These insoles were recommended by my podiatrist after I told her about the corns on the bottom of my feet. So far, I have to say they were worth the money.

Actually, this is usually a great arch support. But I am a half size and the size I ordered was too small. I hope to order a size larger and cut it down to fit if necessary. So if you are an 8.5, I advise ordering the 9-10 rather than the 7-8. The 7-8 was a bit too true to size. There was no cut away room provided; ergo, my 8.5 foot needed the larger size.

Glad I checked the reviews first. Many reviews stated this shoe runs a bit small. It does!!. I had ordered them 1 size larger and they fit fine.

I only order when I absolutely need to. I recommend other brands over Spenco because you don't offer a wholesale discount to a retail pharmacy

Overpriced and don't last very long( They tend to compress in a short period of time). I am 5'9, 180 lbs.

I was really surprised by the lack of instructions even on the website. Instruction should be provided with the product and not so that the user hast to go searching for it on Google or YouTube video. There's absolutely no instruction on how long to soften the arch support for a custom fit in as a consumer, I don't know what is inappropriate adjustment to make for custom fit, and I don't want to risk damaging my arch or causing problems later on because I didn't adjust it properly.

Decent insole. I needed to trim the excess to fit into my shoe. While the arch is sturdy the insole material is pretty flimsy and tends to buckle and shift while walking. This can be annoying, but it is better than the arch pain I was experiencing. Slightly better than Dr Scholls inserts but that's it.

Excellent, flexible arch support. The only thing I didn't like about it is that there is not enough cushioning in the heel or ball of foot, so I'd have to add that, which makes things complicated. Then I can feel lumps under my heels or ball of foot, and it gets too tight, blah blah blah. I'm trying to find an orthotic that gives perfect arch support with cushioning in the areas mentioned. That's hard to find. Even my custom orthotics cause issues when it comes to adding extra cushioning. Any of you with troublesome feet can understand. Oh to find the perfect support for my pathetic feet! I'm resorting to different insole brands for each pair of shoes.

These didn't have the high arch support I need for my plantar fascitis. They had quite a bit of cusioning and a plastic support. But it wasn't high enough.

I like the Ryka style tennis. Unfortunately, they were not wide enough and my left toe came in contact with the upper toe section which was painful to walk.

Total waste of time for us over-pronaters. Just a tiny bump in place of the arch. Silly, really.

These insoles were impossible to insert into my shoes. They were floppy and I never managed to get them to lay totally flat. I did the best I could and tried my shoe with it after 20 minutes of wrestling it in and they arch support is not enough for me. They are very stiff only in the arch the rest of the insert feels like those cheapy Dr. Scholl's inserts from the drug store. Even though the arch is still it's not tall enough to support a high arch and it kind of lifts the whole center of your foot not the arch so I'm guessing this is a better insert for people with flat feel as opposed to high arches. I'll be sticking to the athletic Vionic inserts.

I started using these orthotics about 5 years ago after my doctor recommended them when having knee and alignment issues. They were amazing at the time. They perfectly fit my feet and it was a relief to step into my sneakers (which these were in) to go to the gym after a long day on my feet at work. However, over the past maybe year these have seriously changed. My feet seem to hurt more when I wear them. The arch seems too far back now and hurts the heels of my feet. There is no cushioning and the heels of my feet have started to have shooting pains.

I was replacing another pair of Spenco Orthotics that I have loved to death over the past 2+ years. I apparently got the wrong ones, because this is nothing more than a hard plastic arch support with no give and a piece of cheap foam with no support, consequently there is a hard transition between the two that actually hurts a bit, right near the ball of the feet, and the heal gets no help except for that tiny layer of foam over the hard shell (which probably makes things worse). These are going back and I'll have to see if I can find those others.
