Because the color said that it was a burnt coral, I thought it would be a bit more pink, but I got the BLACK HEATHER/BURNT CORAL METALLIC and I actually loved it. I wanted something that was a classic backpack look, but also gave me more than my old backpacks. There's a laptop slot in the far back, then one larger slot for my books and pencil case. There there's the small pocket to put some smaller items, although the small pocket runs deep and is pretty roomy--which I love. Then there are two water bottle holders on each side for convenience. The quality is really good. When I got the backpack it was really stiff, but only because it was brand new. It's more comfortable to wear now. I've had it for about 3 weeks.

My daughter uses this for school. It's spacious, yet allows for organization. Very comfortable to carry. Easily transitions into an overnight bag for sleepovers...

I had the old version of the borealis that lasted me 4 years. I had to try the new version, and to my liking, it it more sleek and comfortable than the last! This design never disappoints.

These are, hands down, the best, most versatile and durable backpacks out there! Why have we needed to purchase 4 then, you ask? Because my teenagers like to change their colors. And, I don't mind because there isn't one day they don't use their backpacks! Perfect size for all of their school needs. They're big enough to fit everything they need, YET somehow they fit into their lockers-no easy feat! And, they use them on the weekends to go to the beach, into the city, to a sports event, a sleepover. You name it, this backpack can accommodate it. Best purchase or purchases you'll ever make. It looks perfect, neither bih nor small. The backpack I liked the most on my daughter.

The first one lasted for over 6 years. I used it everyday. Carrying heavy college books, laptop, water, snacks becomes easier to carry in a single backpack. Also I have to walk a lot around campus. Can't imagine doing it without this backpack. I recommend this backpack for all high school and college students. This backpack would be great for professionals too for taking to work.

I absolutely love this backpack! I'm currently in graduate school and always have way too much stuff to carry. This backpack effectively distributes the weight of all of my books making it feel significantly lighter on my back. There is tons of room in it and I love that the laptop sleeve is its own separate compartment. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to a friend!

Like the color but decided on the blue/red Recon which my daughter loves.

This bag absolutely killed my back. It is so stiff! I was hoping that perhaps I just needed to wear it down a bit and it would become looser but I've owned it for a month and have no luck! On the bright side, that means it's durable but I simply can't use it which is VERY unfortunate because I LOVE the design. As of now, I've been having back problems and shoulder pains for the last couple weeks because of this bag. I can't even sit for too long without feeling discomfort anymore! I don't even know if I can return it to get a full refund.

I bought this bag for my 1st year of college I take 4 classes in 1 day so I have a lot to carry! It accommodate everything and isn't that bulkey!

I ordered this backpack for my daughter for school, it is really sturdy. There are pockets for just about everything imagineable.

The backpack itself is very aesthetically appealing. Perfect for holding a lot of stuff and you wont even feel the weight! Only problem is it hurts to wear it on bare skin or on just one shoulder.

I use this product for school. It fits all of my books and my iPad. However if you have more than 3 books or binders I wouldn't recommend because it is big enough. I go to a iPad based school so this backpack works great. Also it would be the perfect size for going on day hikes. I absolutely love it especially the design.

I liked the overall design and style of this bookbag. What I regretted after my purchase was not spending the extra $10 for the Recon design instead. I didn't like how this bag only had those stretchy strings on the front and I couldn't really use it for the best benefit. I would have rather had another pocket or two on front. It also seemed smaller than I expected and that was another reason why I would have rather gotten the other bag intead. After contemplating about it, I decided to return it and purchase the larger bag with the pocket in the front.

Not practical. Worst backpack we have. High Sierra and Jasnport much better student backpacks. Back padding makes it heavy and stiff and inside spaces are too narrow.

I used this backpack for college and it's one of the best I've ever had. It's so stylish and has so much space for books and computer.

I love this backpack! I am a first year law student and have to carry around massive books. This backpack magically fits everything I need and doesn't make it seem like I'm carrying arrive as much as I am. Nice little pockets for keys and small items in the front and slightly larger pockets on the side for your water bottle and snacks.
