I was very disappointed with these sneakers. I got them for back to school for my twins. Both of my twins came back with blisters on the back of their heal and that’s after sizing a whole size. They run at least a full size small.

My son wore them for the first day of school and can home with blisters. Can't return them now. The fit it tight so I sized up but the heel of the shoe is stiff and there is an exposed seam. Would not buy these again.

After one day of walking in these shoes with socks, my son has blisters on both feet. He hates these shoes and now I cannot return. What a waste! The size is not the issue, just the quality of these shoes.

DO NOT BUY. I love Vans and all but this is the 2nd kids velcro straps I have bought for my son and they velcro does not last at all. They are poorly made and Vans customer service is horrible. I would stay clear from these. Stick to the elastic laces versions.

I don’t think the two pairs of size 11 1/2 and two sizes of size 11 (I have twins) were authentic Vans. The fit was terrible...very narrow and short. The Vans logo on the back of all four shoes was not smooth like other Vans’ logos. All of the logos had a large bump right in the middle. This is probably why they fit so terribly.

The fit and size were fine. However, these shoes completely fell apart in less than four months. I know that kids are hard on shoes, but my kid isn't any harder on them than the average six year old and I'm horribly disappointed. The velcro straps split and one fell off and the rubber around the side started to peel off. Absolutely ridiculous!

I just received these shoes and they had food stains and a bag of cookies with crumbs everywhere. This is very upsetting and I've never had this issue with Zappos. I contacted your customer service right away and they offered to ship me a new pair but I'm a different style since these are now sold old.

What a bummer. I wear these shoes in the adult version and love them. However, my son destroyed these in less than 3 weeks! The sole completely fell off the shoe. Great looking shoes but not very well constructed.
