These fit extremely tight with zero give. Also, after just wearing them around my house, trying to see if they would stretch a bit, the material started to crack already on the sole near the arch of my foot. The side areas that have the lettering above, fan out and spread, making the shoe look terrible. I am returning these, I am not happy with the quality whatsoever. Ridiculous price for these shoes.

These sandals are supremely comfortable if you have thin (top to sole), but not necessarily narrower than average, feet. They give support to my feet whose arches tend to collapse now that I'm older. Since the straps are made of smooth faux suede fabric with some give, I believe the 8 oldest reviews that mention scratchy, stiff, unyielding straps were written for the SOLE "Casual Flips". That other model has straps made of hemp and most of the reviews for it on its own page also have this complaint. Also Michelle in Kansas City's review mention footbed cracking, which could happen in the cork of the Casual Flips, but not in the materials of these Sport Flips. The straps will still be too tight if you have deep, thick feet and/or a very high instep, but don't worry about any scratchiness or foot damage from the straps. I got a pair of these locally, and I'm coming back to Zappos to get another pair for next summer. I wear them almost every day so I need to switch off to prevent odor.

I spent a LOT of time last summer trying to find thong sandals with some support for my super wide, bunion prone feet. These Sport Flips, the casual flips also by Sole and Eastland's sandals, worked. I also bought Sole for my son who needs a lot of arch support. Great shoes.

Disappointed...I so badly wanted these flip flops to fit. I have a few issues with my feet and back and need support. First off they are super hard and narrow. The straps were snug and do not give. I ordered my correct size and there was a large space between the tip of the shoe to the tip of my longest toe...not a flattering look. If your foot is narrow, you may be able to pull these off. Sorry to say, they are going back today.

I want to give this 0 stars because I don't want anyone else to buy them!! I want them to be there for me and never run out. If you are like me, over 70, with arthritic feet, I feel I should help you. Buy these flips. I can walk in them and in almost nothing else. Not the cork bottoms but the regular casual flip. I have tried every flip and most every sneaker out there. These are simply wonderful. I have worn them for years now and have never experienced one single problem. I will say this years colors leave a lot to be desired. Don't ever halt production just get hip with the colors!! Thank you.

For flip flops, these have great support and the stiff arch is good for plantar fasciitis sufferers.

The most comfortable flip flop I've had on my feet. I'm a pronator and need the arch support and these are the best! Love the style!

Love these shoes and wear them a lot in the house to relieve my plantar fasciitis pain. In the morning just slip into these shoes and start walking again. No stretching is needed. The Breeze color is very attractive and the material is like suede.

Very comfortable ... true to size

Love these! I was a bit concerned about some of the reviews that said these flip flops were narrow and stiff. I have a medium width foot and they fit me just fine. Comfortable and supportive. I have a bad ankle and my doc insisted that I stop wearing regular flip flops. These are a great alternative.

I have arthritis in my feet that makes walking very painful. These sport flip-flops have become my absolute favorite shoes to wear. The moldable footbed only gets more comfortable. I do not know what I will do when the weather gets cold or wet!

I ordered these for my flat feet which have caused me to have knee problems. They are great! They aren't the prettiest but they are a sport flip flop so they are great for casual wear. I have a narrow foot so I didn't have the problems others had with tightness. So glad I got them and I would like another pair.

Loved the arch support and the look of the shoe, but the straps rubbed the tops of my feet. Unfortunately, I had to return them because of the rubbing.

Ouch! I have several pair of these flip flops from past years. They have changed the materials used on the portion that goes over your feet since I last ordered and these are stiff and rough...they cut/rubbed the top of my foot raw within an hour of putting them on and walking around. Unfortunately, I ordered another pair in a different color before I discovered this. Both pair are going back.

If you need a super-supportive sport (rubber/plastic) flip flop, this is the best one on the market. Buy NOW, as I think they are no longer making these shoes. Also: they are very sturdy and last a very long time.

I have been wearing Sole Sport Flips for years. In fact they are the only flip flop I will wear after suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. Yes, the straps are snug, but they stay on your feet and don't slide around. Yes, they are firm, but they mold to your foot and provide excellent support. I have tried other name brand flip flops but ended up giving them away as they just didn't provide the level of comfort I get from Sole.

The green color is beautiful and the sole is extremely comfortable. I wear a 9 1/2 but ordered the 9 since there were no half sizes. Perfect fit. I am in my 70's with painful knees so am thrilled to find these sandals to be so comfortable. Will now order another color!!

Only flip flops I wear!! I walk miles and miles in these living in NYC and while traveling on vacation. And because these get so much wear, I am required to replace them more frequently. These tend to sell out quickly. I've sent the manufacturer several emails asking when they will be placed back in stock. THAT'S how much I love them. I was so excited to see that Zappos had them that I just bought 3 pairs. I will say when I start a new pair I do tend to get a blister right under the strap until the sandal gives a little. But it ends up forming to my foot very quickly. I highly recommend!

I love these sport flips. I pronate and need very good arch support. These sandals are the best for anyone with similar needs. I have tried many brands which claim to be orthopedic but do not provide sufficient arch support. These sandals are what I put on every morning to be able to walk properly as soon as I get out of bed.

This cute flip flop is just too hard for my feet. And it seems weird to walk in... the front kind of clunks down when you step... hard to describe... it didn't want to move with my foot.

In addition to the comfort of the sole sandal, I have to give a shout out to customer service. My sandal came apart after wearing for less than a day. Not only did they refund my money but gave me a voucher for a replacement pair of shoes. Believe me when I say I will spread the word about Zappos!

These are very well-made. The shape is perfect. They support the arch and make it easier to walk. Also they are waterproof. I highly recommend them.

Because of the reviews that spoke of the straps being very tight, I decided to give them a try. They are great! I can wear them without having them fall off my feet. I am so glad that the straps are tight!

I have ordered many styles of sandals and so far, these have the best arch support and comfort. They are true to size for me. I have a small foot, size 6 and med width and just a normal arch. The Orthaheels and Dr Weils are both too wide and my foot feels "slushy" in those sandals. The Spenco are similar to the Soles, but don't have as good an arch support. I plan to take these to Sicily and wear them all over for a month and I really need a good, supportive thong sandal...the soles did not feel too tight or rub my foot as others complained of. I recommend these and even if they don't fit or feel good, you can easily return them free.
