I think I’ve bought about 5 pair of these. I have two pair in different shoes of mine and I’ve bought them for my husband and my two sons. They are perfect to add to shoes that have no arch support or need a little cushioning for the insole. They don’t have a huge arch support. It’s subtle and soft but it’s just enough to give a little support. True to size but you can cut them if they’re too long. I will continue to get these for my self or my family members when our shoes need that little extra something to increase comfort.

I have the Spenco PolySorb Heavy Duty Insoles in most of my shoes. After years of ankle pain I realized that most of the shoes I get do not have ample arch support. I tried a pair of these in some J&M shoes and the difference was amazing. Not only are these comfortable but the enhanced arch support has greatly reduced my ankle pains. I now have 6 pair of the Spenco PolySorb Heavy Duty Insoles and all my shoes are comfortable!

Best I have found. I wear a size 12 and with some shoes I must try to trim the insert. Last about 2 months.

I have been using the Heavy Duty/Cross Trainer for about 20 years. I just hope the new owner of Spenco doesn't change them. These are great even putting my hard orthotics on top of them. I use them in my walking/exercise shoes and also in my everyday shoes. My podiatrist says to replace them every 2-3 years though I suspect they can go longer. I see lots of other companies jumping into the insoles market, but I'm sticking with Spenco. They are better than the others I've tried.

I’ve bought several pairs of these now, and they’re really fantastic. I use them in fancy shoes as well, I have kind of a low volume foot and in heels this insole helps my feet fit back into the heel of the shoe better. In flat shoes or heels, these provide good shock absorption and good support. I tend towards tendinitis if my arch isn’t well-supported, and these help with that a lot.

Used to replaced TimberLand insoles, great for standing all day.

My favorite brand of arch support. These "Heavy Duty" run a little larger than indicated. The next size down was perfect. Somehow they work better in my Wolky boots than the non Heavy Duty!

I have two pair of these. They're great. My husband bought a pair for his loafers and loved them so much he bought another pair for his sneakers. They give good cushioning and moderate arch support that is soft but supportive. For the price these can't be beat.

Comfortable, quality insoles that are well worth the price to prevent hurting feet. I bought these to go in a pair of Saucony sneakers - they fit perfectly and made a huge difference in the comfort of the shoe. These are the same insoles that used to be marketed under the Spenco brand. Would definitely buy again.

These pads are thick and really cushion your walk. I would recommend them.

I could not run without these, I re order over and over because they are the best most cushy comfortable soles and I have horrible bunions and sore feet and these make it all go away - never stop making them please!

I have been buying these arch supports for years. In-store brands don't work but I love these. I can walk all day with comfort and don't wake up the next day with leg pain or foot pain! Great item.

I have worn these inserts for years. I stand on my feet at work and they do help me.

I got these inserts to put in my Chuck Taylor converse shoes and only had to cut off part of the upper toe portion for a perfect fit. They definitely make a difference in your shoes with zero arch support and can be taken out and used in other pairs!

Been wearing Spenco for 34 years why change when these are the best, every type they offer are fantastic I use several other models as well for other activities like my bike shoes, work boots etc.

Perfect for me. Ordered this about 8 months ago and just looked up my old order so I could order another pair. I've been wearing them since January and they've held up surprisingly well. I want to order another pair, not because these have worn out but because I keep moving them from one shoe to another and I'd like a pair in each shoe. They give decent arch support and they are nice and cushioned under the ball of the foot. For my specific foot problems they are perfect. And you just can't beat the price.

AMAZING! I am on my feet as a waitress for many hours, and these inserts really helped relieve the painful feeling I used to get after a long day's work! 10/10 and I might order another pair!

This is the second pair I've bought. They are thick and squishy. They are easy to adjust the size. They do support my heals, which is what I need.

I used to get stress fractures in my feet from running, my doctor recommended these and I've been running with them ever since. I won't wear shoes without them!

I got these because I stand all day at work, and the tension of my arches being too stretched out was making my legs hurt all the way up. I've had these for a few weeks now, and the difference is noticeable! My feet and legs don't ache at the end of a long day, my little piggies aren't squealing from the strain of being tensed all day, and I am pretty sure my dog appreciates the extra mileage we can get in since my feet aren't hurting during out walks! I personally would prefer something with a little higher and even more firm arch support in the future, but these insoles are great. Just make sure to remove your shoes' old insoles before putting these ones in!

I have been using these insoles for years as they are perfect for my walking and trail shoes. They don't take up more room than the stand issued insole that comes with a shoe, so the fit remains true. I also slip them into my rubber boots for structure and support... very versatile.

As a walking letter carrier, I'm on my feet all day long, rain or shine. One thing that is critical is that my feet feel good. I highly recommend the PolySorb Heavy Duty Insole, they are the best I've found and use them everyday!
