My daughter bought this for herself before her junior year of high school. She used it a month or so then the strap started pulling away from the bag. Went through TNF's horrible warranty process (mail it in and hope you hear back from TNF) and it took forever to hear back. They "repaired" it and returned it a couple months later. She stared using it again and it did it again. They should've just replaced it in the first place.

I bought this for my 13 year old daughter for school and it is durable, roomy, and comfortable for her to wear.

I absolutely LOVE this backpack! It is beautiful and very well made, it has room for everything I need to carry too. I like the special compartment for my laptop, it is great! Best backpack I have ever had, will only look for North Face brand for backpacks from here on! Thank you for making such high quality and beautiful products and clothes!

I absolutely love this backpack. I commute to college every day & have found this backpack to have all of the storage I need. It allows me to fit all of my school supplies, water bottle, lunch, and anything else I need. I am 5'3 and was a little worried about the backpack being too big for my body based on some reviews, but after trying it on I have nothing to worry about. Fits perfectly!

Love the design of the bag and the colors and well its been designed for small women to carry a bigger load.

I love this packet! I use it for school and there is plenty of room and lots of pockets!

The padded laptop section is amazing and really eases my mind about the safety of my laptop. I also really appreciate that the backpack is waterproof. Where's I go to college unexpectedly rains constantly, so it's nice to know my stuff is safe! The one thing I don't like is how my computer charger has to go in the middle section with my books because it would fit awkwardly in the laptop section.

The backpack is great so far. It is lightweight and very comfortable.

Very strong material, not very stretchy but the perfect backpack for books and computers/ tablets, etc. Several pockets, and side pouched for water bottle are great for holding different sizes of bottles.

This backpack was all I wanted/needed and more!! I'm so extremely happy with my purchase. It was definitely worth every penny and beyond durable. It hold everything I need and has many compartments as well as two compartments for my water and coffee.

It's a great backpack with enough pockets to keep everything organized and a nice soft pocket for jewelry or cell phones. The colors are all very nice too

It's a great product!

I am a high school student and use this as my everyday backpack. I love the design, it's super cute and really comfortable. It fits all of my books perfectly, and I love all the compartments. However, I have had an issue with the durability of this product. Within the first 2 weeks after purchase during my first days at school the side pockets began to snag, and eventually rip. The only things I would ever put in the side pockets were small plastic waterbottles, and wore out very quickly. There is now a very large hole on one of the pockets and it prevents me from being able to hold a water bottle in it without having it fall out. I haven't even had this backpack for a year, and I'm disappointed that it hasn't held up since I think it's really comfortable and practical.

I use this backpack for everything. School, travel, work, hiking, biking. It's an amazing backpack that is very durable and lightweight-- making it great for almost any use!

I use it for school which I carry my laptop and big books. Even though I am carrying two big books it is still lightweight because of the material of the backpack. Very roomie and has a lot of pockets.

I'm a high school student Anne I bought this backpack to use daily at school. I love the comfortable straps and back, the style, and the soft pocket that can be used to protect a phone. The only real problem I have with this product is that it doesn't stand up on its own. You have to prop it against something, and even then, it doesn't always work.

I love this pack! It has plenty of perfectly sized pockets to keep my stuff organized. I love the soft lining of some of the compartments, makes me feel confident that my electronics won't get scratched up. This pack is very unassuming; it holds A LOT despite its slim profile, so I don't feel like I'm a pack mule but I can carry everything I need!
