This is my first pair of Orhtaheel. I was looking for an everyday flip-flop that had some arch support. This shoe does just that. The bottom has a bit more of a Birkenstock look than I was looking for, but they are still a cute & casual flip-flop. Very comfortable and can be worn for long periods of time.

Not the usual comfort of an Orthaheel. The arch isn't as high, and the strap on the left one actually hurts my foot. Returning them.

The advice listed for the Tide Sandal recommended to order a half size down since they only come in whole sizes. That worked great for the Tide Sandal, but for this one, Restore II, it was too small. My 8.5 heel was hanging off the back of the size 8 sandal. Already processed an exchange though with great customer service! Should be here by next week. Awesome Zappos!

I like the concept of the shoe but there is not enough shoe structure to support the Orthaheel concept. My feet were not as stable nor did they remain comfortable.

A very cute sandal, but not as wide, and footbed not as firm as regular Orthaheel products. I have a wide, square shaped foot, and little toes hung off the edge. Needed to return this sandal.

Question: I need a toe post like this but want the arch support of the Orthaheel "tide"! I ordered the tide and love the support but the toe post is too large and makes my toes sore! Anyone know a supportive type flip flop, with the smaller toe post? (I need a flip flop style due to some arthritis issues.) Thanks! (Sorry to post a question here but didn't know where else to post.) Called the 800# but got put on hold forever.

I was looking for a pair of white sandals that would be a little dressier than flip flops. Orthaheel has a beautiful style called Lola that I cannot find in my size anywhere, and has the waterproof footbed like their Carla style. I have Carla in pewter and it is gorgeous, comfortable and waterproof so I can wear it to my daughter's swim meets and out in the rain without worry. However, the Restore II has a suede footbed that will get dirty quickly and the straps gape at the sides. I would have preferred a silver buckle since I do not wear gold very often. I'll keep trying Orthaheel because I love the pair I have but this one just didn't work for me.

My daughter (14 years old) and I just love the upgraded style from the original plain flip flop version but the footbed does not offer the same support. The sandal is not adjustable although it looks like it may be, and depending on the fit your foot is just not held stable enough for the arch and pronation correction to hit correctly. We were also disappointed with the fabric lining and would have strongly preferred leather. We are really hoping for an upgrade to the original flip flop that can offer the same support as my daughter's foot is not petite. Still, these are too big through the top of the shoe yet narrow along the back heel base. Thank you, Zappos, for carrying these types of specialty shoes. We haven't given up hope!

The footbed is more narrow than previous models and the arch support isn't as pronounced. The footbed curls up at the toes, which doesn't feel as comfortable. I just don't feel the same support as previous models. I am ordering the "Tide", to try and get back the feeling of the old style.

These are definitely different from other Orthaheel sandals. The sandals have a very slick material that your feet rest upon which made me feel like I was on a slippery surface. I did not like!

Very cute shoe, but the sizing is a little confusing. It says it is a size 7 US and 38 European. I have always found a US size 7 = European size 37. In short, the shoes run big.

I was under the impression that I was buying a wide width shoe. Not so. Also I was disappointed that half sizes were not available. Probably will not select Orthaheel again, but still love Zappos!

I love orthaheel shoes but this one did not have as much support as their regular sandals.

This is a cute comfortable shoe. However, the strap was too loose for my foot and I had trouble keeping it on - had to return.

My daughter bought some Fit Flops and I came to the site to buy a pair but got sidetracked looking at Orthaheels. I read on how they were really good for support, comfort, etc. I thought hey my feet are so bad that I better get these instead. Well they are really cute but the sole was so thin that I felt like I was walking bare foot and the straps were really sloppy lose. I was so hoping they would work but was so disappointed that the makers would talk up shoes saying that a doctor designed them for problem feet. I put them in the mail return the next morning. I will try again a few times in hope to find some supportive shoes that do not weigh at ton (not that these did, they were way too light ). Wish me luck because this back and forth mail thing takes a while.

These. Are. AWESOME! I bought these on a whim, included in an order of a couple other pairs of shoes that I was pretty sure I'd like better. Nope. These are ridiculously comfortable. I wore them walking around on vacation for 2 days straight the day after I received them. Heavenly. They look like simple, classy, leather flip flops. They're my new casual summer shoe.

Cute shoes. These are definitely support your feet. They are very comfortable and I can easily wear them all day and my feet do not hurt. The navy is more of a shiny purplish color but close enough to blue. Have been good for my plantar fasciitis.

LOVE these sandals. I have had foot problems for years (pain in the balls of my feet, mainly from years of dancing), and wearing flats and typical flip flops just kills my feet. For sandals, these looked nicer than flip flops, and I crossed my fingers that they were comfortable. They felt great once I put them on. The arch support is excellent, and I don't feel like I'm walking on the ground. They fit my feet perfectly. With that being said, my mother also got a pair, and while she says they are comfortable, she also claims that these sandals kind of tilt her feet to the outside side a bit. Every pair of feet is different, but I'd definitely recommend these.

These shoes are so cute that they don't look like orthotics. I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes feel great even when I am on my feet all day.

These are the best sandals I have ever purchased. Ever. They are beautifully crafted, and worth every penny of price to value. (Yet alone being good for you!). One note...I did NOT go down in size as discussed by some, about this shoe. I will always recommend Orthaheel for the care in which they produce their product. And the thought they put into the design.

These sandals have the best stability and arch support I have ever experienced. I was afraid that I would have to give up sandals due to problems with my feet, but these have solved my issues. My podiatrist will be thrilled!

These are great shoes - I have a flat foot that causes tremendous pain in my right ankle and knee...with these shoes I can shop and walk for several hours. Gives me just enough support.

The shoe wasn't as bright pink as I hoped, but who cares? I can't remember the last time I had a long day & no heel or foot pain. My feet are a little fat, so the strap is just a little snug, but again, who cares?! My feet don't hurt! This is amazing!
