These looked like old lady shoes! I was surprised when the "swish" wasn't a sewn one but almost like a sticker! Returned!

I love these sneakers. They are truly comfortable and are cute. I've paired them with my iPod using the sensor. I love walking in them. I wear a 9 1/2 and had to get a 10 1/2, and my toe is to the top. Other than that, I love them.

I might have gone with the 28, but these are nice light shoes with a minimal of support. I put in arch supports.

I ended up returning the 7½M I normally wear in Nike Air Pegasus because the 29s apparently run even shorter in length than previous versions. The toe box is also more rounded and narrow than the 28s that I am currently wearing. I recommend ordering a full size bigger (not just half a size) than normal. The size 8M ended up fitting just fine (I wear a size 7M in most other shoes). These shoes get an A+ for comfort. I have bunions on both feet and the extra forefoot padding in these shoes make it comfortable for me to do the extensive standing/walking my job requires. I do wish they had some more sedate color options as I wear these for work.

I do get compliments on it, which I think is odd. It's a rather plain shoe that just gets the job done. I use orthodics in it so can't tell how supportive they'd be without it. But they're quality shoes.

I bought these shoes for running, and was pleasantly surprised. There is lots of room in the toe area, width-wise. They provide good stability and the cushioning was actually better than expected. They are lightweight, good running shoes for the cost. I love the color, too! I bought these shoes based on the reviews that I read here. I am totally happy with these shoes!

The Nike Air Pegasus+ 29 are super comfortable for working out. Like most Nike running shoes, it felt about a half size small in length when compared to other brands like Asic, Adidas or Brooks. This shoe does feel wider (though I did not order a wide) than most other Nike so may not be ideal for narrow feel. The shoe has much more cushion than the Nike Freerun and the wider width design provides lots of comfort.

Very comfortable. Light weight which is a must for a walker like me. If the shoes are too heavy it's too hard on the legs. These are perfect for walking and light runs.

I just got these shoes and I have to say...these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Wow. Well done Nike! That being said...they are very blue. I kind of wish they would have toned the color down a bit, or offered a darker blue.

I returned these. The Nike "swoosh" feels and looks like a sticker or iron-on. Looked cheap. Not sure of the fit as I knew right away I wasn't going to keep them.

These were definitely a half size too small. Hard to judge anything else but the looks of the shoe since I wasn't able to wear them to run due to size. They are very cute and right on point with current styles.

I took up running this year and needed a shoe that offered cushioning; I'm tall and a little heavy so the minimalist sneakers which are so trendy right now aren't for me. The Pegasus 20 is comfy and a good fit (my feet are wide; I went with the wide version but could have managed in the regular width); the sole has ample cushioning and is squishy which has been helpful in forcing me to be mindful of my foot strikes. The Pegasus isn't a cool looking shoe the way the classic retro Nikes and the absurdly expensive Air Max are but it gets the job done well. Oh, a reminder to order a size up as Nike runs a size small.

I have a long narrow foot so tried this shoe for my aerobics class. Narrow enough but could have used a half size longer. Ordered 10 1/2.

I think these shoes have great arch support and are cute in style. I am returning them because they are too wide in the heel area for me and are slipping in that area.

Sneaker runs small. Bought for my wife who usually wears a size 6. Bought shoe in 6.5, returned it for a 7 and had to return that for a 7.5.

I bought these for just walking around-unfortunately they were too small. Definitely order a half size larger than you normally would. The red color is definitely very bright/candy colored.

I bought the Pomegranate Pegasus (it's really called "Fireberry"), because I needed a solid overall gym sneak, with a burst of color, that's super-cute...it's perfect if that's what you're looking for...however, I'm used to running in Asics Gel-Nimbus, which has GREAT arch support, and UNBELIEVABLE cushioning...sadly so, the Pegasus 29, just doesn't measure up for that purpose...and I CANNOT imagine running on the road in them (plus the beautiful color would get destroyed!)...

I bought them as a replacement for my old Nike Air Pegasus, which are few years old and was quite disappointed. The cushioning is not as good as it used to be, especially in the forefoot. I tried them with Spenco Polysorbe insoles, it improved the cushioning and first I decided to keep the shoes for the indoor cardio, when a flexibility of the sole would be desired. Unfortunately the shoes don't provide much of ankle support, I slightly overprobate and my feet were all over the place. I compared them to my old Nike and found out that the Pegasus 29 have much lower cut, therefore minimum stability. The thing I really liked about these shoes was excellent breathability. But I had to return them and ended up with the Saucony Ride 6 which provide better cushioning, better stability, but unfortunately not as breathable as Nike.

These are nice-looking shoes, and I really wanted them to work. I put them on hoping to get started on a new running workout, but...the fit was wrong for me. People say that they run small but I think it is the shoe design, perhaps the front part of the shoe, which is mostly mesh. Sitting down, with no weight on my feet, the shoes felt true to size. As soon as I stood and walked a few paces, I could feel my foot sliding forward and inward so that my toes were pressing against the inside edges -- over the edges, really. I quickly decided this would be impossible to overlook because I would not be able to develop the correct form in my gait. I don't think it would be a good idea to order a half-size larger, though some people might find that is a good solution. However, as always, Zappos provides outstanding customer service. I received the shoes in amazingly fast time and I am sure that the return will be just as efficient. I will shop at Zappos again. Shopping for athletic shoes is a little more challenging. I do have two pairs of Onitsuka Tigers from Zappos and wear them all the time.

I love Niki's and they're all I wear. I purchased these because of the reviews saying they are very cushioned and I have bad feet. I found them smaller than other Nikie's and had to get 8 1/2 which is a first and now they sit and I've gone back to my old Nike's because the arch doesn't fit quite right. Love Zappos and normally love Nike's but not this pair.

I was very disappointed when I received my shoes. Although I bought them a half size more than my normal size, they were very tight. However they fitted my daughter who is a size smaller than me. I eventually gave them to my sister and bought a different pair of sneakers from Adidas for myself.

Loved the look of this shoe, but it is just so tight it makes my foot numb. I normally wear an 8.5/9 in a regular shoe...so I always get 9.5 in running shoes. I did get the 9.5, but for this shoe a 10 would probably have been better.

Ordered these expecting them to fit, as I am always an 8 in Nike, and my big toes are busting out the front of them. I suggest ordering a half size up, so you don't have to return them like I do.

Just wanted these for the gym, not running. The arch support was ok and the heel was supported, but I felt like there wasn't ample cushioning under the ball of my foot. Sent them back.

The "new" pegasus has changed. But the criticism is why two of the many color combos were on ale. I ordered the sale priced shoe (fireberry), not concerned with color but it seems it may be the sizing which was one size smaller compared to the Pegasus 28 and the goretex Pegasus 29. Sooo, Zappos, tell us why items are sale priced to save the hassle of a return. Inconsistency in sizing is a brand issue but why pass it on to us the consumer unless we are informed.
