My daughter received this backpack for school and within three months, both of the mesh side pockets ripped. The same thing happened to the Northface backpacks of three of her friends. I contacted Northface and was told this repair would not be covered under the warranty. So we are stuck with a very expensive backpack with ripped pockets that can not be used. Terrible customer service experience. Will not buy Northface backpacks again.

Excellent size! Full backpack that my daughter uses for middle school! Keeps her school laptop and laptop case in there with much room left over to put any full size books and binders! She will use this for awhile, probably until she gets bored with it but not bc it’s not excellent quality and would last her 6 more years until HS graduation!

This bag has been used for five years of schooling, carrying textbooks, laptops, you name it! I've also used it as my main carry-on any time I travel and the bag still looks brand new! I will never buy a backpack other than a North Face after this.

I was very impressed with the quality and design of this book bag! It is very spacious and looks like it will hold up for a long time. It will be great for when I start pharmacy school in the fall!

It's a really nice looking backpack but I believe it's a new model so the pockets are different than some of the other Borealis backpacks (I bought the black and white). If you don't put a lot of things in your bag other than a computer and a few other things then I would recommend. It's too small for school use.

Love this! I was looking for a replacement for my Recon, which had a good nine-year run and this fits the bill. I love the number of overall pockets and especially like the varying sizes of the pockets in the organizational area. I was a little worried about the color (went with the Rabbit Grey). On the Zappos site, it looked to be slightly lavender in color, but on other sites, it appeared to be grey. Happy to report that the bag is in fact grey. Happy with this purchase!

Hesitant to spend this kind of money on a backpack for my High school daughter 3 years ago Now I know This bag is well worth it 3 years and still in perfect shape So I just purchased my 2nd one for other daughter -not a second thought on looking for a different option

I been using Borealis backpacks for a while to go to work, college and famy trips and it honestly so much better than getting a normal backpack. Worth every penny.

I use this product for school and its great! My back doesn't hurt when i take it off like most others.

Very comfortable when walking to class

Daughter will be using for college. Looks very sturdy and durable. She wishes water bottle pocket was larger (she carries a large bottle). And wish the straps were a little different design...maybe more adjustments in straps are needed.

Perfect space for all my college supplies! I feel comfortable walking around on campus with this backpack due to its great support. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is an incoming college student and is looking for a durable and reliable backpack.

I will be using this on international travel so that my back doesn't hurt with one shoulder bags. I like the amount of space it has and the comfort on my shoulders.

Honestly, I was quite tempted to not purchase this wonderful backpack due to the negative comments present about, which I later found out to be false. This school is the perfect backpack for any grade level of school, preferably high school. I found myself attending a school that loaded countless amounts of work and might I just say, this backpack carried me through it all. It could perfectly fit my computer and numerous binders and notebooks. I also would attach my lunch on the side with its durable buckle.

amazing backpack, i have it in 2 different colors it's so amazing! enough pockets for everything and actually fits my huge laptop with no problem!

I already had this backpack in a different color & it was amazing I loved it. I initially bought one for school because my books were so heavy & this helped a lot as far as roominess & support. Now i use it for both work & travel, unfortunately it was stolen & I felt incomplete without it so I bought a new one right away. I love this one just as much, & love the colors even more!!

I had my old one for 5 years and it still looked brand new. Since I am going to college, this was a gift from my family. Super excited!

I use it for school. I'm currently in Pharmacy school and I carry my laptop and heavy books. Hoping this will last me all 4 years

I had this backpack for my last 3 years in college and it was fantastic. I am going back to school for my masters and didn't hesitate to buy another borealis because I know it'll last 2 years and be in great condition. I love the look and comfort of these backpacks. Highly recommend!

I bought it for my daughter who is in high school. She liked it so much. I would definitely recommend it for any high school kid. It has very good compartments. She can pretty much fit all her books, IPad... etc. after putting all that stuff also, it is nicely holding it's shape. Very good back support. It looks really nice too.
