The size runs much smaller than normal. It seems wasteful to pay for return shipping when you want to exchange for a larger size because the normal size runs smaller than usual. On top of that you have to pay to have the newer size ship to you. Ridiculous to pay for shipping 3 times! Never ordering from here again.

I love my old pair of Reefs and searched for a pair that were similar. Ordered the same size I have currently (and that I wear in every other brand/type of shoe), but when I received them they were almost a full size smaller, despite what the tag said. Very narrow, as well. I had to return them and was afraid to order a different size or style. So disappointed with this purchase.
