Absolutely the best arch support insoles I have purchased! I have owned many OTC brands from $10-40 and none have lasted as long as the Spencos. I still have a pair in my work boots for over 2 years now, in my daily work boots. They have not worn through so far and the arch is as good as the day I bought them. This is my second pair for my after work and daily casual pair of shoes. True to fit and long lasting support.

Several years ago I went to the Doctor with sore feet and he said I had flat feet and he said to always have extra arch support in everything that I wore. I picked Spenco full length & I have not had any problem since.

I ordered these thinking they had full-length support beyond the arch. They didn't, they are just light padding. So that was my fault for not understanding. But these kept sliding all over my shoes, bunching up under my toes...then the plastic in the heel support would move up and dig into my heel. Incredibly uncomfortable when walking due to that. They are fine when standing and do provide good arch support, but I am overall not impressed. Would probably work better with better instructions or velcro strips, sticky tape, etc.

These were recommended by my podiatrist and they have really helped with my plantar fasciitis. Minus one star because of two issues. 1) The hard plastic bottom makes lots of squeaking noises rubbing on the shoe. Some powder between the shoe and insert helps with this but it could have been avoided with a different texture on the exposed hard plastic areas. 2) They don't always stay in place. I occasionally need to take my shoe off and shift them back, although overtime this has become less of an issue as they settle into the shoe. This probably also could have been solved by changing the texture on the hard bottom to something more grippy.

Best insoles I have ever used! have worn them for years, they don't wear out. I recommend to my patients with a multitude of foot problems. wish they were just a tad wider, but fit a wide variety of feet.

Fit is great, but you may have to use the 3/4 sole version for certain shoes and pull out the manufacturer's original sole. Note, these are not cushy "comfort" soles. They are best for those whose feet hurt when they are in shoes for a long periods of time, because they need strong arch support. The plastic under base makes a strong support base for your feet, and the cushion still provides a sole that is as soft or softer than the regular shoe manufacturer's sole. My only complaint is that they are a bright green, and it would be nice if they were a darker color, but this is really a non-issue when they are worn.

My husband and I have used these Spenco RX orthotics for probably 25 years or more. In the past we have had issues with plantar faciitis. I have poor arches. Hubby has flat feet. These work great. Highly recommend.

My foot doctor told me to get these. They are great, but do take up almost a half size in some shoes. This was a good price, though.

I am sure the Spenco Full Length Orthotics has its benefits, they just made my feet feel as if they were stuffed into the shoe.

These are, without doubt, the best over-the-counter insoles you can buy outside of custom orthotics. I have severe plantar fasciitis in my left heel, and these are the only thing they provide any relief. I have several pairs, and will continue to purchase them.

I went to an orthopedic specialist with sever pain on the right side of my right foot. He said it was pressure from my feet flattening. He recommended these insoles and after trying other products this is the only one that has brought relief. These work great inside my Reebok walking shoes. I am ordering for an additional 4 pair of shoes.

Wear women's size 9.5-10, these fit into every shoe I've tried and are bendable to give more/less support. Not sure how long these are supposed to last but have lasted WAY longer than anything I've ever bought at the drugstore, etc.

My podiatrist recommended these. I had been wearing hard plastic, custom orthotics, but he thought they might be contributing to my plantar fasciitis. The difference is amazing. I have the same support, but with a little give that is so much more comfortable. I bought the first pair locally, but when I realized I wanted them for other shoes without having to switch them out, I ordered two more from Zappos. Same price, free shipping. Can't lose.

I have worn this orthotic for over fifteen years when heel pain suggested I needed arch support. You are able to trim the length and width to fit your shoe. They will wear as long as your shoes. In addition, I would fully recommend doing business with Zappos.

And for my insoles these has been the best investment for myself my feet feel like million $$$ they don't hurt after working 8-12 hour shifts at work and when I get home to do my daily duties I keep them on and still feel 10x better than what I used to before I got them. Will buy 2 more pair for my other shoes.

Have 2 pairs of work boots. one had the Spenco support one did not. Had to buy another for the pair without. Makes a big difference after standing on your feet all day.

My physical therapist recommended I try the Spenco Orthotics for my husband's plantar fasciitis. My husband felt immediate relief with the orthotics and I am getting ready to order a third pair so that he doesn't have to switch them between shoes. I would highly recommend trying these first before buying orthotics from a podiatrist which can cost $300 or more.

I like these, used to have prescribed orthotics but they wore out and I couldn't afford new ones. Took a few days to get used to, and didn't fit in all my shoes cause they are very wide, but the other full length type from Spenco that I bought do, so I would suggest getting those too. They fit in my work shoes, but not my workout shoes or my skate shoes. I like them very much. Very supportive.

These were recommended to me by my podiatrist. The difference they made to help my heel pain was amazing. Very satisfied.

This is the only, I repeat, the ONLY insert that works for my feet. Not only does my foot feel great. I am experiencing less knee pain.

Doctor recommended these. Made a big difference in the amount of time I could walk. Can now do all 18 holes of golf, with enough comfort left over to walk the dog.

These have really helped my knee pain. After years of knee trouble if found a doctor who recommended arch supports and sent me to a very good physical therapist. Now I have almost no pain. I wear these arch supports in all of my shoes, and they keep the pain away. One set seem a little less supportive, so I heated and reshaped them according to the instructions. They hold the new shape and feel good.

Returned. Great footbed - nicely wide at toe area, but the upper is absolute junk. Not at all the solid leather quality one expects from Dansko. Leather is really thin & wimpy, with a cheap synthetic liner. The upper is also super-loose, and obviously destined to stretch & become even looser.

I stand on my feet all day at work and started to experience extreme foot pain I ordered these orthotics and they really got me comfortable again.I previously had bought some regular insoles that were pricey and useless, these by far are the way to go, with easy order and quick shipping I am completely satisfied.
