I think the cut should be more athletic. I'm always between a Medium and a Large sizing, so with outerwear I tend to round up. The shoulders fit well, maybe a smidge big, but the mid-section is too large relative to the shoulders for me.

The first day I wore it, I ordered a second immediately. Great looking shirt that's durable and warm. The sleeves could be just a bit longer, but my arms are long.

This shirt is super comfortable. I like the styling and the color (I was not sure about either one based on the picture...). I am 6 feet and 150 lbs and the shirt fits my chest and arms like it was tailored for me. Glad my wife gave this shirt to me!

This is my second Feedback Flannel shirt. I enjoy the convenience of a soft cotton feel along with quick drying synthetic qualities.
The sleeve cuffs could use a second button to allow for tighter fit.
The buttons on my first shirt quickly unthreaded but this newer shirt seems better.

This is my new casual, or outdoor office mid layer. It feels and looks great when I'm out for a hike or just looking to hit a night on the town.

I am a manager in the ski lift industry. This shirt is warm and comfortable and I can easily keep it on for meetings and office duty. I am 5'll" and 200lbs. The large was a trim fit which I like better for fitting under a vest or jacket. The arm length was a little short. Second time around I purchased an XL and it's a little too big. Hopefully, it will shrink with a few washes like the old one.

I wasn't too sure about the pattern of these from the pictures online. Once it came in and was on it actually looked nice. I've received a couple compliments while wearing it, so it looks nice. I've only worn it in an office setting and outside for yard work. While doing the yard work in the high 40s, all I needed was alight base layer and this flannel.

Work or play, this shirt will do the trick. Perfect flannel thickness, not too hot or cold. Im 6'2, 180lbs and I ordered a large. I feel this shirt as well as the revy shirt are both sized bigger then other long sleeve OR shirts. I could probably get away with a medium as the large is quite big around the waist. That's my only complaint about the feedback flannel.

It's always been hard for to find a shirt or jacket that have long enough sleeves without being huge around the waist. The fit of the feedback flannel is a more athletic fit, and therefore love how it wears. Very comfortable and warm.

This shirt is a great thing to have in your wardrobe. It works really well as a casual shirt around town and out and about, keeping you warm and looking good, and when you hit the trail it's a perfect layer on cold days. On a fall hike I found that I could roll up the sleeves when it got warmer to vent a little heat and in cold freeze of winter I can put a wool base layer underneath and it helps insulate really well.
I like the polyester fabric so I don't worry about it getting a bit wet and it dries very quickly. It's soft and comfy as well and has a good feel. I did find that there were a couple of spots where the fabric seemed to pull and create a little snag, they're not overly noticeable and haven't affected the shirt, but there are a couple of them.
Overall a very fashionable and functional shirt, especially great for cold climates. I will definitely buy more.

This is an all around great shirt. I'm 5'10" 170 and it fits perfect for a flannel. Love the style too. My only complaint is the collar tends to get that "w" shape that comes from not having buttons.

I find myself wearing this enough that its filthy most of the time. Its starting to show its age with some stains and the elbows are getting a little thin. Great for around town, backpacking, or skiing. Dries fast when wet and also keeps you warm. A great flannel. The arms are a little short for me but the XL was huge on me so I just deal with it and went with the L. I'm 6'4" about 185. My only complaint which is really no big deal is that it doesn't have any extra buttons. When I lost a button I sewed a non matching button onto it. Like I said no big deal, but if you pay $85.00 for a flannel it should have extra buttons.

Exactly as described online, this shirt is warm, soft and dries quickly. The only concern is the loose sleeve cuffs; a second button could be provided for smaller wrists.

I had mentioned in a previous review that I appreciate the tapered cut on the Feedback, but I just received this one, and it's very wide at the bottom. This is a relaxed cut, but the XL seemed very large. I need to start trying these on in person because sometimes I wear a Large and sometimes an XL with these.

I've had my feedback for about 2 years and I love it for casual use in the colder seasons. I do wish OR would focus a little more on quality though. Over the last two years I've probably only worn it for 25-30 days, and I've had to stich on or replace 5 buttons now. I'm not hard on it and wear it casually, so this should not be the case. On top of that, there are several places where string is showing.

I wanted to love this shirt, but it was cut way too long. Other fits from OR are perfect, but this hung below my rear and fly. If you have a long torso, I'm sure this will be great

This is a great shirt, except the sizing I'd really big. Very soft, warm, and comfortable. But, I am 6' 190lbs and the large is extremely loose and baggy. I still wear it but only over a hoody to fill the space n

Not quite a good fit, would order if they made a slim fit with slightly more length.

2 buttons came off while unbuttoning in the first week. No spare buttons attached to shirt. Fabric started to pill within first 3 weeks even with following wash instructions.

This flannel is tough and nice and thick!
I bought it hoping for a slimmer fit, but found it to be a little bit to big for me.

Great quality but oddly built. Giving 3 stars because the shirt fits like a cardboard box. The bottom of the shirt is also completely flat with no taper
