So first off I am 6'5" 280lbs. A lot of people here say oh it's good well here's the deal. I am working security 12 hour days 7 days a week. On concrete at a school strike. My heels were killing me. I have a disc Herniation at l5-s1. Back pain is Normal. Feet pain isn't. I put these in my shoes and it's like a pillow for my feet. Anyhow I don't write reviews and this worked so well I thought I would tell someone. I really wanted the $50 insoles at Walmart from Dr sholls but these things are awesome. Also note they are thick. More in heel and I wear size 16 shies and the 14/15 fit perfectly.

After hospital nursing for 31 years I retired to care for my husband in hospice. After 1 1/2 yrs I returned to hospice working about 7 days/ month. After it was difficult for me to obtain 7 days/ month I began working in a convent infermery. This is the most rewarding job I've ever had. Unfortunately after the first day I contacted my podiatrist for feet hurting so badly I thought I would have to resign. The job required standing/ walking on concrete floors 8 hrs/day. My podiatrist recommended Spenco exclusively. I was skeptical because of the cheap price tag. I was willing to pay a lot for new shoes. I don't know if it was the prayers of the nuns in my care or Spenco. But a miracle took place. I thought I would have to retire from my true passion. Spenco had a different plan for me. Thank you.

I just got my pads and I am a 55 year old female who has been suffering with my heels and ball of my foot hurting all the time. Even my Munro shoes with their foot pads they have start to hurt my feet. I walked on tile, cement and marble for 10 years when living out of the country and that is what started this foot problem. I should have worn some pads but back then no one was really making them except Dr. Scholls and they are not that great. The moment I took these out of the box and put in all my shoes, boots, tennis, open back Sketchers, my Munros - all my shoes and walked around I could not believe the comfort! I will warn you that the heel pad is thick and needs to be for the support it gives so some of your newer shoes may feel a bit snug. My leather boots and shoes kinds stretched out these were perfect !!! Maybe after the pad starts adjusting to my feet that wont be an issue. I was always getting so stiff getting up out of my chair from sitting long periods at work or home, not any more! I can't believe how just a pad in my shoe has changed the way I walk to where my hips and back don't hurt I have more energy AND in one day! LOVE them! Also the material of the pad is not a shiny fabric where you would slip around in your Nylon socks. I have found that allot of foot beds that don't have a grainy material and is softer and on the shiny side I call it tends to have you moving around when you walk. I always had to wear cotton socks, these you can wear any type material socks. I am a size 8 and got the 7/8 so it was true to size had i got a pad larger the heel would have moved around too much so stick to your exact size if half size go up.

I got these for my work shoes and at first I thought they were great, they felt more comfortable than the stock insoles that came in my shoes. But on the last day of week 6 of wearing both the shoes and insoles (I bought them at the same time) I got a terrible pain on the bottom of my left foot. It turned out that the top layer of the insole failed, causing the inner layer to wear a hole in my sock and subsequently a blister formed on my foot. The right one looks like it would eventually have developed the same problem in the same spot. The heel part of these insoles are very thick and have held up fine so far, but the front part is thin. If this occurred after a year, I would have some understanding, but after only 6 weeks is just poor quality in my opinion.

Spenco PolySorb is a good product to have to cushion you as you walk on all kinds of surfaces; concrete, ashphalt driveways, and the hard, removable computer tile surfaces. If you have back pain or lower back problems, Spencos help relieve the pain by cushioning your feet. I have used Spencos for years, and they have helped!

I have used Spenco inserts for years. Whenever I get a new pair of athletic shoes I remove the factory insert and put in Spenco's. I've never had to trim them to fit in my shoes.

Was a little concerned with the "no cut" fit, however they fit perfectly in my new Caterpillar safety shoes. I work at an Amazon FC and average over 25k steps a night, so long term comfort and support is imperative. So far these are doing the trick.

These give a ton of arch support which sometimes feels like a little too much but my arches are high and I need it.

I also order the PolySorb Cross Trainer. The two are identical. So returning these. I wear these insoles in my classic New Balance shoes for added comfort and shock absorbency.

Too thin to do any good in my Redwing work boots. I had to put the Keen insole back in. You get what you pay for, I took a chance on these insoles and it didn't work out.

I'm a nurse with plantar fasciitis in both feet. These are the ONLY affordable insoles that my podiatrist, my chiropractor and I recommend. Obviously the pain won't be completely gone but it is significantly reduced. You're not going to believe how much better your feet will feel.

