I was really looking forward to getting this shoe but extremely disappointed when I got them. I ordered a 6.5 WW, which is my usual size. The length of the shoe was a full size longer at about a 7.5 and the width was nowhere near a WW -- I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe because it was so narrow.

These are really cute in the picture, but a torture device on your feet. There is no arch support or cushioning in the footbed. As for the sole, it has a felt like material on the bottom. I'm sure it's there to prevent slipping, but not very practical. It makes you stick to a rug and attracts all manner of debris.

Nice looking shoe. Unfortunately it was too long for me. I normally wear 7WW but my toes don't poke out even in a 6WW. Had to return it. Otherwise worth the try.

I have very wide feet, so I ordered the WW but the footbed was about a medium width and the straps were way too big. Plus the heel rode up and down and they seemed too long (as if they were an 8). I love the look and they are the perfect color, so I am returning them for credit and will try the size 7W.

I usually take an 8W, but I felt like my feet were swimming in these shoes, and the heels slipped a lot. I am returning the black ones, but if Zappo's ever gets the navy blue back in stock I might try them in a 7.5 just to see if that size will work. Hard to tell with this one whether I just have the wrong size or the style just won't work for me.

I am so bummed...while the style of these shoes was great, the fit was not. Usually i am a 12W, and they felt very constricting, and they were very flat. Almost like walking on the ground barefoot. They also felt very narrow, especially for a wide shoe. Needless to say, my feet don't like them! Returning.

Very oddly shaped. Bought these in a 7WW. Assumed the elasticity of the straps would allow for a more custom fit. This was not true in the least, the two straps at the widest part of the foot had no give at all. And there was easily 1.5 inches unused at the front. They looked comical, fit more like a 9 than a 7. Insta-return.

Shoe fits great, yet bottom sole is a velvet material, just too slippery. Wished it was manufactured with a different sole.

This is such a cute shoe, but it's just not made for my foot. I ordered a 9M (my normal size), then an 8.5W and an 8.5M. I was certain it would be very comfortable given that it's all elastic. But the end of the toe is weirdly long and pointed - which made them not fit properly regardless of size. So sadly they all had to go back.

Love the shoe. Comfortable right out of the box and great fit for my narrow foot. Only problem was that after wearing the shoe three times the heel plate was wearing off to the point it was about to expose the leather heel. I needed a shoemaker to put on a new heel plate which cost less--not what I wished for with practically new shoes.

I have two pair of these, one in black, the other in dark blue. I have owned them for a year and a half, roughly. Within weeks of purchasing, some of the embellishments that run up the middle had popped off. And not just one shoe...ALL four, and not all in the same location. Needing sandals I wore them anyway. The heels, the part your body weight is on when you step, lasted about 6 months - and I do not walk for a living, I teach. Apart from work, these are church sandals too. When I do wear them, I walk more on my toes to not damage the heels as replacing them is quite pricey where I live. Definitely not worth the price for the quality of workmanship. I've had WalMart shoes last longer.

Too long in length and slipping in heel. I was concerned about the other comments too on the durability of the heel.

I bought these shoes and wore them every day to work for about six months. The heel on one shoe began to crack, and eventually broke in half. Very dissatisfied, but too far beyond the purchase date to return. Ended up throwing them away.

After only 4 wearings, both heels started to wear with the actual rubber heeled sole lifting off on both shoes. Very upset as shoe fits great, looks great but this is a problem for me. Of course they are out of stock so my choice is to return and find something else go get them re-heeled.

These were adorable and very comfortable. I was looking forward to them being my seasonal "go-to." Unfortunately, they began falling apart the first time I wore them. The little medallions came off first, then the sole began separating before I'd even worn them 3 times!

I don't understand the 72% say True To Size. I purchased the shoe one size smaller than my normal size and a Wide, and it was enormous! The foot bed seems the right size but the elastic straps were very loose and sloppy. I may try again in Med width but I ain't feeling positive. Thanks Zappos.

Very narrow even though wide width ordered. Could barely get them on..

I ordered a size 9.5W. The shoe was really cute, but it was 1 1/2 inches longer than my foot, and so wide that the elastic straps were loose. It's hard to find a 9.5 wide, so I have a lot of size 10 shoes. This was wider and longer than all my size 10s. I hated to have to return the pair, but it's so large I'm not even sure what size I would need to reorder. But the return was very easy!

Cute and trendy. I liked how secure I felt with the nice, wrapped heel. The elasticized straps are comfortable and would have been super for my bunion. I love Bella Vita shoes and usually have success, but this sandal was longer and narrower than usual. I wear a 7 WW. My foot just did not fit right on the sole. If only the "footprint" had been slightly shorter and wider. They are going back. I got the navy, which seemed somewhat washed out. I would recommend getting the black.

I don't know in what universe a 8WW(EE) in this shoe is actually a wide, but it's not this one. The shoe fit my daughter (who wears a 10M) quite well. I usually have very good luck with Bella-Vita, but not this time. If you have extra wide feet, look elsewhere, because this is not the shoe for you.

I was excited about the comfort of this shoe. But I have worn them 3 times and have had 2 significant problems. They stained my heels black, and most disappointing of all, the rubber heel is separating! Significantly!

I hate this shoe. I was so hopeful because it is very cute and the other reviews were positive. But the many straps must be in exactly the right place or it hurts. And when you walk, your foot can slide out of place. They are very uncomfortable.

I ordered these in an 8.5 WW and they are very narrow--no where true to size. I could not even get my foot in them. Extremely disappointed.

Don't buy this shoe if you plan to walk in it! I like the look and feel of these shoes, and I have been happy with the other Bella-Vita shoes I have purchased. However, the first time I walked any distance in them, the heels fell apart. The rubber wore away completely, damaging the heel itself, and the entire rubber coating of the sole started to peel away. All in one moderately lone walk!

I tried these on and wore them around the house. They felt really comfortable until I wore them to work for the day. By the end of the day my little toe felt like it was broken, it was so sore. At the top of the shoe on the front it had worn a sore spot which is just now healed after two weeks.
