Shoes were very pretty, HOWEVER THEY DO RUN LARGER IN SIZE. I wear a 6.5, so I ordered a size 6. The back of the heel kept falling off so I am returning the shoe. I am so disappointed because I really wanted to keep them. I qualified for free next day delivery and they were actually delivered the next day - lightning fast shipping.

I was so excited to get the email that these shoes were available in pink size 6. I receive these beautiful shoes quickly and was very pleased with style and comfort. I usually wear a size 6 to 6.5. The reviews said they run a half size larger, so I ordered a size 6 to be safe. Unfortunately the 6 was still to big for me and as of now the 5.5s are not available. Hopefully they will become available again soon, I will definitely purchase them again!

After reading the reviews, I ordered a half-size smaller and lo and behold I am the weirdo who needed my true size. Otherwise, the shoes are gorgeous. I will be exchanging them for my size for sure! I'm just glad that I ordered these well in advance of the event for which I bought them!

I haven't worn heels in years but have a wedding to go to and decided to try these. Love them! They are a nice high heel yet have great support to walk comfortably in them. They are a little bit wide so I added a pad which was all they needed. They also look great! They look like a much more expensive shoe.

I made the mistake of not listening to other reviews; order a 1/2 size down! The fit is comfortable and Zappos provided great service, sending me the smaller size the next day. However, I still ended up returning these because the folded over material at the toe makes the shoe look a bit matronly, in my opinion. Comfortable shoe just not quite the style I was looking for.

This is really an adorable shoe, especially for an inexpensive, non-leather one. I was so disappointed that it didn't fit! The toe area was just a bit cramped for me.

These do run about 1/2 size too large. I am always a solid 9 & these in a 9 have about 1/2 inch of room in the back. They are so comfortable, that I can't decide whether I want to return them or not.

I love the style of this shoe; however, it runs large at the heel. I sized down a half size and still had the same issue (not as bad) but added a heel pad. Aside from that they're comfortable and the perfect height.

I read the other reviews and ordered a half size smaller and wish I had not. The shoe must be true to size because the smaller size was a bit snug. I can still wear them, but they are small. Overall it is a gorgeous shoe and I don't wear heels for long periods of time, so they will be fine.

LOVE these shoes. I bought 3 pairs in different colors because they are such a great casual to dressy option. Beware, if you are planning to wear these for an event, BREAK THEM IN. They are stiff, and not extremely forgiving at first. I had some ugly, painful feet after my first wear.

I agree with other reviewer who stated the heel area is wide. I ordered 4 pair of nude platform pumps in 8W in hoped to find a great pair (have't yet). The heel height on these is perfect, not too high for work, but dressy enouygh for more formal occassions, and even OK with jeans. I thought the fit was comfortable - BUT - I kept walking out of them. I really, really wanted these, but was not confident a heel grip would help. I thought it would shorten the shoe, and the legnth was already comfortable. I was not confident the heel grip could narrow the area in the heel enough, so they went back and I will keep looking.

I just bought these shoes and they are not as comfortable as the reviews say they are. The maker could've added a little more padding in the bottom of the shoe. I bought a size 8, and they felt true to size to me. I would not recommend buying a half size up.

Reviews are likely premature before the buyer has actually worn the shoes on-the-go. That being said, first kudos to Zappos for continued lightning fast service and the feature of free shipping and returns! I agree with other reviews that these shoes run 1/2 size larger. Sizing down by 1/2 a size suited me fine. The design of this pump is smart with the hidden front platform making it easier to wear while looking fashion-forward. I think patent leather is always eye catching (color: dark coral -- very summery). A main concern, however, as other people noted is a heel issue. I've experienced this with other pumps as well. It's as if the fit looses suction and the heel and ankle come up, making it difficult to walk. The problem is sporadic for me. I did purchase a thin strip heel insert to add to the back of the shoe if necessary. I've just worn Getta on carpet around the house so far and am still testing. Life experience tells me to return these based on this complication, but I do want them to work so will continue to evaluate. Each buyer would have to weigh this risk since it seems hit or miss if one may encounter the same dilemma. Price, however, is good. Also choice of moderate arch support rating for me only suggests "average support" for an "average foot."

Not happy. I ordered an 8, because I'm usually an 8 or 8 1/2, medium width and I can't walk in these without my heels falling out. They're way too big in the heel area. I'm really disappointed because they look so cute and are otherwise comfortable.

Ordered an 8. Returned it for a 7 1/2 and hope it will fit. Heel maybe a little wide. Nice look and lots of room in the toe. Love the color Dark Coral.

Love these shoes -- super cute and well made. However, they run very big. I had to return them twice for smaller sizes. I normally wear a size 6 and ended up with a size 5.

I love these shoes and wanted them to fit so badly but they were just too big. They are adorable and quite comfortable for the height. Just too long. I was unable to order a half size down because they are completely out of stock so I'm trying the Bandolino Capture instead.

Very cute heels that I purchased for my wedding ceremony! The platform makes the tall heel very walkable -- even for this girl who doesn't typically wear heels more than 1" high. Super sexy and pretty comfortable, just be sure to order at least a half size smaller than your usual size!

Somehow wide is not quite wide enough, but was still slightly too long. Going to keep them. I put a bit of foam in the toe to help the length.

I have wide feet so I always have to get a size bigger if they don't have the wide option, and since these do I ordered the right size but in wide. I was very disappointed when I tried them on because they didn't even fit like a regular, let alone a wide. They are unbelievably tight yet the heel, as everyone said, is a little wider so they feel like they'll slide off. I bought them for a party and don't have the time to buy new ones, I'll have to try to stretch these as much as I can and hope for the best. Otherwise they look great and the heel height is perfect. I got the black patent.

This review is for the blue microsuede. These are great heels for the office. The toe box is almost squared off and not pinchy in any way. The heel and subtle platform make them easy to walk in. I'm not a fan of patent leather so I don't know if I'll be ordering any more, but if these had other suede colors, I'd be all over them.

I read the reviews ahead of time and tried these shoes on at a local store before I bought so I knew what to expect. The store did not have the grey color I wanted. The shoes work for me - I don't wear them a very long time but they feel pretty comfy for the amount of time I wear them. The arch support is good enough. I'm okay with the color although I really wanted a matte grey, but grey is hard to find for some reason these days. The reviewers were saying they had trouble with the back of shoe - people's heels were slipping. I found this to be true too for me but not as bad as some were describing. Also I had panty hose on so I expect when I wear them without hose to be better. Bottom line - I like the shoe. I got a great deal pricewise for opening up a charge. I'm glad I was able to try them on ahead of time at my local store.

I love the shoe but the sizes were really off for me. One show fit significantly different than the other. Tried both a 9 and 9.5 and both were really off. Other than that the shoes was really cute and comfortable.

These shoes were very cute and I ordered them for a New Year's outfit, which they looked great with. Based on other reviews, I ordered a half size smaller than normal (I usually wear an 8, ordered a 7.5), but they were still huge! Order a full size smaller than you normally wear.
