I ordered my normal narrow and they were very wide. Nice shoes but run wide.

I originally got these shoes in a 9½N, but that was too wide. I loved the style, so got a 9N. That works width wise and length wise, but the toe box is just too flat. I ended up stretching out the toebox with the handle of an old brush and they are comfortable, but still a little tight in the toe. They are getting better with wear and stuffing the brush into the toe overnight. I think they are a little wide for their size. I got another pair of different Softspots and they are perfect. But I love the styling, they are lovely.

Cute shoe! Great for work or weekend. Cushy and comfortable but did slip in the back a bit. Color is as in the picture. Love Softspots!

If you have a normal size (meaning don't need WW or narrow), these shoes run small. Please order size up by half. The reviews saying they run large seem to be for people that have wide or narrow. It's confusing. I always wear a 6, need 6 and half in this shoe.

Nice, well-made shoe but not happy w/ the fit or color - darker than I wanted and slipped off my left foot. Comfortable foot bed! I take a narrow and because of a right foot injury I have to fit to that foot. If the color had been lighter, I would have kept this and just placed a heel liner in the left shoe.

Found they ran big. Had to go down half a size. Finally a shoe that is a true WW!

All of my shoes is 7-1/2 but this shoe is too tight because of the thick sole material, and it did not fit with my thin socks on. It would be better to have a leather insert. I like this shoe but am afraid to try a larger size because of the thick sole.

These are really nice looking, but unfortunately they just didn't fit my size 12 foot...too tight all over. A wider width won't help, so they must go back. But thanks to Zappos for making this an easy process.

Nice looking shoe and well made but the toe box was very tiny. Would have been 5 stars all the way as they were well padded and had fine detail. I usually order a narrow when available but they only had a medium in stock. Felt like AAA width, not an M. Length was fine. Too bad as I generally love Softspots.

The length was good. The width was fine in the toebox (I wear wide shoes), but the shoes were extremely wide on the sides and into the heel.

A few things. 1) These shoes had a really strong moth ball type smell when I got them. It took a very long time for the smell to go away. 2) They stretched out a lot. They were really cute when I first got them but they quickly stretched out and while still pretty cute they aren't nearly as cute as they used to be.

Others indicated that this shoe ran small, so I ordered 1/2 size larger. It was way too big, ended up ordering in the exact size I wear which is 9-1/2 N it runs very true to size

Love the color and style; however, the sides of both shoes jutted outward into points when I walked. Had to return. Love Zappos!

Very cute and stylish. But, they just don't fit right. The gap on the sides (even though I ordered a narrow width) and slip in the heels.

Really cute, but like everyone else, the toe box is just too small. Too bad I had to return them 'cause I loved the footbed with the gel. I would walk out of the next 1/2 size in the back.

I really like these shoes, but they are a little wide. I like to wear them without socks, but I would not order a narrow.

These have a comfortable footbed but they began to rub a blister on the side of my foot.

Acceptable but...I usually wear an 8 N. I had to go 1/2 size smaller to get them narrow enough. Now the length is questionable but I chose to keep them anyway because they are the style I needed.

I've had several pairs of Softspots in the last few years and usually love them. I ordered my normal size, 6.5 WW, in Ally. I'm not sure if the shoe was mislabeled (not the box, but the inside of the shoe itself) because it definitely was not a 6.5 WW. It was at least a full size smaller in length and more like a M in width. Perhaps the Softspots changed their sizing? I didn't really care for the style in person anyway, so likely would have sent it back even if it had fit. Thanks, Zappos, for free shipping!

Comfortable shoe. I have WW foot and it pooches out on the sides, but fits nicely other than that. Would like if it covered more of my foot, but if you want comfort, this is the shoe.

I am very frustrated, many shoe company's have re-designed the last, I've asked a few shop owners and they have confirmed this. For me this shows up in the heels, my heels slip out as if the heel is to wide, even though the shoe is the correct size. On this shoe the toe box is too small, and I have the same heel problem. Regarding the "comfy" padding, when this padding is compressed from body weight, that's it, no cushion. I'd rather they made it removable.

Very disappointed in size. I have a narrow foot and ordered the N size. Even with insoles the shoes fell off my feet and were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately I had to wear them to learn this so cannot return.

These looked so cute in the picture I was planning to wear them all the time with everything all summer! Then they arrived and looked and felt "clunky" and boxy. They were short in length as well. So disappointed. I'll just have to keep looking for the perfect comfortable everyday shoe rather than sneakers!

These shoes are extremely comfortable! I have not had to break them in, and can wear them for long periods. They look dressy yet can be for casual wear too. A great all-around shoe!

This shoe is narrow for a EE. With that my heel kept slipping out of the shoe. In my opinion, softspots does not have the consistent quality they were once known for.
