So far, I haven't fully broken these shoes in, but they're great. I bought these to replace an aging pair of Merrells and am satisfied. They break-in period is a bit long so far, but the fit is great. They're stiffer than expected, but I hope this translates into longevity. The heel cup also takes some getting used to, but after a few wearings, they are soft enough.

These are my 3rd pair and although a new style and color they are still great. Light weight, dry fast, max foot ventilation, great traction, quick lacing system and very durable. My only issue is the heel strap often needs to be tightened. Should mention they can be worn as slip on, with the back heel flat down inside or as shown. Either way they work on versatile terrain/water, unique look and last me about 2-3 years worn 9 months of the year.

Wonderful summer footwear. Lightweight, mesh sides allow feet to breathe keeping feet cool all day. This is the third pair I have owned over last 5 years and still my all time favorite.

Love this shoe. Can't wait to wear it more this summer. I wore it on a warmer day this winter, and it will be perfect for the river or the lake. I have been wanting these for some time, and finally got a pair. Wish I had gotten them sooner.

Fantastic shoe! I have owned 6 or 7 pairs of these and they are my favorite ever for the desert southwest where I live. Light and super comfy, great lacing system and heel strap allow a quick customized fit. The heel is also designed to fold down so you can step into it like a sandal, I used this feature a lot. Only drawbacks are that the laces and heel strap eventually disintegrate. I would buy another pair but zappos does not stock my size 14!

Like all shoe manufacturers, they won't leave well enough alone. I had their previous version of these for many years and preferred the styling and the fit. But Salomon had to go and change things. Their new version has colors I really dislike, so I at least found last year's at Zappos. Not as comfortable or good a fit as the previous ones I own (which are finally getting worn out), and I don't like the look as much, but far better than the new ones. Kudos to Zappos for having these available. That said, I wear my originals all the time... most comfortable shoes I ever owned. Have hiked through sand, in oceans and rivers, hills, Disneyland, trade shows, on Sea Doos... these are my go-to shoes for anything where I want comfort and excellent ventilation-- or the ability for water to flow through while protecting my feet and offering good support. I love them. I expect the new ones to perform as well.
