These are the most comfortable shoes that I have! So much room, I love that I can actually wear something with a heel, I have such problem feet all I have is flats. Everyone is right about the size, order a at least half a size down, do not order up. Also if you have narrow feet these probably will not fit. As always I absolutely love Zappos!

Love love love them! I get tons of compliments! They're very comfortable! Only disappointment the right shoe squeaks! Took then on vacation and discovered the squeak! So I wasn't able to consider exchanging them! I wear them anyway!! Squeak squeak! I have 2 other pairs so I love them! U will too!Comfortable and they go with everything!

This is exactly the shoe I was looking for to wear with summer pants. They give you the polished look that you might get with boots, but are clearly summer sandals! I have "difficult" feet, but for the most part, these shoes fit well and are comfortable. I find the straps are a bit tight by the end of the day, but not so uncomfortable I feel I have to take the shoes off. I bought the shoe in Smoky, and the color seems to work with everything! On the negative side, these shoes are really hard to get off! I went with the sizing recommendation and took a half size smaller than I would normally take. This was a leap of faith for me because I have wide feet and normally need the larger size to help with the fit. Because of the stretchy straps, though, the width is fine. I'm well into my 60s, so I will only wear these shoes with pants. Younger women could certainly wear them with skirts or shorts; I personally can't pull off that look! It is nice, though, to be able to wear shoes that are both comfortable and trendy/edgy enough to update a rather basic outfit.

I love these shoes! I got the black with white polka-dots and they're quite springy and pretty. All black would be a little too dark, I think. I read the reviews an almost everyone warned to order a half-size smaller than usual. So I ordered a 7.5 -- I'm usually a regular 8 -- and they are perfect.

Such a comfortable and funky shoe. Loved the way this shoe fit and very TTS! Comfy, comfy, comfy.

Followed what the other customers said and purchased a 9 1/2 even though I wear a 10. Perfect! And talk about comfy! The foot bed is heaven, and the fit doesn't slosh around. This is the first zip back sandal that doesn't feel like it's going to break if I dance or walk fast. It is sporty and sexy!

These shoes are very comfortable and fashionable as well. Who could ask for more? Give them a try. I selected the Jambu Sugar and the color is very versatile and complimentary to what ever color I am wearing. No breaking in, just put them on and go!

I want to thank the other reviewers who said they run large. I was able to get the right fit by ordering down 1/2 size. These are so comfortable and soft on the inside. I also got the Jambu "Butterfly" and the Sugar is slightly more comfortable for some reason although the foot bed seems identical. I also ordered a half size down in the Butterflies too so maybe Jambu just runs large.

These shoes are so fantastic so I ordered another pair in a different color! I took the advice of many and ordered half size smaller and an 8.5 fit my size 9 foot. The look is so sexy and comfortable. I was reluctant to buy a shoe with a zipper in the back with no adjustable straps, but not to worry! These shows are well made and the heel fit perfectly and secure. Love Jambu, will consider their other shoes as well.

These are the cutest shoes! I bought them in the brown & gray. My feet are a little wide so I'm hoping they stretch a little. But comfort is my priority & this shoe is indeed comfortable! I'm 59 going on 40 so I keep trying to stay with trends but with safety so I don't fall. Don't get me wrong, they don't look "orthopedic!"

These are by far the cutest, sexy looking sandals with height that I own. Also, the most comfortable for my messed up feet. They hide past surgical nightmares but look stylish doing it. Love them! There is only one thing I would change. It's the color of the foot bed lining. I bought the smoky leaf and if you look at the online color the lining looks kind of tan but it is more of a white like the black. It bugs me because it would have looked so much better if the lining would coordinate more with the shoe color. It's distracting to look down and see the white lining under the tips of my toes. I still love the style, comfort of these and highly recommend this shoe. I'll probably buy the black and white too - so cute! I wear a 10-11 and the ten fits great.

These shoes are extremely comfortable and super stylish. As others have mentioned they do run big. I usually wear a 10 and ended up with a 9. I do have a very narrow foot and these worked for me. My husband urged me to get the red vs my standard more practical choice of black or brown and I am so glad I did. I get compliments every time I wear them!

