Your online size categories are not clear. M(D) should distinguish that these are two separate sizes and should indicate the width of each size. I thought you were saying that M is the same as D which is the size I have worn for many years. The M size which you sent is much too wide. I will try to live with it with 2 or 3 additiional insoles but the size choice online should be clarified.

The shoe size was advertised as 7EEE. It was no where near a triple E. As soon as I saw the box with the size as W I knew it wouldn't fit. If you advertise EEE please be certain it's a triple E.
