This pair of shoes is the best. The size fits great, inner leather feels great and never gets sweaty when worn bare foot. You can't go wrong with this one.

These shoes are super comfortable. They weren't my first pair of Sperrys, but they felt a little bigger than usual. Happy with this purchase!

My everyday shoes for the past 10 years has been the Sperry Top-Sider. When buying my last pair, I upgraded to the Gold A/O. The difference in quality and comfort is more than worth the price difference. An analogy is walking barefoot on concrete, then on plush grass. I have always worn 9½ in the standard Top-Sider; I had to exchange my initial order of the Gold A/O to 10. They are an excellent value for the money.

The tradition continues with Sperry being the top boat shoe. Fits just like every Top-sider you've ever owned, except it has a little more padding in the footbed. High quality construction let's you slip it on and begin wearing them non-stop for the summer.

Comfortable shoes, no break in period, BUT do be aware that these tend to run smaller than the regular version. I sized 1/2 up.

These are the most comfortable loafers I have ever tried. I wear them without socks and they feel dry and fresh. I live in Florida so they are great with jeans and shorts.

I was pretty bummed out when I received this shoe in a half size larger than originally ordered. The shoe itself was actually good looking, comfortable and a good fit. Why was I unhappy? The shoes were obviously worn for some time in the outdoors. the "white" soles were blackened and generally the shoe was not in new shape. Zappos makes a point of saying they will accept returns if the shoe is in as good condition as new. Clearly in this case they should not have accepted these shoes for return and even more clearly they should not have tried to pawn the shoes off on another customer! Until now my experience with Zappos has been excellent. This is a pretty big black mark though. I'll think twice about ordering from Zappos again.

I have been wearing my Gold A/O 2 Boats for roughly a year and have to say they are fantastic. After what seemed like an annual replacement schedule I grew frustrated with the regular A/Os and spent the extra money on the Gold series. Money well spent. The leather is of premium quality both inside and out. the interior is especially supple an the memory foam / leather footbed provides a much better feel than the regular A/O. Best of all, after near constant wear (minimum 3 days a week) there is no sign of the sole coming loose -- a common problem with my last few pairs of regular A/Os. If you wear your boats often, especially for casual wear and are considering this shoe, just buy it; you won't be disappointed.

This shoe is beautiful. Well worth the extra money. The leather is very nice and the insoles are great and soft. The little details aren't gaudy and really tends to the quality of the shoe as a whole. There's something very special and classic about these gems.

Hands down the most comfortable boat shoes ever. Zappos Customer service was outstanding! Will buy from Zappos again.

Wore the basic boat shoe for years in the '70s. It's still alive and well today. If you like that shoe, you'll like the Gold version even better. It has buttery soft leather and higher grade components. Worth the extra in my judgment. Order a 1/2 size up.

Extremely comfortable boat shoe. Very soft upper requires no break in. Some people say it could use some more arch support, but this is not a hiking shoe, or for 8 hour shifts standing up.

Awesome shoes! I used for 16 hours trip, brand new and the shoes couldn't be more comfortable! I'm very happy! I'm planning to get a couple more when I come back from vacation!

The minute I got these shoes I could feel the difference between the "Gold Cup" series and the regular Sperry's. The quality of the material and the comfort of the shoe are second to none. They were a little snug at first but fit perfectly after wearing around the house for 2 or 3 hours. The next time you think about picking up a new pair of boat shoes, do yourself a huge favor and spend a little more on a pair of these. You won't regret it. And as always, Zappos is hassle free and ships their products to you lightning fast!

These are great shoes. Feels like I'm walking on a cloud-filled silky smooth deerskin pillow. They're more durable than the regular model and have a classier look too. I would highly recommend.

Shoe looks great! It is worth the money for sure. Next time I will buy a solid color. The service was exceptional as always with Zappos.

I really love these shoes, they're perfect to just slip on and go. I ordered a half size smaller than regular - which is perfect for wearing with no socks but even with a very thin no-show sock the shoe is very tight. I'm still hoping it will stretch a bit because no socks = blisters in these shoes if you walk around in them too much. I've definitely tried to wear them when I know I'll be spending most of my time seated. Make sure to put some shoe cream on them! I recommend Meltonian #57 Imperial Blue.

We were dog sitting for my daughter and her dog chewed the back of a 15 year old pair of Sperry Top Siders, I jokingly sent her a bill with ??? for value! The next day I had a new pair of "Gold Cup" Top Siders via UPS from "Zappos." What service! And the shoes are great!

99% of the time I'm a 10, probably in 55 years of shoes I've probably been a 10.5 twice...this is one of them. Shoe ran small in length and it was narrow for me as well. Nice shoe otherwise.

These shoes are very high quality. Probably the best deck shoes I have ever seen. They are very comfortable.

The shoes are actually quite comfortable, even though they're a bit smaller than I'd have liked. The leather is soft and the arches are great for the type of shoe. I really like these shoes.

I'd recommend going a full size larger than your normal snug fitting shoe. I wanted them to be somewhat loose so I could slip in and out of them easily. I originally ordered my true size, which fit, but required a shoe horn so I would smash the heel getting in and out with my bare feet. Love the shoe. Looks great.

Good shoe, I'm glad I spent the extra money. I ordered 2 other pairs of the normal Sperry shoes and these were WAY MORE comfortable.. It takes a few wears to break them in.. Just wish they had more color options.

You take a 10.5 shoe, line it with Deerskin and place a triple layer inner sole in it, don't expect it to fit if you're a 10.5. Upsize 1/2 to an 11. Great shoe, well worth the additional cost over a standard Sperry.

Amazing. The Gold Cups are definitely worth the extra coin. The Ivory/Brown combo goes well with about anything.
