The insert made by Orthaheel has helped me walk without so much pain. I have a condition called metatarsalgia which is very painful. The insoles along with proper shoes have greatly help me. I just wonder why the insoles can't be brown and black to show less in shoes.

Great support. I stand on my feet most of the day on a floor mat that is on cement. I recommend to all.

These helped my plantar fasciitis problem but did not eliminate it completely. I believe the shoes I have been wearing are just too soft with no arch support at all. This product did help though.

As with other reviewers, I found this to have the arch support in the wrong position despite having a dozen or more Vionic shoes that fit and feel fine. In my opinion, this is made for a man's foot as supported by the sizing description. In order for it to support my arch in the correct position, I had to cut the toe-end off a significant amount. In doing so, it is difficult to get the shape of the shoe correctly and there are edges that I can feel with my toes. I doubt this is going to be comfortable for a day of wearing the shoes. Vionic needs to sell the footbeds that it puts in their shoes for women and for men in order to keep customers happy. I will not be buying another pair of these inserts and wish I hadn't cut them to fit, as I would have returned them.

Hated these as much as I hated the 3/4 length the style is nice they sit well in sneakers but the arch collapses when you stand in them. I Need a firm arch support .

These didnt work out for me. They are to long to fit in my shoes and to hard to cut. Other than that, I think they would have been great for my feet.

Better than a pair I bought at The New Balance store.

Purchased Oh Relief and Oh Active to compare and love them both. Study arch as my doctor recommended instead of spending hundreds on orthodics I don't mind paying $40 for something that will last rather than heading to the drug store to get something quick. These are quality and I'm already enjoying the support.

I love vionic shoes, they are the best support and more. This review is for the inserts that you can put in any shoe or replace the ones in your vionic shoes once they have worn out. It’s important to replace them as recommended to keep not only your feet cares for but your entire walking alignment. It makes a world of difference no matter if it’s in work out, walking, working or dress shoes . I wish I had been wearing these all my life!

I add these to every single flat shoe or boot I buy. They make that knot in my lower back just melt away.

I wear a sz 11.5 men's shoe and these fit perfect. I've been having issues with my plantarfacitis again so i ordered these as the 1st ones I wore out. Since i put them in my shoes, my heel feels so much better. I've tried all different brands and found these are the best for me

My husband has foot related issues and wanted to try an insole that had more support than what he could find around town. Since I had worn Vionic he decided to give them a try. Like Vionic shoes, he increased his time wearing them every day so he could adjust to the support. He has an extra wide foot, 4EE with a lift, and the insole fit his shoes perfectly. He liked them so much I am ordering a few more pairs so every shoe has that same comfort.

Just what my summer ballet flats needed! The right amount of support and alignment without being bulky. These inserts minimize the ground shock that my feet usually endure when walking in ballet flats with no support. Sizing seems pretty accurate. I ordered small for my 6.5 size foot. I sized up to 7 in the ballet flats to allow for a little foot swelling that comes in hot humid weather and the insoles slid in perfectly with no trimming needed.

I bought these Oh Relief orthotics and the Oh Active orthotics from Vionic because I LOVE Vionic sandals. They provide fabulous arch support and align all your foot bones so that your back feels better. I have flat feet so I really need the best in footwear and these orthotics help almost any shoes provide better support.
