I've ran on the Pegasus +28 for awhile- so when a new model( +29) came out, I was a little worried about it performing as well. I am very pleased with the fit. Didn't feel like the shoe needed any break-in period. The toe box is a little wider, which is good for me. I usually have to change out the Pegasus +28 ~200 miles. We'll see how long these last.

Love these, would definitely recommend. Comfortable right out of box. Love the color too!

I run 4 to 10 miles a day, 4 to 5 times a week. I like these shoes because they have nice cushion and gentle on my toes. Previously with other shoes I used to get pressure sores on my toes, with these I do not have those problems. I do not have heel problems. Heel support on these shoes are also reasonably good. With previous reviews I was little concerned. Overall very good shoes for long distance running.

Very comfortable. Wear them for work and am on my feet for 12+ hours. Lots of comments on the orange. They are really bright. Would like to get a red pair too.

This Nike Air Pegasus are so comfortable on my feet that I can walk all day long and feel like walking on air - the perfect shoes for me.

I bought these for my fiance and he said it felt like he was stepping on puppies all day. He wore them to work one day to try them out, but bought them specifically for running and is very happy with them.

Talking about comfort! I just walk in these and love the great comfort and support. I wear a size 12 shoe but 13 sneaker which are slightly too big, these 12 1/2 are perfect so I just had to purchase a second pair.

Wow! I wanted these shoes so bad, only for the color but I am surprised at how comfortable they are! I don't use them for running, but I've worn them to work on a Friday, and around town running errands. I love them! I'm female, but I don't like how the women's version of these have a white swoosh. I wanted the black swoosh. Normally I would wear a 7.5 in womens so I got these in a 6. They didn't have a 6 narrow, so I got regular and prayed they wouldn't be too wide. They are a little bit too wide but for the amazing color of these shoes, I'll deal with it! Like I said, I won't be running in them anyways! They look great against tan legs!

First off, I never leave a review but felt compelled after ordering and wearing these shoes. Yes, I am one of those privileged few who has super wide feet (4E) and have been stuck wearing New Balances since I was in high school. I was skeptical to say the least as I have never seen wide Nikes but after reading the other reviews, I had to give these a try. To say these are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned would be an understatement. Finally, stylish shoes that not only look awesome but are super comfortable on my feet. It is great to see other shoe makers (other than New Balance) making shoes for those with wide feet. A huge thanks to Zappos for making it easier to find shoes in my size.

I am 6'3 260. I never was into running, but am trying to get into it. I use these on my treadmill only. Love them. Great cushion, toe box is large enough for my feet! I got a size 15 and they fit perfectly. I usually have a hard time finding shoes because I am in between a 15 and 16. Get these if you need the extra cushion.

I need a 4E width shoe and that usually leaves a few brands like New Balance, Durham and Brooks. Years ago the Nike Charles Barclay basketball shoe fit really well and had the Nike Air foot bed which is the softest, most comfortable shoe I ever wore but they stopped making it. I gave this Nike a try and it fits perfect, really light weight and very soft to walk in, I highly recommend the shoe for us guys with super wide feet. I five 5 stars out of five and just bought a second pair!

Well cushioned shoe. Soft forefoot strike without losing feel underfoot. I use primarily as a high mileage/long run shoe. There lightweight and soft. Perfect for lots of miles.

Great shoe. I use it for walking and running on my treadmill. It has good arch support and fit true to size.

Just upgraded to the 29s from the 27s which I already wore out. The 27s seem to offer more cushion (floaty feel) while running but I like how the 29s gives you more road feel with the right amount of cushion that Pegasus are known for. It's very lightweight and comfortable. Got the bright neon green/yellow and I only intend to use it for running. It's awesome for visibility specially outdoors and have no intention using it for anything else. I don't intend to blind people at the mall or something. Also, I already got the "I saw you coming" from one of my neighbors on the way back from a good run. I recommend these shoes for intermediate runners who like a lot of cushion or simply for those who'd like lightweight comfortable shoes for everyday use (don't get the bright colors though).

I've run in Pegasus for years and still love this neutral running shoe. Wasn't sure about these crazy neon colors but they were on sale, and now...love these crazy neon colored Nike Pegasus! I run in a men's size 9.5 but I'm a woman, shoe size 10. It's worked for me better than the Nike women's sizing.

I love these sneakers and own them in grey, I ordered them in red and the red looks more like a magenta. Great all around sneaker, just not crazy about the color.

Awesome pair of shoes. I wanted something that would hold my Nike sensor while I go running. Yes, I know you can get pouches that let you clip it on to any other shoe, but there are mixed reviews about that method, and I figure it's better to just get a nice pair of shoes from Nike. I used to run with the Nike Air Relentless, but I've gone well beyond the 300 mile mark with them, so I figured I'd get a new set. The Nike Air Pegasus is a really nice pair, very cushiony, light, and good enough width for my feet. The bright green on the shoe makes it look a tad slimy, but who cares about how you look when you're running?

First blush: they seem great. I think they run a half size larger than I'm used to but they fit comfortable.

These are the most consistent running shoes ever! This is my third pair and they keep getting better. I took them right out of the box for a 16 miler, and had no issues. You cannot go wrong with these bad boys.

I have being a runner for about 7 years and I run about 35 miles a week. I have being a Nike Pegasus user for about 5 years and they are my go to training shoes, especially for long runs. I love the soft ride; however, these new Pegs are a bit firmer ride that I miss, but they are lighter and that is a plus. I wish they did keep that soft ride but the upper is spot on. Great job Nike.

I first started wearing Air Pegasus in 2003 and have loved them ever since. I have yet to have a bad experience with them (knock on wood!).

These are the best shoes that I have ever worn. They are great for anything, walking, running, etc. There is no break in with these shoes, they felt awesome when first put on and decent room in the toe box with no tightness anywhere. I think I just found my shoes from now on!

5-person family, 4 currently wearing Pegasus 28 or 29. Highly recommend as running shoe, coaching shoe, or for kids, school shoe. Also, in my experience, Pegasus tend to be more consistent than other running shoes from year to year, model to model.

I purchased this pair of running shoes after being professionally fitted at a local running shop. I bought my first pair of Nike Air Pegasus 29's at the running shop, and then ordered another pair from Zappos to allow me to switch off every other run. Since I already had one pair, I ordered an identical size from Zappos, so I had no fitment issues...I knew exactly what to order. I also like the bright color of these shoes. They add to visibility, which is important when running on the street to avoid snowy and icy sidewalks.
