I am so pleased with this shoe. The stretchy straps allow my very swollen left foot to fit comfortably and even feel supported. I only gave 4 stars for overall because they are a little longer than I expected (usually an 8.5 is exactly the right length), and I gave 4 stores for comfort because they slip a little in the heel while walking. Otherwise, they look stylish and feel great!

These sandals were comfortable right from the start. I have a difficult time finding shoes that fit right. The Narrow size was perfect for my feet. These are both comfy and stylish. I've received lots of compliments!

I bought these shoes last week and loved them so much I bought them in another color. I wear an 8W and they are true to size. They are adorable and so comfortable. I've never been happier about a pair of shoes as I am about these. I love them! I highly recommend them.

These sandals are cute and they were true to width and size. I have a high instep and an extra wide foot and these sandals were very comfortable. I wore them for the entire work day without a problem. Before I purchased these, I had bought the Walking Cradle Elites in Size 11, (WW) and they were very narrow and didn't fit so I had to return them.

Ordered two pair after finding the correct size. So comfortable and stylish. I wear a WW and these are amazingly comfortable after foot surgery. Great arch support.

The shoe is comfortable and looks great. I love the slip-on aspect and the elastic straps, which are very comfy for summer walking. It has a nice little heel, not too high. The only problem is the thin rubbery sole. After 3 or 4 wears the heel has all but completely scuffed off. It is shredded. Now I can't return them and they look shabby already.

These are lovely comfy shoes. They go great with dresses and pants and are awesome for work. It's hard to find nice shoes in a WW width that are cost prohibitive. These shoes fit the bill.

I've been wearing these shoes a lot since I got them, and I love them. They are quite comfortable. The instructions said to go up half a size, and since my size was not available, I did so. They are actually a little long. I think the sizing is probably true without needing to go bigger. They are on the casual side; don't look good with dressier clothes. But all in all, a great purchase.

I have a narrow foot and have a difficult time getting shoes to fit me. When I saw this sandal on the Zappos website, I loved it! So I ordered a 6 Narrow. I was so excited when they were delivered. But the shoe width is huge on me. The straps are elastic and I can literally put 2 fingers between my foot and the straps. Unfortunately they are not available in a narrower size so I will need to return them.

I purchased Bella Vita Paula II Navy fabric in May 2012. I did not wear the shoes from October 2012-May 2013. I do not wear the shoes every day; however, the rubber lift on the shoe is wearing off and the heel is peeling. I usually wear my shoes for 3 or 4 years and purchase shoes for seasonal wear. I hope I just got a pair of shoes that was an anomaly of what Bella Vita quality is in shoes. I am very disappointed with the lack of durability on these shoes.

Just received these adorable shoes and I love them. I wear a size 7.5W and I found them to be very true to size. They are super comfortable and the color (bone) is as pictured. I'm even thinking of buying them in another color. And, as usual, Zappos has the best customer service on the planet. I won't buy my shoes anywhere else!

These are perfectly fine summer sandals. They run larger & wider than normal but for the price they're pretty good.

I wear a 9 1/2 narrow and this shoe was too wide for me. Disappointed!

These are absolutely adorable! Even my daughter loved the look of them! Unfortunately, they were quite a bit too big, and they did not have my size, so I am on the waiting list for a smaller pair. It is always a crap shoot when I try shoes in a new brand. I wear an 8N in Clarks and Soft Walk, and 8½S in Munro, and these were too long. I would say go at least half a size smaller.

The shoe was not what I expected, but I was still somewhat pleased with the comfort and the style.

Super cute, but the wide I ordered was not wide enough for my D width feet.

I thought these would be the most comfortable shoes, but no way. There doesn't seem to be any cushioning when you walk. They actually fit pretty well and looked nice.

This shoe runs long! My perfect size is 8WW, and these had more than an inch in front of my toes and my heel slipped when I walked. In length, I would be a 7 in this shoe, but then the width would be too tight. Nice looking style though.

I was so excited to get this shoe. I initially bought one pair my size and when I got it, found it was too large. I sent it back and ordered a 1/2 size smaller & then decided to get 2 pair (different colors). I received them and wore a pair the next day. To my disappointment, by the end of the day the heel was already coming apart. Sadly, I'm returning both pair.

I think they are the cutest ever, but they were too long and too narrow and my special event passed before I could return them to get a second pair at least half a size shorter and much wider. I am not sure if I will exchange them. They are very nice looking and so comfortable for pumps, with soft bottoms and elastic straps. They have just the right size platform through the sole, which is trendy these days, and helps pad the ball of your foot, as well as making the heel just a little less high, which added to their comfort for me. I think I just talked myself into trying again for a different size. No harm right? My low overall score is based only on the sizing being off. I love them otherwise! You may read a more raving review from me next time.

I normally wear size 8M, but they were long and wide. Next I tried 7.5N and they were too narrow. Finally, 7.5M fit perfectly. Aaaaaaah... :)

Bella Vita is my #1 choice. The brand unfailingly combines contemporary style while minimizing the appearance of a problematic foot structure.

These sandals are comfortable right out of the box. The color is a true, dark navy blue - not some weird variation like so many other “navy” shoes I’ve tried. They are flattering on my foot & the size & width are spot on. Keepers!
