All I hoped it would be.

I'm the wife of a man who has to be one of the pickiest (discerning?) men on earth. These shoes have become a favorite of his. A classic style and beautiful color choices (he bought the turquoise - unusual for him but I fell in love with it and he went with it). He's been wearing daily and is extremely satisfied with the fit and comfort of the shoe. I came to the Florsheim site to purchase two more pairs (in different colors) to have as backups because it is SO unusual for him to find a comfortable shoe he can wear everyday. These are nice enough to go with most any outfits or occasions, from work to dinner. We purchased these shoes at a store about a month ago and I do not remember the price, but I'm sure it was in the $70-80 range. I will revise this review as soon as I can confirm this, if I am mistaken. I love the shoe, think it looks great, stylish and as a classic style, it's versatile. He loves the shoe because it looks good, is extremely comfortable and it's a simple design. It's a win-win!

I have had these shoes for 4 years and they are the best casual / boat shoe I have ever purchased. They are extremely comfortable and durable. Better than any Sperry or higher end shoe I have purchased. Great for casual, going out, errands, working around the water or beach. Always get compliments. I am going to try Florsheim's business dress shoes too.

New shoes feel like i have wear them for a long time, will recommend them to anybody who are looking to casual shoes, also the design and the fitting are excellent

I love these shoes I bought a pair 5 years ago and they finally wore out so I bought two new ones in different colors. I wish they made more extra wide shoes because I would buy them. I also own the riva which I recommend to anyone with extremely wide feet. My only complaint is the lakeside ox scuff and stain easily

great shoes

I absolutely love these shoes, easily one of the most comfortable pairs I've ever worn. I bought them for a nice summer shoe to pair with shorts, but quickly began wearing them year-round. I live in New England and during winter they have enough water resistance to get through light snow. I'm also a competitive kart racer and the thin sole provides a good amount of pedal feel while still being comfortable. I get about a year of daily usage out of these, but if you were to wear them for warmer months only you could stretch these 3-4 years before wearing them out. Strongly recommend, I'll probably end up purchasing a pair every time they wear out until they stop making them!

Weekends at the cabin . Classic look , great casual feel

Quite comfortable shoes, the outsole is soft, you can feel that when you're walking; however, after 4 days of wearing it, the back of the outsole shows signs of wearing out. My shoes are wide and I was lucky that they had the wide pair of shoes.

Overall, I like this shoe. I will buy again when this pair wears out.

Very pleased and the first time I've purchased shoes on line.

I've been a boat shoe guy for going on 40 years. I wear them out quickly because they lose their shape under my (250 lb) girth. This in part because I walk with a decided pronation. I have high hopes for these; I think the lace-up construction and the very soft leather will contribute to greater durability.

A durable shoe that fits very well!

I'm 6'1" , over 300 lbs and 70 yrs old, retired. They are the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn both indoor and outdoor. When these ware out I'll buy another pair. I suggest using offered size measurement chart. I wear a size 12EEE and the size conversion chart gave me exactly what I needed.

I wear the shoes with casual dress. They are replacing a pair of shoes that I didn't like. They wear well even all day. Sometimes they are difficult to keep tied. I have worn Florsheim shoes for over 45 years and never had a pair I did not like.

I use the shoe to wear with blue jeans and they look great !

These are the best casual shoes I have ever had! I wear them with shorts and no socks with no problems at all for long walks at theme parks! I also wear them at work with socks and no issues at all. I bought them at the Store, and thanks to Mr. Ragu at Florida Mall, I got the perfect fit for my size. I got the blue ones, but I will go back to buy the buy the brown ones and perhaps buy one more with laces. Please Florsheim, keep this model for a long time. I will buy it again and again. No other casual had made me feel this comfort, ever! Thanks!

great with jeans on casual weekends, I got the Navy, looks very nice and they are comfortable. good for summer, jeans & shorts.

Was surprised I could walk long distance comfortably.Other Mocs have caused blisters
