Going to lower heels and I love these. Have navy and the cream in narrow. Very comfortable and cute! Wish they had purple.

I am so disappointed in these sandals because I love them so much and they don't fit. They are stylish, comfortable and very pretty, but if you have a truly narrow foot, don't bother. So sad!

Great shoes. They look great, and feel fabulous - the stretchy black straps conform very well and the heel gives just enough height.

Truly one of the most comfortable shoes EVER! Right from the start, no breaking in. I have a bit of a wider foot, but they fit with no problem. I don't normally wear heals, but the small wedge is just enough to be dressy. As we girls do... I love them so much I bought two pairs in different colors.

The cutest shoe in the world! The straps are soft and not tight and the shoe fits great! I am so happy with this purchase.

This is my first Bella-Vita shoe, but it won't be my last! A VERY comfortable shoe! I tried to order the black, but it was out of stock! LOVE Zappos quick shipping! I scuffed the end of the sole and was afraid I had ruined them, but a little shoe polish covered it up and I'm trying to find more navy outfits to wear them with! The heel is a perfect height for me!

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes and these are one of the two I will keep. These are neat shoes! They are super comfy, the stretchy straps do not bind at all. I did put a thin black insert on the sole as they are plastic but once that was taken care of I know I will use them all summer. They come in different colors so I am thinking I will buy another pair.

Shoes are very comfortable and fit true to size. I wanted some dressy shoes to wear during the summer instead of flip flops. These were a great choice. Zappos experience was great too!

This is such a good looking shoe. It's very comfortable, too! Love it! Keep in mind...I think it runs on the wide side. I usually wear a wide, but had to exchange for regular width.

A little pricy, but worth it. I need shoes to stay on my feet when I walk and these do the trick. The stretch makes them flow an the heel height is perfect. Lower price would be excellent.

Actually I haven't worn this shoe out yet but summer is coming! Fit fine so I am keeping them for church or other dressier occasions. Can't wear high heels anymore so this seems perfect.

I have never ordered from Zappos before. I ordered my shoes late Friday and I received them on Mondy. Unreal service, the shoes are extremely comfortable. I am forever a Zappos customer!

Comfy. Stretchy. Back of heel is stiffer but I think it will be okay. They slip on. I haven't worn yet, but I'm thinking these are going to be a staple shoe this season. I like them a lot.

These are very lovely sandals and even we can walk for so much time. I generally wear with skirts and wow...I got compliments from so many.

Liked the style of the shoe. I ordered both wide and medium widths. To my surprise the medium felt wide. Lots of toe room! The shoe seemed much longer than a true size 6. Otherwise, cute shoe.

I wanted a cute, wide dress sandal that was a little more dressy than normal sandals, but not so dressy that if worn with jeans I'd be completely out of place. This does the trick. I got in in a 6W and it fit right out the box. Obviously the design makes it especially friendly to wide foot gals. Wearing them in Fall and luckily for me, they will still be useable for CA winters!

I really wanted to love these shoes! I ordered a size 6, but they had a couple of stains on the straps, not noticeable except up close. But I returned them and reordered again in a size 6 and also a 5 1/2. The 5 1/2 had a stain on the elastic strap. 5 1/2 a bit too small, the size 6 was a bit too floppy on the foot. Plus, the insoles made my feet feel like I was sticking to them. These went back too! My review is about the size 6.

I love these shoes! I wear a 12N, so finding fashionable shoes is a bit of a challenge--though not at Zappos! I wear these to work with trousers or skirts, and they are stylish and comfortable. The heel height is perfect--not too high to bother my bad back, but high enough to give my work wardrobe a lift. Plus--they are a bit more covered than other sandals, so they are very appropriate for summer office wear, but look great with jeans and capris as well.

One of my favorite summer shoes! Super comfortable and feels great on. The neutral color goes with everything. I bought a size 8 but it was a little bit big so I exchanged it for a 7.5 which was perfect. Overall, extremely happy with this purchase. :-)

Great shoe, great value. Unfortunately the back of the shoe slips up and down when I walk (I guess I have narrow heels?) so I returned them.

I wanted a dressy sandle for spring and summer. This shoe can be dressed up or down. Super comfortable even after a full day on my feet. I even accidentally splashed red wine on one and washed it off right away with just water and no stain! I cannot wear stilettos and the heel on this shoe is perfect.

I love these shoes so much that I also got them in bone. I am so glad that they make them in WW; I only wish that they offered more colors.

These shoes are very pretty, lightweight, and a nice heel height for dancing and walking. They're extremely comfortable & cool, as well; important in the heat of Texas.
