These are nice sandals but too narrow for me. Since only the ankle strap is adjustable, they aren't very accommodating to a variety of feet.

Let me start this by saying I BOUGHT this same shoe in Biscuit last year. Wore them all over Italy. Still wearing them. Wanted to get another because it looks like they are phasing them out. THIS IS NOT THE SAME SHOE. They have some how made it smaller, narrower, scrimped on the leather and made it tighter and the Biscuit color is just all wrong. What's going on with NAOT? They have some quality control issues at the factory! And now, Zappos doesn't have my size so I'm off to Amazon to see if I can rectify this situation. A sad day indeed. Watch out.

Loved these sandals over a couple of years, and even got new pairs to replace old worn ones. One day on vacation, walked a lot in them and the next morning, could not walk at all! Emergency visit to orthopedist, who said these do not provide enough support if you have plantar fasciitis. Got stiff shoes and vacation was saved. Fair warning.

I give up. I have purchased and returned ten pairs of these Naot Lauras in the "brushed black," which is actually a dark gray. Each pair is slightly different, but my final verdict is that the 41 fits like a 9 or 9.5 and the 42 is a true 11. One is too small and the other is too big. Given that I have a true black pair of 41s (last year's version?), I can only say that Naot changed something and this shoe no longer works for me.

I'm usually a size 10-10.5 M but needed to order an 11 and even then these felt short. They are super soft and seemed comfy, but the heel strap sits low on your heel which I don't like. Also when I walked, it made a sound like releasing air in the heel of the shoe. Heading back to Zappos.