I just got these in the Smoke and want them in black too! Very comfy and cute! Adorable with skinny jeans and cropped pants. I get a lot of foot cramps so I'm always looking for a cute and comfortable shoe. This one is perfect!

Love these shoes! They are very comfortable right out of the box. It's still cold here (snowed last week), but I've worn them all over the house on different surfaces and they're very comfortable. The first time, they we're kind of hard to get on, but after that, I figured it out. I ordered my regular size.

I'm in my late 50s but really like these shoes. I'm normally a 40 or a 9 and I bought the 9. They are a bit too long (my toes only peek out of the strapped area -- there's 3/4 inch more sole that my foot is not occupying) but they feel very comfortable, so I'm not sure if I'm going to size down. The "smoky" color is a lot lighter than it appears on the Zappos site. I'd call it taupe. Great shoe!

These shoes are great and run exactly to size. I bought a size smaller due to reviews, and had to exchange for my normal 7. Alas, though I am usually an average 7, my foot is a tad wide. I don't usually need a wide but, the straps on these were not going to be comfortable after a day of wear. I am very sad to return them because I need arch support and it is hard to find pretty shoes that will alleviate all of my foot pain. These felt great. Furthermore, I roll my ankles in some shoes shaped like this but these were very sturdy. I highly recommend them for anyone that doesn't have a wide foot! Even if you usually cannot wear heels. I am noting them for future reference in case I lose weight in my feet. In the meantime, I am trying some other shoes in this brand because I am impressed with the feel.

I have plantar fasciitis and always need a slight elevation at the heel. I adore these shoes. They are so stylish and go with some many things so are perfect for trips where you can only take a few pairs of shoes. I can also walk for miles in them. Literally. No chaffing or rubbing like with some other sandals. They are clunky, but still somehow look slimming. I am probably going to order a second pair since I've worn the originals so much. Like others have mentioned this style runs a half size bigger. I'm normally an 8, but 7.5 fits great!

This is the 2nd pair of Jambu Sugar I have bought from Zappos. Super comfortable. I always get a ton of compliments on them. Great arch support and can wear all day. I wish there were more colors.

I love Sugar Jambu. They provide the prefect comfort, are open enough for warm weather, but closed enough for cold days. I wear them without without leggings. Easy on zip back with no zipper struggle. All great colors. I love the neutral leather; the red is real and just perfect for all seasons. These are must have shoes. Generous fit, but not larger than size.

I waited MONTHS for this shoe and am not disappointed. I love the looks and how adaptable it is dresses to jeans. I took the advice of other reviewers and bought a smaller size. I wear a 6 1/2 and bought a 6 that fits perfectly.

I love these shoes so much I have them in two colors. I have bad knees and back pain. I rarely wear heels but I can wear these all day. I always get compliments when I wear them. Best shoe purchase ever!

Comfortable shoes, just as I expected from Jambu. I heard to order a smaller size, so I originally ordered 6 1/2 (I wear a 7). I ended up having to return the 6 1/2 and wait for a 6. Zappos was great in sending me an email that the size 6 was available and they fit great.

These shows are my first Jambu and WOW! I am usually a 8.5, but went with a 7.5 in these and they fit perfectly. I was recently on vacation where my luggage was lost for 10 days. Thankfully I wore these on the plane. I wore these walking for MILES in Europe and they were cute enough to go from day to night. LOVE THEM! They are so comfortable and the wedge design is great for not aggravating my plantar fasciitis.

Wow! what a beautiful shoe. The color is vibrant and it seems like its going to be really comfortable. Can't wait to start walking in them. True to size. Zappos has amazing customer service, very courteous, kind and willing to work with you. Love Zappos!

This is a comfortable shoe for walking. I suggest you get a half size smaller. I did not do this because I have a big foot. I had to return it for a smaller size. The top of the shoe has a stretchy closure for high insteps or wide feet. It looks good with summer skirts or dresses.
