I am an avid Orthaheel fan and own several pair, but these did not work in any way. I have super flat feet that are narrow, and even with tightening the adjustable strap to the tightest degree, they finally fit but bulged ridiculously in the strap area, making them unwearable. They are pretty flip flops, but narrow footed folks shouldn't waste their time.

This was my first Dr. Weil sandals and I felt there was no arch support. My other Orthaheels have great support. I was disappointed because they were so cute. So I will continue my search for cute Orthaheels.

I was so happy to find Orthaheel last year (2012). I spent the entire summer in my Talia sandals, and bought myself a closed-toe pair for the fall. I logged on this spring to buy myself another pair of sandals for my Talia is loose and floppy now, found many new styles to choose from and ordered a bunch to try (thank you, Zappos). Unfortunately not a one fits like my Talia from last year did! Every single one of them has a narrower footbed. It's the same support, but narrower. So, I've had to go back to the drawing board to find a supportive sandal that looks nice. I've found Aetrex fits me. The footbed isn't quite as sculpted as the Orthaheel, but at least my foot isn't hanging off the edge. I'm very disappointed with Orthaheel. Why change a good thing?

This sandal has a soft footbed but it is too wide for my narrow feet - and the straps are too loose, they don't even touch the tops of my feet. So they will be going back.

The platform of the sandal is very comfortable and has a lot of support. Unfortunately, the straps were too wide and you could not adjust them. I had to return them.

OUCH! After falling in love with the Orthoheel Relax slipper, which eliminated any foot pain from plantar fasciitis, I was excited to try this sandal. It was cute, stylish, and I was hoping it had similar arch support as the Relax slipper. With the very first step in the shoe, I had shooting pains in my arches. As others have mentioned, it does not have the same level of support as the Relax but I was hoping it would be enough for me... I was wrong. Very disappointed. I am sending these back for Birkenstocks.

This shoe does not come close to the comfort of the Orthaheel 'Tide' style. The straps are too loose and they are sloppy on my feet. No more Dr. Weil for me! What a waste of money.

I am not a fan. I love the other pair of Dr. Weil shoes I have, the Dhyana in brown. This pair just felt cheap. There was very little at all to the shoe. The soles are flimsy. They remind me of a cheap pair of black "dressier" flip flops I bought at Target for around 8 bucks. Not to the standard of the other styles. These are going back to Zappos.

I liked the style of this shoe, but when I tried it, I found that it had a wide fit and was hard to keep "on my foot" as I walked - my foot slipped quite a bit in it. I've worn similar shoes, so I'm not sure what the exact issue was, but the toe "T" does skew a bit differently than most flip-flop type shoes, so that may be part of it. I really wanted to like these!

I like Orthaheel sandals, but maybe not this particular shoe. It does have great arch support but the strap that goes over the top of your foot is so loose I feel like I'm trying to hold on to my shoe while I'm walking. The buckle detail is purely ornamental, it does not adjust.

The arch is not the same as most Orthaheel, does not seem to fit your feet correctly. They were very cute and I wished they would have fit, because they look a little dressy.

The footbed on these sandals are very comfortable, true to size and great support. However, my foot did not feel stable because the straps were too big. They didn't hug my foot at all, and will probably stretch over time because they're leather. Beautiful shoe, but not for a small foot.

So cute but way too narrow. With this kind of shoe you need to provide a footbed that would be equivalent to a Medium Width. Sadly, these are going back.

I love my orthaheel tide shoes, was excited to see a cute sandal, however I was disspointed. The leather strap was stiff as you would expect, the arch support was not as high as the orthaheel, and the soles does not have the same thickness or padding. The shoe is very light, but does not feel as sturdy as the orthaheel. I am sending them back.

High arch, worried a bit about over supination and ankle stability. Sole felt hard. Going to stick with Birkenstocks.

These are not my first pair of Orthaheel sandals - which I love, but these don't fit right. The 7's are too big, the 6's too short and narrow. Too bad - so cute!

I've never felt that shoes with arch support were that comfy but based on the rave reviews I took a chance on these. They hurt so much I'm amazed at how many people found them so comfortable. Walking with them on was like trying to walk with a big rock digging into each foot. However, if you know that this brand works for you the shoes do seem well-made and attractive.

Overall shoe would be comfortable if it wasn't so big. I was squeezing my toes to try and hold on to the sandal as I walked. I don't think I can go down a 1/2 size because then the length wouldn't fit. Returning these, too bad because otherwise they were cute.

I'm a true 11 and these are good in length but big under the straps, thus not giving great support.

I love the arch support of these sandals. Unfortunately the straps are not adjustable. The buckle on the one strap does work but if you tighten it the strap just loops beneath it. I had to return them.

This is a wonderful feeling sandal at first, and I loved it! But unfortunately after I wore it for a month it became too big. I suspect that the leather stretched with wear and then the sandal became too loose. I was very disappointed because I had to return them and I had really loved how they had fit originally.
