they were too small - I had to return them and they were the wrong style

Strap was too small. Had to return. :(

Fit in length, but way too tight on the straps. Cant wear them.

Not comfortable, the straps we're digging into my foot. I returned these and bought a different pair which I love.

I have purchased reef/sandy in the past with no issues however these seem to run very small. Had to return them.

Hate these new ginger flip flops. Feel far too clunky and the soles are dangerously slippy. I loved the old style and have worn them for years. Why change something that was perfect?

I've been wearing Reef Gingers every day for 10 years. Just got a new pair to replace a worn out pair and they've completely changed the soles on these :( The rubber outsole is now thicker, heavier, and less flexible, and the tread on the bottom is bascially non-existent. In the week that I've had these, I've nearly slipped and fallen four or five times! They are downright dangerous on any type of smooth flooring like tile or linoleum. Contacted Reef customer support and they told me my only option was to send them in (at my cost-- they won't provide a shipping label) for warranty evaluation. So much for the "Reef Quality Guarantee"!

I had worn the Reef Ginger in all black since the year 2000. This last year I ordered 2 new pairs only to find they no longer fit my foot. The top straps were sloppy loosely woven and did not even make contact with my narrow foot! Of course this made it impossible to walk in them. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. I sent them back. Order every flip flop from Reef. To my house. Finally picked out another model. But have not worn them. I wore my old worn Gingers with no tread on the bottoms instead. This year I am searching other brands looking for a brand that can fit my narrow foot.

Sadly, the new Ginger sandals are not AT ALL like the old ones that I've worn & loved for over a decade (I've probably purchased 10-12 pairs over the last decade and wore them almost daily). The new design has a thicker & heavier sole, making the sandal feel big & clunky on your foot. The tread on the bottom are thin lines with no traction, unlike the old ones with the Reef logo that actually gripped pretty well. But THE WORST part of the new design are the straps - they are SO MUCH tighter than they used to be, to the point where they almost cut into my feet (which is not only uncomfortable, but really unflattering). I actually purchased 3 new pairs in the last couple months, hoping that each one was just a fluke, but unfortunately I've had to return the last couple since they're all equally uncomfortable & unflattering, and I finally came to the conclusion that the design has changed. I'm just so disappointed that Reef changed what I considered the perfect flip flop (they were SO comfortable, they went with everything, were flattering, could be dressed up or down, were durable & could be worn daily, etc.)... PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD GINGER DESIGN!

Way too narrow/short. Order at least two sizes up if at all

The black Gingers very different then Brown Gingers I received in same order. I love my brown ones WHICH my black ones used to be like but these new black ones came as a new mold? Basically pre-formed to a foot so rather than the shoe forming to my foot as the Brown ones will do, these don't fit my foot correctly. These were my favorites. Why the change? I want the Black ones back like they used to be!

I wore gingers for 16 years. When they wore out I would walk in the store by 2 pair blk/blk they were my staple because of my narrow feet. They have change the fit and now they are sloppy the stripes are made for fat feet now. I am very disappointed. Had to send them back.

I bought a pair 5 years ago I love these sandals but can no longer buy them because you make them too narrow !! Why did you change them. I have wide feet and now the hang off the sides because they are made too narrow now...

Too narrow

These flip flops are super comfy but, after wearing them for only a couple of days, I'm afraid I have to give up on them. They stain my heels and the bottoms of my feet black and it's not easy to clean. In the process, my tub and towels got very persistent stains.Even the straps leave black stains. Very disappointing.

For the price and type of the shoe it is of poor quality. They are not supported feel hard and stiff and the straps are loose. I do not like them at all. I wear this type of shoe every day for years. It came highly reccommended. I am very dissappointed at the quality.
