The features section states a "Fleece Lined 15" Laptop Sleeve" ...but there's no fleece lining except the external electronics pouch. Otherwise the bag is great, just don't expect a supersoft fleece sleeve for your laptop. Disappointing, to say the least. But, still a good backpack. Use mine for work travel.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. I love the color - burnt coral-- and with the number of books she carries I'm sure this will last her for years to come. She's going to love this!

I love all the pockets. Very funcational.

The color isn't pink. It's peach. I thought it was pick but it's not. I still love the backpack!

I bought it for my daughter, now a college student. She had another North Face backpack, bought long along when she started high school, which was showing no signs of wear. (It was stolen.) This is so sturdy, and big enough to hold everything.

I bought this backpack to replace my Jester backpack because one of the straps just broke off one day and repair time took 8 weeks. Within 6 months of ordering this backpack the strap also broke, so I sent it back like the last one to be fixed. Within 3 months of using the "repaired" backpack, it broke again!!! The quality of North Face backpacks is so terrible especially when compared to the high prices. Do not waste your money. Although the products are "lifetime guarantee", the reaper time is extremely long, inconvenient, and the product will continue to break.

North Face backpacks are great. High end quality. My grandchildren Love them and I know when I buy them for them they will look great and durability.

I bought this for my daughter. She carries a lot of books and was having increased shoulder pain. As a primary care provider, I am aware of the importance of a good fitting and supportive backpack. She is having less pain----with definitely no less books!

Durable yet stylish backpack that is so, so comfortable to use!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. It arrived quickly and was packed well.

I love that as a college student I can put a number amount of books in it and it won't feel like a have a ton of books. It even feels really lightweight at times, where I have to check it to make sure I didn't leave anything.

My daughter will use it for her school commuting trips etc..

I love it and will never purchase any other name brand but The North Face Also lifetime warranty The zipper broke on one of mine and I plan on taking it back to the store to be repaired.

the only thing that was wrong with my order was that I was under the impression that the straps and the zippers were going to be the same teal as the straps in the front of the backpack and they were not. other than that it is a great backpack!

Bought the backpack in July. The side pocket is already worn out after less than half a year. This has never happened with the other backpacks I ordered before from other companies. Poor quality product.

I use this backpack for work and work travel. It safely secures my laptop and has lots of room for everything else I need on my daily commute. I also use it for plane travel. It fits nicely under the seat. The pack is comfortable and well-organized. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This backpack has caused me so much trouble. Obviously, as expected form north face the quality is great. However, it is SO impractical that I'm now using my far lower quality jansport bag because I couldn't deal with wrestling with this bag everyday. First problem, it's very tall. My books seem to only take up half of the height and it makes sitting down with it on the train very uncomfortable. It's also very thin, so it doesn't fit much and doesn't stand up on its own. In addition to that it has an extremely awful front pocket. Whoever designed this should seriously be fired. The pocket is at the top of the pocket and only goes half way down. Not only does this make the bag top heavy and unstable EVEN when I lean it against a table, but it means that When I have things in the pocket, I can't put things in the main compartment because it bulges inward. Overall, this bag is not worth it.

I did not purchase the product, but I saw that my friend had one and it seemed a bit small. Since I am buying one soon, I do have a solution to my problem, since i use one jumbo binder to hold all of my scholar nesecities.

My 10 year old purchased this with her own birthday money, because her 16 year old babysitter has one just like it. Her babysitter has had her for years now and it still looks brand new!! My daughter loves her backpack, it is roomy, holds all her big folders and books. And the color is wonderful, with the rose gold like zippers!! Great BUY!!
