I have had this pack since Oct 22. It is still in great shape except for some reflective tape on one of the straps. This pack has room for all your stuff. In fact, I have never ran out of places to put my stuff. I came here to see about getting another.

Very spacious! It has a compartment for everything. In the main compartment, I can store 6 one subject notebooks, a jacket, and so much more!

I gave this backpack to my 14 year old grandson for Christmas & he loves it! His previous backpack was a NorthFace backpack also but the strap broke, but not before he got very good use out of it! He needed one with more room to it & the 'Router' fit the bill!

I got the North Face Router Backpack (40L) for my son in high school, and it's been perfect for him! It's roomy enough for all his books, laptop, and extra stuff like sports gear. The padded straps make it comfortable to carry, even with a full load. It's tough, water-resistant, and looks great too. He loves it

I believe this backpack is perfect for travel, whether by airplane or car. It's very spacious and has plenty of pockets for organization. Plus, there's enough room for a computer or tablet, which I really appreciate. I love it!

Comfortable to wear. Plenty of storage. I use this for work. And i can store a laptop, chargers, measuring tape, samples, brochures, notebooks, and more with some room to spare.

Sad that the strap of this bag ripped at the seam and that North Face will not replace it because it was not purchased directly from them even though it is their product.

After years of my daughter choosing backpacks solely based on looks, she finally listened to my advice and opted for the North Face Router Backpack (40L). What a game-changer! She now carries all her school books throughout the day without needing to constantly visit her locker, and thanks to the ergonomic design, her back doesn't hurt anymore.
Not only is it incredibly functional with ample space and organization, but the sleek look and stylish design have made it her favorite for school, sports, and even travel. This backpack truly ticks all the boxescomfortable, durable, and versatile. A total win! Thank you, North Face!

Great backpack. Built with durability in mind but not the backpack is not heavy even with nothing inside. Very spacious. I was looking for a replacement of Osprey Ozone46 (which they no longer make) and found this backpack. I like that you can compress the backpack with straps if it's not fully loaded and love that it has multiple storage areas. I would buy this again.

The Router Backpack is a nice replacement fo my Surge backpack. It's large and roomy with both the rear pocket with the laptop space and middle pocket. The 3rd pocket which holds smaller items such as pens and zippered pocket area is Ok, which is similar in volume as the Surge, although I remember when that pocket was much larger in earlier versions. The top "sunglasses" pocket is spacious but don't like the position of the zipper at the bottom of the pocket, where items could fall out if the zipper is open. Othewise, it's a fine backpack good for travelling.
