired chicks and soyboys by talking about how they hunt for gluten free tacos and soy lattes in the Portland woke bro scene, then buy this shirt. If you have an athletic build even in the slightest, this thing will fit you like a weather balloon floating over Montana. It's literally a big square piece of cloth with sleeves and a collar. Don't waste your money unless you like to pay $7 for the return shipping. C'mon OR!!! Get your act together and design a flannel for dudes who are in a shape that isn't a round one! On the plus side tho, the metal buttons are cool.

The shirt itself is great and really comfortable, is a go to in my closet. But, I have had to re-sew everyone of the main buttons and one of the sleeve buttons back on. nothing like having buttons fall off during a walk/hike or sitting around the house from what is supposed to be a top gear manufacturer. Frustrating!

The material and the quality of the shirt are great. However, I have now spent over $20 getting buttons repaired. Was this during rugged use? No. Just going to dinner and taking the shirt off and on the 4x I have worn it.
Love the shirt but when I have to keep taking it to the cleaners to get buttons repaired it is losing its value.

Looks nice. Feels nice. Much baggier than expected. I generally fit into medium in OR products but this wasn't even close. 6'. 170lbs. I ended up returning.

Great shirt and extremely comfortable, however it literally just fell apart along the seam of the right forearm. I had maybe worn the flannel two times around the house and noticed it shortly thereafter. It definitely didn't get snagged on anything. I really want to buy a replacement but concerned this might just happen again.

It's a great looking shirt with nice medium weight fabric that will be great for fall and winter use. The only problem with this shirt it the poor fit. The chest, shoulders, and arms fit well but the body fits like a cardboard box. It's square cut with too much fabric. Not good for someone with an athletic build. I've been debating if I should send it back or spend the extra money and take the shirt to a tailor.

The shirt is great, except that it came with a small blemish on the front. My negative review is also directed towards the return policy. I contacted the returns department and they informed me that I could ship the shirt back and then eventually have my account credited, and at that point I could buy a new shirt. Due to the present state of world health, returns are understandably taking longer. I originally purchased this shirt on sale. I felt there was a reasonable risk that, after I finally got through the return process, the shirt may no longer be on sale- or it could be sold out. I decided to just keep the blemished shirt instead of risking being stuck with a "sale item" amount of store credit. I feel the OR return policy and process needs an upgrade. I ordered the shirt, it showed up damaged, and then I was left with a risky decision. I would however recommend this shirt very highly if you could be assured of getting a brand new one in great shape. High quality, excellent fit.

Sizing seems way off. I'm 6'2 and 165 lbs. I have the Deviator and Panorama jackets in large and they fit perfectly. I originally bought this in a medium since a shirt should fit under your jackets. The chest and sleeves were tight and too short so I returned it for a large. It is massive. The chest fits right and the sleeves are good, but the body is a straight box. Way too much extra fabric. I half think it actually flares out. I'm considering taking it to a tailor because it looks goofy being so boxy. If you're at all fit or athletic body type then be prepared to look like you're wearing an expensive sheet.
Other than that the fabric is excellent. I can see it lasting for a long time. It's not too thin or too thick and is soft yet feels durable. Great job there.

I bought one of these shirts last year, the dark blue one. The fit, fabric, and etc is excellent. The problem is the buttons must were sewn on poorly. They started falling off the shirt pretty quickly. I've never had a shirt do this before. The buttons are metallic and I can't find replacements. My shirt is now missing 3 buttons and I've used the spare that came with the shirt. I've got other flannels that have gone 10+ years with all of the original buttons. I've seen 6 buttons back in this shirt. I asked Outdoor Research for spares. They acted like they would help, even told me they would send me buttons. I emailed them multiple times and they never sent replacement buttons. Very unfortunate. I've always liked OR products in the past.

At first I was impressed with this flannel. It fit great and seemed like good quality but...after two wears half of the sleeve pulled right out of the cuff.

I was very excited about getting this shirt until I put it on. I felt like a clown because the shirt was huge. Most outdoor research shirts fit perfectly but this one was too big. I wear a small usually. Fit like a large size.
