Definitely a good quality boot, but just not wide enough for my feet. Their wide is a D and I usually wear 4E/EE but wanted to try it since it's a reputable brand.

Looks great but very stiff boot. Some arch support which is nice. I could feel the grommet that holds the laces in place as soon as i put them on. Would like to keep them but started to hurt after a few minutes.

I read many positive reviews on these hiking boots but when I finally got them they hurt the outer side of my feet. I have wide feet and even with repeated breaking ins and uses, they squeeze, pinch and make the outer side of my feet ache even when I'm sitting down. perhaps I can try the wide size option. otherwise, these hiking boots are durable, hold up well for my light hiking a nd camping, is waterproof, and breathable.

Pros : Super cute, well insulated, def water proof. Cons: Runs a full size too large. I normally wear a 9.5/10, and these fit like they were an 11 maybe 11.5. There was about 2+ inches from my toe to the tip of the shoe. the material when you step creates a crisp line at the toe and creases into the shoe where that hard material then squishes your toes. aggressively. it hurt lol. I returned and got a different shoe entirely that I'm much happier with.

These boots are very attractive. I have bought Columbia boots in the past that have more stability and support - so for long or strenuous hikes I am not sure how well these would do. I had to return as I felt them rubbing a place on my foot when trying them on - but that was due to my foot and not the boot.

The fit is a little too big. The tip cuts into my toes but it keeps my feet dry on those mornings when the fields are just soaked with dew. Hurricane downpour also hasn't found their way in either

Like other reviews stated, the bend at the toe is odd and I thought it would end up being uncomfortable. I love the color and they felt comfortable, except for that bend. I tried both men’s and women’s, hoping one would be better, but the both do the same. The bend would fold right into my big toe, just below my cuticle. Also, I ordered wide as I find that Columbia boots run very narrow. I don’t have a wide foot, but need that space in Columbia foot products only. Sadly I returned these.

These shoes are supposed to be waterproof but somehow my feet are very damp after wearing them. I am not walking through water, just damp grass. Also there is a hard place On the right foot where the first lacing hook is and it hurts my big toe. No issues on left foot. I love the look/style and feel everywhere else. My previous Columbia boots, same style, had no issues like this.

These boots look great, but they did not work out for me. Like many other reviewers, they crease at the toes. That crease for me was not comfortable. The toe area is not very wide, even in the Wide size that I purchased.

I wanted to like these, but like others have commented, the material pinches you as you walk/push off your toes. I had to return them. I do like the style though.

These are marketed as D width...but they are more like a C. They were tight without hiking socks.

I really loved the color and style of this boot, but I share the same issue that a previous customer shared. The crease where the boot bends rubs into your toes and makes it very uncomfortable. I have to bend a lot at my work, so this would have been unbearable to work in.

The fit was okay but they lacked cushion and arch support. I am older and need alot of cushion in my footwear.

Wanted to love these so much. Ordered my regular size (6.5); the toe box was just too tight but the shoe was too long. Exchanged them for a half size down in a wide and I can't tell any difference at all. The toe box still pinches and I'm still half a size too long, which trips me up when I walk. There isn't much cushioning in the sole and virtually no arch support. I really wanted to love these and was excited to think they'd be my "everything" shoe for Antarctica, but if I wear them for very long my toes start to tingle. Now they're just going to be a "fall-back" shoe for around the house. I'd return them if I could.

My feet are a little wide, so I always go for wide options and they always are more comfortable than the standard width in women's shoes. The only problem I found is that I feel like to make these boots wide, they may have allowed more of the upper material, but kept the bottom of the shoe the standard width. What that leaves is my foot hanging over the edge of the bottom of the sole like a bad summer sandal. When I look for a wide shoe, I want it to be wide throughout.

These are OK. Zero cush. They are inexpensive and made that way. I just bought another pair of hiking boots that were not inexpensive. I will keep these for whatever, I've already worn them. The inside is just kind of hard on my tender feet. I wear an 11 and often cheaper shoes are too short. I got the 12 in these as I did before, I bought these in the past. With socks they are sufficient.

Nice color, but not cushion like men shoes, very flat, and very tight for a real size, rather get men styles than woman.

I normally wear a 10.5 wide, mid weight wool socks, and have arthritic feet. Out of the box they felt snug (did the thumbnail width check) and very comfortable. After wearing for 2 weeks they have stretched out (length wise not width) at least half a size making my feet slide around in them on uneven terrain. As another review mentioned, the toe protector does bend in an unnatural place, since mine have stretched so much it's actually over my big toe nail. I wish I had ordered a smaller size and not sure what to do as I've worn them and can't return.

Do not get these if you have wonky ankles. Im upset I spent the money but I had never used boots like these before so I gave them a chance. Otherwise they are very comfortable, look great and are not painful during the break-in process.

So, I got these boots along with another brand’s pair. The difference in price, style, and comfort was beyond comparison. I ended up returning these Columbia boots because: they were bulky around the ankle, and the crease above the big toe when walking that other reviewers have mentioned is real and really bothersome. Otherwise, my regular size 9 medium fit me great in length and width. I would guess that someone with slimmer ankles would fare better than I did, but the crease above the big toe is just baffling. I returned them and can’t speak for their durability or waterproofness.

These boots were not terribly bad, but I did have several points of contention with them: they felt stiff, bulky, and just walking around the house I felt the crease above my big toes digging into them. On the pro side: they are light weight. Can't speak for waterproofness as I sent them back
