The Bookbag was overall much darker than the picture. How are we supposed to know what we are buying?

I just got this backpack. I got the urban navy one for school and think it's absolutely perfect. This is my first time using it and can tell that the quality of it is very good. Totally worth the money.

Perfect for my daughters school books and computer.

The backpack does definitely feel well-built, but the sizing of the pockets was disappointing and definitely worth the money. There is no pocket for a laptop sleeve and the second pocket is way too tiny. The outside pocket also feels as it it were placed in a weird spot

I use this backpack primarily for school, but I also use it on trips because it is so comfortable, roomy, and practical. I can fit everything I possibly need in an organized manner without forfeiting comfort. I love the new extended pockets on the side and the new design. I got the Greystone and Mint blue. It is very pretty and true to the colors shown online.

Great roomy backpack I'll be using for graduate school. I love the easy-to-access separate compartment for my laptop and an organizer pocket in the front for my pens/pencils. The backpack is a bit taller than it is wide, which I found strange, but it serves its purpose and has plenty of room for my books.

Great sizing and I love the look of it!! The water bottle pockets are excellent and I've never had any like these - stretchy and can carry a large, wide bottle. I love all the little extra pockets for organization. One complaint- the backboard for the back and the arm straps are VERY stiff, so much so that th bag will not and cannot stand on its own. Even if you hang It from straps, they are too stiff to hang. Just an fyi!

This is my second North Face backpack now! Absolutely loved my first (North Face Jester) and it lasted me all four years of high school as well as summer travel and camp. I recently bought the North Face Borealis backpack for use at college and have high expectations! Seems to be high quality and has more pockets and is more functional than the North Face Jester. Only complaint is the color! I ordered the Rabbit Grey Light Heather/Rabbit Grey. The photo online showed the backpack as being a lighter shade of grey but in person it is much darker. Not a huge problem for me but just be aware of some variance in the color of the backpack!

Phenomenal product that is affordable and comfortable.

There are no complaints, except I'm too impatient to even wait for it to go on sale.

I love the borealis backpacks, they are the most durable and comfortable backpack I have have ever owned. This is my second one, not that I needed a new one but I wanted a different color than the one I have now. I ordered the coral and white one which looked perfect in the picture but when I actually received it looks different which a little disappointing but I'll deal. But just so people are aware it is a very light grey and still a coral color just not as neon as it appears in the picture.

This was my first time I've ever used a Northface backpack and it is great. I can fit all of my books that I need for my classes and it's so comfortable to wear. Even though I have 8 books in my bag my back feels great and I'm not strained. 10/10 would purchase again!

This bag didnt fit anything at all. The straps are thing and rock solid. The bag is so thin and the material is so hard that it is hard to stretch to put binders or books into. It is a horrible bag and I do not recommend.

Great for bringing books to and from school. The colors vary slightly from the pictures but I still like the way it looks. I've only had it for a few weeks but so far so good!

My husband bought this backpack for me for the purpose of a B.O.B. (Bug Out Bag). It works great, It had more than enough room to fit everything. It is very lightweight in comparison to other bags we tried for this purpose. It can be heavy as a result of being full of stuff and is still comfortable to wear.

I use it for college and absolutely LOVE it!

I use my product as a bookbag for college! It is undoubtedly the best bookbag I have had, I didn't know what I was missing all of my high school years. Not only is the bag very comfortable to wear around the campus, but it is lightweight, can withstand all of my banging around while keep all of my contents safe, and water resistant which is a huge benefit for me!! Normally, I would complain about a bookbag not having enough pockets, but this one does. It has a sleeve for my computer, a large pocket for my books, a smaller packet for other small packages, and pockets for my pencils and pens.

I like a many separate pockets which It has. It is easy to find and things are secure.
