As a senior I experience increased lumber spine and sciatic nerve discomfort when walking in hard sole shoes. The discomfort is significantly reduced by use of the Polysorb Heavy Duty Insole when combined with a maximum cushioning running shoe or sneaker.

Very comfortable insert. I put it in s wide size shoe on top of that shoes insole and it made for a great comfortable shoe experience. Thin enough at the toes in a wide shoe so you still have room for movement. No toe crushing. I highly recommend this one!

Great quality and durability! They last for a long time! Excellent for working on concrete floors. They feel like cushioned slippers with shock absorption for hard surfaces. I've been wearing these for over 20 years, and I buy them for friends and coworkers. I would highly recommend them for anyone!

At first I was a bit hesitant since the shoes I purchased already came with insoles but then I decided to order them. Huge difference. Cut the fatigue in half. I walk 16,000 steps a day and need all the support I can get. These are a blessing. We’ll see how long they last but so far worth it.

Fit was perfect, I wear a 9&1/2 boot and got the 8-9. Slipped right in fit the length and width perfectly, comfortable and really eased the pain in my feet and back. Arch support is fantastic!! Really made me feel like I could walk across the country without any issues.