Orthopedist recommenced Spenco inserts for me after my broken ankle surgery. After 8 months, I still haven’t had a day free of pain. Doctor is ok with me wearing Brooks running shoes. Doctor also said to always remove insert from new running shoes and replace with Spenco inserts. These inserts do seem to offer more cushioning and support. I have 2 plates and 11 screws in my ankle, not to mention the scar tissue. My pain didn’t magically disappear, but I will probably buy another pair down the road.

I just finished my first double with these insoles and man, am I impressed. I manage two restaurants so I am always on my feet. When it got to the point where I'd put on my trusty Solovair boots and my feet still hurt, I knew something was wrong. I went to the doctor and wouldn't you know it, I have plantar fasciitis. I was devastated, worrying about how I was going to continue working, and if I was ever going to be able to wear my most beloved boots ever again. I ordered these insoles and trimmed them down to size, and they fit in perfectly. I must admit, when I first put them on they didn't feel as comfortable as I had imagined, but by the nights end all the unreal pain I had been feeling for weeks was gone. After wearing them to work today, still no pain. For the first time in months! Unbelievable support and anti-fatigue. Even my knees and back are thanking me. I was able to get around quicker than ever thanks to these insoles. They are for exactly as advertised, but I'm going to order more pairs for my recreational shoes too. Very easy to see why they have such good ratings from so many people. If they continue to hold up like this I can see myself ordering them for years to come.bthe best part is the value. All this for $20.00... unreal.

I feel silly rating these insoles for style, after all you can't really see them in your shoes, but whatever... Functionally speaking, though, these babies do the job and then some! I am a former athlete and have endured many a knee and ankle injury in my few decades of life. I get pain around my right patella frequently with a lot of activity -as well as sedentary activities. Suffice it to say, a lot of walking on concrete is usually painful to my knees, let alone running or basketball.
I've been using these insoles for five years now & I don't know what I would do without them. I recommend them to anyone needing an extra amount of support, especially if you have ankle/knee/back/neck issues. The older I get, the more I appreciate little luxuries like these insoles.
The only thing about these is, that because they are relatively thick, they might not be the best option for restrictive shoes that are already tight with the factory insole. These have worked best for me in athletic shoes, hiking boots, that sort of thing. However, I cannot fit them in my classic slip-on Vans, leather knee-high boots, or any ballet flats. Also, I wear a wide women's size 11 shoes, or men's size 9, and had to order based on the men's size. The size for women's 11 was too big. I believe I ordered the size 3 in the insoles. Just something to keep in mind.

I have owned the cross trainers for six years now and they still work great. I have used them doing aerobics and running and they are perfect. I used these four out of the six years I owned them doing nonstop aerobics and running 5k's. I was going to order the cross trainers this time but they did not have them in my size. So out of fear that I would not be able to get them I decided to go with this one. I have yet to experience these but I will keep you updated when I do. I know I absolutely love the ones I had from before and they're still good I'm just giving them to a friend and starting fresh with mine. I honestly have no doubt they are going to be perfect. I did realize though you have to remove your shoes original insoles for them to fit, you cannot put them on top of that or your heel rises up too high. I researched tons of different insoles and I keep going back to these they fit awesome in my Saucony's and I would not change from this brand I hope they stay around forever. I hope this helps.

I used these in my safety shoes and they added support where I needed it. The regular insoles that came with the shoes left me in pain after several hours.

These are fantastic inserts, I’ve had them for a year and whenever I put them on on my foot pain improves. They have a good arch and lots of cushioning for plantar fasciitis. And they were fantastic price. Highly recommend

Fit well in my shoes. I wear s 15, the Spenco size 6 (14/15) matched my 15 insoles with no cutting. A little chusionny in the heel but doing well so far.

Good stuff: When I use these Spenco inserts, I do not feel my usual back pain after hours of walking or standing. Cautions: These inserts are very thick and will not fit in slim dress shoes or over existing built-in orthotics. However, you can (1) pull out the existing insoles (some are glued in, but some just rest in the foot bed and pull out very easily) and replace them with these inserts, or (2) bring the inserts when you go shoe shopping and buy a slightly larger shoe that will fit with the inserts.

Second pair owned. Works great. Lot's of extra cushion compared to insoles that came with the athletic shoes.
