A size 7.5 (US) should not look like boats on your feet. That is what this fitness shoe did for me. It is going back.

Excellent shoes, best I have ever had. I have always purchased Nike, New Balance, Asics etc. but I am already looking for my second and third pair of these. Fit is true and lightest shoes I have had.

Great shoe, I am going to buy a different pair of shoe from this company to see if it fits like this one. If so, I'm never buying from anyone else again.

First pair of inov-8 shoes, love them. Super light and comfortable. Not sure I will buy anything but them in the future.

LOVE these! Never owned a pair of Inov-8's but I see what all the hype is about. Very flexible & lightweight. Lightest shoe I've ever worn. Bought specifically for squats & leg work outs. Room around toes which I like. Exactly what I was looking for. 5 stars all around because you're NOT looking for arch support in these- that's the POINT! To build up the muscles in your feet & legs more. All these complaints about arch support but they are purposely made that way! :)

These shoes are great for crossfit. They have the ropetec guards for rope climbs, are nicely ventilated, and provide enough cushion during runs, box jumps and other drills. I would highly recommend these shoes to the average athlete to use on a daily basis.

I forget I have these on! Extremely comfortable. I am doing the P90X3 workout, and need the ability to move quickly in different directions. I am a huge fan.

This is my initial review of the Inov-8 240's. I've worked out in them twice so far. I gotta say they are pretty pretty pretty good! I went from the Nike Free Haven 3.0's. Which are very comfortable and great to work out in. But my friends kept telling me you gotta get the Inov-8's. If you get the right size, they fit like a glove. Kind of narrow. I'm usually a 9.5 but I got a 9. The front of the foot feels like the barefoot type shoe (very minimal) where the back/heel part feels more padded and has a lot of support. They are extremely light and the grip from the bottom is amazing. One thing I noticed is the front by the toe has a crease on the side. I don't know if it will play a factor in durability but hopefully they hold up like the Nike Free's which are extremely durable. I would definitely recommend these shoes for any cross-fitter or metabolic workout nut like me. And I gotta say, Zappos shipping is amazing. There at your doorstep in 2 days maybe faster. Very impressed!

These are my second pair of 240's. I did have to send back and go up size from 10.5 to 11 as they seem to run a little smaller this year. Not a complaint though, especially with Zappos easy return system. These are every bit as comfy as my old pair (which are still in good condition after almost a year) now I just have two color options!

These kicks are awesome. Doing cardio and lifting I get great support. When the weather warms up here in the NE looking forward to hitting the trails in them. Love inov-8.

I JUST got my f-lite 240s. THEY ARE AMAZING! I have never had an invo-8 shoe before, but I know that next time, they will be the first I go to! These are so much more comfortable than any nikes I have worn. I don't have any arch in my foot and sometimes when a shoe has too much arch it bothers me. These are perfect. There is a little support but it isn't so overpowering. I also have a narrow foot. I like how these feel secure, but I can see them fitting a normal sized foot as well! I am an awkward size 10.5, but I got the 11s and they are perfect! There is wiggle room for my toes but my feet feel supported. I bought them for CrossFit and some running. I don't think I would wear them for a marathon, but I know they will work great for sprint work and a couple miles here and there. If you are looking for a cross-trainning shoe I would highly recommend these shoes! They cost a bit more than I would like to spend normally, but now that I have them I am perfectly fine with paying the amount I did!

Purchased these to replace my 195s. Just as comfortable with a little more cushion and height for running and lifting. Rope climbs quickly destroyed my 195s, but no longer with the addition of ropetec. inov-8s are the best workout shoes on the market.

Excellent shoes for Crossfit my workouts - both MedCon and lifting. They are light but provide a firm/flat foundation for OLY lifts and have nice all around support. A nice addition to my training gear.

2nd pair of Inov-8's from Zappos. Got these for Crossfit amd love them. You definitely notice a big difference in your WOD's. These we're sitting on my doorstep before the tracking was even available! They fit true to size for me and I prefer these over my Nano Speeds.

These shoes are fantastic! I just started cross fit, and they are perfect. In other shoes (including softer/flexible running shoes), my arch starts to hurt when doing lunges or jumping rope. I have no foot pain with the inov-8. Ordered the F-lite 185 along with these 240's because I couldn't really tell any differences in the description except the color. These seem to fit better, and a tad bit more support on the sides. I'm a true size 6 (3.5 UK), and they were a tiny big, but I wear socks and tighten up the laces. Cross fit is kicking my butt, but at least I appear to know what I'm doing in these shoes.

Ironically, I ordered a size 13.5 US but was sent a 13.0 US and they ended up fitting me perfectly! They are long enough and because of the flexibility of the shoe wide enough since I sometimes need slightly more than a "D" width! They have a great look and feel about them and just enough support to go along with the flexibility! Really the most comfortable shoes I have worn in a long time!

I'm so happy I got those shoes. They are simply amazing! Wished I would have bought them way earlier. On top of that, the service from Zappos was and is excellent!

Great shoe. I use for running and the gym workouts. Have not tried for cross fit. Very light and comfortable.

Absolutely love these sneakers. I use for P90X like workouts indoor and to go out running. These sneakers may actually be my new favorites. I use to be an Asics guy but these feel better and fit better.

Most comfortable athletic shoe that I've worn in years. Perfect for workouts and walking. And stable enough for lateral movement exercises. I ordered a half size down, U.S. 12.5 instead of 13, and the fit is perfect. As usual, Zappo's service is superior. You click a button and shoes appear on your doorstep the next morning.

Great shoes for Crossfit. This is my first pair of light weight true cross-training shoes. Great for any of the movements or running outside/treadmill.

I bought these for my boyfriend; he loves Crossfit. He said they worked great, but, he would prefer a more supportive/cushioned shoe for running. He said he normally wears 11.5 or 12. I bought in 11.5 and it fit fine.

Wonderful shoe! Just enough padding that 14 hours on my feet is a breeze, but still giving my posture that "barefoot" benefit.

I love these shoes! I ran a 5K in them last weekend and they were great. Honestly, originally I bought them because I like they way they look (yes, I'm vain). Also, I did some research about minimalist shoes and decided I wanted to try them out. I do a little Cross-fit type activities (not true Cross-fit classes) and they are good for that as well. I climbed the rope with them just this evening, in fact! I really, really love them! I DID have to go a half size larger than I normally wear, just FYI. I sold the first smaller pair to my little sister because she loved them too!

Wasn't sure about these shoes as I usually wear running shoes with more of a wedge but now that these are here & on my feet I love them. It seems the new thing in sneakers is a very flexible light shoe. My husband just got some Nikes that are the same way, very flexible. I read the reviews on this brand, however, & was very excited to try it. I will love wearing these running around doing errands as much as I will to exercise in them. Awesome product with a great fit.
