I've worn Reef flip flops for years but haven't bought a new pair in a long time. These are so inferior to the older Reef flip flops. They feel cheap and poorly made.

I am usually a 7.5. I ordered an 8 and it was way too small. I would recommend going up a full size, then rounding up if a half size.

it was just soft foam, what looked like an arch in the picture flattened out when my foot was on the sandal.

SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE CHANGES. I have been getting these for years now they are much more narrow and the straps are so tight. I’m so sad and will be returning.

This was my second pair and they didn’t fit true to their size. I now have sent two pairs back

I felt like it was the wrong size altogether. I contacted customer service and they’re sending me a new pair. He said I was sent the wrong pair initially

These are definitely NOT what I remember. I haven’t bought new Reefs in several years and I’m so disappointed by what I received. One strap is tighter than the other (like missed QC) and both straps are too tight. I have small feet normally wear 5.5 narrow (sometimes a 6). I bought a 6 to be on the save side. They are WAY too small. The straps are so uncomfortably tight and the actual shoe itself is too short. Like, the shoe length is smaller than my 5.5’s and are more like a 5. Plus, the foot bed was not as soft as I remember them being. Anyway, super bummed and will be returning and looking for a better quality flip flop.

There was something defective with this pair I think. The right sandal has straps that are significantly smaller (uncomfortable to even put on) than the left sandal.

I had Reef Ginger flip flops in the past and loved them! I wore them for years and they were light and comfortable. These were nothing like my old pair. Too narrow and cheaply made. I ordered them a size up and they still felt small. Returned them immediately. I ordered Havaianas instead and they are perfect.

I ordered a size 8 and received a size 7

JUST NO!!!! Wore out in less than a week on the bottom. Slippery...almost feel down 10x. Turn bottom of your foot black.

Love Reef flip flops but very disappointed in this pair as the Y-shaped strap ripped out of the sole. Never have had this happen in the years I have been wearing Reef flip flops and apparently out of warranty. From the picture you can tell it is a clean separation from the sole which speaks to manufacture defect. I hope Zappos or Reef will consider sending a new pair.

I like the style but the size is so small that I thought I ordered kids’ flip flops. I usually wear an 8 and think I need to go up two sizes!

I'm so disappointed! I have buying the Reef Ginger sandals for years! They were the only sandal that felt comfortable even between the toes. They are super stiff and the toe guard placement is off so that more normal size is now too small. There was no breaking them in as they were wonderful right out of the box. I decided to give them a chance by trying to break them in but at the end of the day my arch had a cramp and it was painful to walk for a couple of days. I even put water on them to see if they would soften up. No luck. Reef should have left a good thing alone.
