Our teenage daughter wanted this bag for school. I was worried she was opting for style over function, but I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the bag and all of its features. Well done, North Face.

I bought this for my daughter for her school backpack because my son has one and loves it. He uses his for skiing, school and backpacking. She loves the backpack and I have confidence that it will hold up and not break like the other popular backpacks do. It has many pockets, is comfortable, has room for her water bottles, a soft pocket for glasses, a place for her laptop. Really has everything you would want in a backpack. She mentioned it was slightly difficult to easily access her binders but I'm hoping that works itself out. It is beautiful too...

This is a pretty awesome backpack. First off I love the variety of colors it comes in but more importantly it has a lot of great features. It's compatible with a hydration pack which makes it great for hiking. It also can hold my laptop. I mostly use this backpack for work but the option of using it for hiking and traveling are available and I can easily switch to those activities if needed. The pockets are great and the straps are comfortable. The waist strap is also removable and which gives you the option of having it or not. I've only been using this pack for about a week so I'm not sure how long term durability is but it seems to be put together well.

I love my Borealis backpack, I've been getting North Face backpacks since I was in High School and I especially love the roominess and all the pockets of the Borealis. I know this backpack will last several years.

My granddaughter will enter high school for the first time. In the past her backpacks haven't lasted the school year. The construction of your product promises a different outcome - a backpack that will last throughout high school.

Backpack for high school

This backpack is great! I picked it out after looking at several different backpacks. I settled on this one for the attractive style, the laptop pocket, and the different pockets. I also really like the size and comfort of the back it's nice that it's not top or bottom heavy without a ton of little tiny useless pouch pockets. It has exactly the right amount of pockets in the right size.

I will use this backpack for everything. I bought it for school but it exceeds my expectations with room to use for anything I decide to do from traveling to work. I purchased this backpack for our daughter who is just starting middle-school. We do a lot of traveling and hiking so I wanted something that served her well at school plus be used for outdoor adventures. It is a perfect combination of great design and function for many occasions. The colors work very well for a tween and will last her years. The cushioned area is ideal for a tablet and there are plenty of areas for lunch, books, sun glasses, water and jacket. I would highly recommend this for middle school through adulthood.
