Excellent. I have heel spurs, plantar facitis and pronated ankles. My feet are a mess. I bought 8 different orthotics in different price ranges and these are my favorites. In the past I have had custom expensive orthotics made...I still like these the best.

Just had laser surgery on the bottom of my left foot. Tried Spenco and New Balance inserts for my New Balance sneakers. The Spenco fit perfectly and provided the support so I can walk without pain. The New Balance had too much cushioning that made it hard to lace up. I wear 11 EE and the Spenco's were perfect width. Zappos is still the best Customer Service, ordered Saturday arrived Monday!

10+ year customer of Spenco insoles. I wouldn't have a pair of shoes without them. Automatic extra money each pair of shoes I buy. Great padding but supported arch and do not wear out. Highly recommended.

A local running store helped me choose a brand, style and size running shoe designed for my foot type. I used to wear Asics Gel Kayanos however after a decent LTR with that shoe, it was time to move on. He hooked me up with a Saucony Hurricane and things were looking pretty good - my first time out in the I had one of the best runs I've ever had...but the balls of my forefeet and big toes were sore. Not enough cushion was my determination - no reason to change shoes, everything else was perfect so I jumped online to check out insoles. After reading reviews and researching - I chose these and I purchased from Zappos because of the fast shipping and excellent customer service (perfect as always!). I just opened them and then took out the inserts that the shoes came with so I could put these in. I cannot believe how thin and flimsy those original inserts are, no wonder my feet hurt. I can tell these are going to be exactly what I need - the shoes feel so much better just walking around the house! Tomorrow I run in them - I'm excited!

I routinely buy these to replace the thin insoles inside New Balance shoes and many other brands. They are great. Make a huge difference if you wear the shoes for a full day or for a long run!

Hello. Christy here from KY with an update. I received my insoles today and that are exactly what I had expected! I'm so excited and happy that I got a new pair and the price was great. I felt like I was walking on a cloud! Awesome product...I'm sure I'll still have them another five years!

These help me a lot playing tennis. Much less pain in the feet.

I had to use my old inserts for the size to cut to because it was not marked. However, I am on my feet for eight hours per day in steel toe shoes. These have been a blessing!

I've been wearing these orthotics for years. I discovered them at Foot Locker. I have very high arches and pain in the balls of my feet and the heels. This gets rid of this problem altogether. I can stand in these without pain. They, however, only last six months. I'm going to try the 3/4 orthotic insole and RX Full Length Orthotics next and see which one I like better. I need support for my Skechers Softie and my Keen Utility PTC Oxford.

I absolutely love these! They make the difference. I use them in my sneakers that I wear to work and on my feet all day. Wonderful arch support.

Great comfort and support! My hubby is on his feet all day in work boots and thse insoles have helped his legs and feet be less fatigued.

This is a continuation of a previous review regarding use of these in hiking and tennis shoes. Forgot to mention that the size 3 fits Womens 8 1/2 tennis and 9 hiking boots.

I use these in my tennis shoes and hiking boots instead of the manufacturer insoles. The cushioning is great and they provide a slight heel boost, which helps with my plantar fasciitis. The size 3 fits in a 8 1/2 tennis shoe or 9 hiking boot with a little trimming at the toe. Pull out the original insoles and lay them on top of these, then trim so these seem a bit longer. It's better to have to trim them again than to make them too short. If they're too short they can cause blisters on the bottoms of the toes.

I bought several of these insoles because they really are the greatest brand ever. My doctor recommended them and they are durable and are comfortable in any shoe.

I think this is a great product. I haven't seen this product in nearby shoe stores in Arizona. I thought they had stopped making them. Everyone that is on their feet 24-7 should own a few pairs.

Easy to cut to my shoe and I can tell a difference from my other insoles. My feet don't hurt after working hours on a concrete floor!

About same as Walmart for triple the price !

Its a great insole for work

Fit good, feet felt secure, wear these for every shift at Amazon ?, wish they were waterproof etc.
