Shoe seemed well-constructed and stylish however, I couldn't manage to get it on my son's foot! Not recommended for little ones with chubby feet. The opening wasn't big enough (top-to-sole of foot, not width).

Just reviewing to add to the “runs big” chorus—I’d read these run large, but didn’t realize how much so—they feel a full size bigger than any other shoe of this size I’ve tried on my toddler. This orange veers a bit towards blaze from marigold, but should be fun for summer!

These shoes are great for toddlers! We got the pigeon gray color and while I wouldn't necessarily put these on my little one for church, they will go nicely with a dress for a party. They feel sturdy and soft and she walked in them easily from the start. My only complaint is the lack of half sizes.

Run a little big but my son loves them. Wish they came in half sizes.

Cute shoes and toddler approved but these were my 2nd or 3rd try for size. They run large.

Super easy for my son to get on and off. Great for summer play at park and beach and in the sprinkler.

Love these shoes! They are great for summer activities (pool, spray garden, beach). I've gotten a pair every summer for my 3.5 year old. My 11 month old is walking now and we just bought him a pair, they are a little harder for him to walk in then in his sneakers and he's able to take them off himself which is tricky at times. But over all these are great and we love!

I buy my son these Natives every year for spring/summer. It's easy for him to put on and great for getting wet. It also doesn't hurt his feet like the Croc version. We had quite a hard time getting the correct size for him this year though. I think he may be in between sizes. He wears a size 1 in regular athletic shoes so at my first attempt I purchased the Natives in a size 1. They were way too big! So I exchanged them for a size 13. Still too big. Then we got a 12 which he says fit. However, I think they don't give him any room in the toes and won't last him through summer. I think the Natives are loose in the heel area and the shoes slips off his heels when he walks so it could be why he thinks the 13 is too big for him. He is currently wearing the 12 but I've decided to also keep size 13 in case he grows out of them by the end of summer. I love these so much I bought myself a pair this year! I would suggest sizing down at least 1 size! And as always, GREAT customer service with exchanging and returning.

We love these! Very durable and my 6 year old says they are comfortable. I will say that I think they run a bit big, but no complaints other than that.

These are really cute, but they seemed to hurt my toddler. He has wide feet, but still. Another mom asked me if he had had an allergy test because of all the welts on his feet after taking them off. They also made his feet sweat a lot. He never complained, but hey, he's two.

overall fit was great! my son is super comfortable in them and he looks adorable!

I purchased these as a Crocs replacement for my toddler. They are not as easy on/off as Crocs, but what shoes possibly could be? After adjusting to the difference, she seems to like them and I haven't seen any blisters.

Loved the look of these shoes unfortunately they kept giving my son blisters. He's 2 and half and usually would push through it but without a lot of powder in his shoes he had a lot of "boo boos" this summer

Loved these shoes-- but too small for my 15 month old's fat feet! My son is really big for his age-- and although the size 6 fit him well in terms of length, when just trying them on in the house for a few minutes, he had the little holes on his feet from the shoe when I took them off. I tried the next size up to see if that would provide him more room, but it was still very tight around his foot. Wish I could keep these shoes, but they are not great for fat feet! :)

My 3 year old son loves these shoes. As others have said, he can put them on himself and feel independent. They are not as easy to clean as others have mentioned in their reviews, but it's a minor complaint and certainly are easier to clean than other shoes he wears.

If these are a little bit big on your kid like they are on mine, your kid might get a rash/callous on the front of his/her ankles. The tongue part comes up farther than on the "Miller" style (what we've had in previous years) and with the shoe slipping around, the foot gets irritated. We didn't have this problem with Millers that were too big. Otherwise great shoes. I have no doubt the irritation will cease when he properly grows into them.

My son has wide feet, but not wide enough where we have to buy W shoes for him. He was solidly a 13½ when we bought his first pair of Native shoes and went with the 13, as the 1 was too long on him. They have held up very well and this kid is rough on his shoes! They are stylish, comfortable, and easy to wash/clean. My only complaint is that they definitely stink if not worn with socks - or my kid has insanely sweaty feet. Even immediately after a wash they still smell after he has worn them. They look a little funky with socks, but he wore them with socks during colder days and thankfully that helped keep the stink at bay temporarily. I would still purchase again because he loves them.

I work at a preschool and fellow moms had raved about Native shoes. My 2yr old has quite wide 'full' feet so I was a little dubious of buying something I hadn't seen would work for wide fit. Turns out they are great. She did have a couple of small blisters on the first day but that didn't stop them from becoming her favorite shoes. They are so versatile I love them and now I'm going to order a pair for myself! As a side note my daughter measures a size 7 when I do they print out, size at home but the 6 fit her perfectly.

Love Zappos! Great customer service and they've never disappointed me. Jefferson is great shoes for little guys. My almost 2 year old really likes to wear. They are little big for him (he just grew out of size 6-7 Crocs) but it looks like that doesn't bother him at all. Even my 6 year old asked me to get a pair for himself.

I love these types of shoes for summer wear. It's breathable for hot weather but also lets kids run around easily (unlike flip-flops) and can be worn for any water activities like splash-pads. I used to get similar ones from Old Navy but they only sell up to toddler sizes. These are a little thicker and better quality (but are more clunky and not as flexible) but they still work great - better option than tennis shoes or flip-flops for summer fun.

We have always bought the Gap or Old Navy knock off versions of these and loved them, so this year I decided to spring for the real deal. Though these are nice, I hate to say it but I like the cheap versions better. These don't fit my son nearly as well and the backs are so low they slip off his feet. Sorry to say I won't buy again.

My 5 year old child wears a 12.5 or 13. We tried (and exchanged) the 13s, 12s an 11s. my son's heel slipped on all of them. Fit wise, the 12's were likely best, so sizing down a full size is recommended. Bummer.
