I love this shoe. Unfortunately it runs a little big, and the smallest size -- size 6 -- is too big, so I had to send them back. One reason I buy shoes on Zappos is that I can often find smaller sizes than in stores. But not in this case. I'm bummed.

I love these shoes! They are comfortable, fit well,& look awesome on my feet. I normally wear a size 10.5 and usually have to get 11's because few shoe makers make a 10.5. I bought a size 10 and they worked with a bit of room to spare. My only regret is I didn't purchase this in other colors before it sold out.

I absolutely love these sandals. I bought the Smokey color and they are awesome. Very comfortable to wear and oh so stylish. I almost always wear a size 8, but after reading reviews that these run big, I sized down to a size 7 and they are perfect. Unfortunately, Zappos did not have a size 7in the Smokey color, so I had to purchase them elsewhere. But Zappos is the greatest as far as shipping, customer service, etc. And if they had my size I most certainly would have purchased them here. You cannot go wrong with these ladies.

I typically wear a 9 or 9 1/2, but I wear in 8 in this shoe! The shoes are so comfortable and look great! I bought the smoke color and it is perfect! The only bummer is the high price. I would buy a second pair if I could afford it.

Love this shoe! My girlfriend bought this shoe and told me to buy the next size down. I noticed when she took the shoe off you good see the strap indents on her feet (she is not overweight). She thought the shoe was very comfortable. I opted NOT to size down. Although the shoe is roomy, it was extremely comfortable and I did not have the strap indents at the end of the day.

I adore these shoes, wish they hadn't been sold out of the Smoke color but other than that, they are comfortable, with a nice little heel, and stylish. Had to return 1st pair even though I ordered smaller (7 instead of 7 1/2), a size 6 worked.

Not only is this shoe stylish but it's the most comfortable shoe in my closet! I wore it out of the box on a shopping trip & had no issues at all! I love this shoe! It does run large. I wear 7.5 but purchased a 7 & it's perfect!

These shoes are like walking around in cotton candy. Comfortable, stylish, and you can wear them with any outfit. Love them! If the red becomes available I will buy them, too.

I normally take 6.5-7. I ordered 6.5, but ended up with a size 6. It really runs big, but it if a stylish and comfortable shoe. I love it!

These shoes run long. I went down half a size and they are still too long. I really like the heel because it is not as high as the other styles and the inside is very comfortable.

I have 3 pairs of Jambu journeys and loved those. Sugar is the most awesome shoe ever. They make all my clothes look cute, I swear and they are super comfortable. For sure order 1/2 size smaller. Love them.

I just got this in red, it is a knockout. I normally wear a 10, which is slightly big on one foot, and often B width can be a little wide on my foot, so I ordered down a full size to a 9 and it is just about perfect, still a little big around the ankle, but I have slim ankles/heels/feet. The length is perfect. It will be cute with skirts, capris, leggings, etc. It is very comfortable, I don't wear much of a heel any more and this feels quite gentle, with a nice cushy platform. I will be careful, however, as I could see twisting an ankle, given that the ankle area is a little loose around my foot.

So comfortable and stylish! I ruptured my Achilles so don't have the calf strength to wear high heels but I feel very stable in these. Love the back zipper. So unique. I get compliments all the time.

These are very comfortable. They do run a little large but I don't think I would go smaller.

I absolutely love these shoes!! Although they do run a little large, the comfort is amazing. The cushion insole in these make them extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time and I have actually worn them for long walks without foot pain. I always get compliments on them, and have a couple of friends who have ordered them as well.

Great comfortable shoe but cool too with the zipper up the heel. It feels sexy in a comfortable way -- not usually two words I use together in most shoe descriptions! I get compliments on them all the time.

I absolutely love these sandals. The reviewers are right when they say these shoes run wider. I know because I have wide feet and these fit perfectly. I had surgery on my right foot and now my right foot is wider than my left. I have so much difficulty finding comfortable shoes that fit. I cannot wear heels anymore and had given up on ever finding stylish shoes that fit. Not only do these sandals fit, but they are comfortable and easy to walk in. I have gotten so many compliments when I wear them. They look great with capri pants and skinny leg jeans. It wold be nice if Jambu made ankle boots in the Sugar shape.

These shoes might run a bit large, but I ordered my usual size and kept them and they've been fine. I'm wearing them to death (wish they came in black!!) and continue to get compliments on them all the time. It blows my mind that they look like they have the potential to be so uncomfortable, but are just the opposite. I could live in them. And they look great with capris, short skirts, tight pants, etc. Love them!

I just got these and they are so stylish and comfortable. I'm glad I read the reviews about them being about one size larger. I normally wear a 7.5. 6.5 fits perfectly.

These shoes are very stylish and comfortable, but as many other reviewers noted, they run large. I normally wear a 10. I ordered a 9.5 and they fit perfectly. I ordered the "smoky" color expecting a brownish hue to the shoe. As also noted by another reviewer, they are not brown--they are grey. An attractive grey, but grey nevertheless.
