I love these shoes. I have both colors and I have had them for about four years and wish they came in some other colors and I would buy more. I need the flat shoe and not the ones with the higher heel.

These sandals are very similar to two pair of Naot sandals I bought a few years ago. The older style featured a large buckle closure instead of velcro. The updated closure offers a cleaner, more sophisticated look. The leather, while not described as Nubuck, feels like it: soft and pliable.

The mark of a good shoe to me is that I never give a thought to my feet when I'm wearing them. These shoes fulfill that most important criterion. I was born with a bone missing in one of my feet, and I'm notoriously hard to fit. I need perfect arch support, plus they can't rub me wrong in that one super tender spot. A hard match to make, but especially hard in sandals, where adding shoe inserts is not an option, and getting the straps just right is practically impossible. Not only are these sandals ridiculously comfortable for hours, they're cute! And the leather is beautiful. I'll be wearing these for years. Can I give six stars?

These are attractive and comfortable sandals. I wish the footbed were a bit wider, but I can wear them. Be careful about ordering these if you have a wide foot.

I really wanted these to fit but this shoe does not fit as well as another pair I have of this style, much wider and feels sloppy.

This is the most comfortable sandal I have ever owned. I have foot problems, including high arches, bunion, and pain from fibromyalgia. This shoe is not only soft, smooth on the skin, and cushiony to walk on, it is also easy to get on and off with the non-buckle closure. I could walk all day in this shoe and not feel any discomfort! Comfortable right out of the box!

These are great shoes with my moderately severe rheumatoid arthritis! My feet are the widest at the area of the top strap and the fit is a tad sung. These are leather, so they will stretch. If I have to, my local shoe repair guy will stretch them, but that is no big deal! The support is great and the heel height is top notch. They are much cheaper at Zappos.

The left shoe must have an air pocket in it and it hisses when I walk. Love the shoe but that hissing will drive me insane. It's a flaw in the left shoe only.

Absolutely love these shoes! Fit perfectly, are very comfortable with no break-in period, and they look very nice! Will get them again when needed.

I bought these for a trip to Europe and wound up living in them all summer. I was recovering from a bad foot/ankle injury and these were the first shoes I could get on. The black patent was dressy enough for the Royal Ballet and equally great for 4 1/2 hours at Giverny in the rain. They're more comfortable than my summer hiking sandals, and I want them in another color (wish they came in orange or bronze or olive--are you listening, Naot?). This was my first pair of Naots because the other styles have too much heel for my wobbly ankles; these felt extremely stable right out of the box and still look new after 3 months of wear.

I was looking for a shoe to wear walking around Italy. This sandal is perfect! It was comfortable the day I put them on and is my new favorite walking shoe.

This sandal saved my summer! I was on crutches in April and May but thanks to these shoes was able to walk around London and Paris without looking "orthopedic" in June and July. This is the first Naot shoe I've been able to wear because it's lower to the ground and keeps me stable. I'm returning for a second pair and am delighted to have found these perfect sandals through Zappos.

Amazing shoes. I am normally a size 9, got these in size 9, and they fit, a bit tight, but fit. My heels almost hang off the end but not quite and I didn't want to have a half size too big. These are pretty narrow shoes.

Love, love, love this shoe. It's very comfortable and stylish. I wasn't sure of the fit at first, because it is definitely narrow, and I ended up ordering the next size up, just to compare. I stuck with my original size (I am a 9.5, but ordered a 10, because Naot doesn't do half sizes), because the 11 was too big. These are definitely my main summer sandals! They're not clunky, and look good with all sorts of outfits.

I love this shoe! It is the most comfortable Naot I have, although all of them are comfortable. I have arthritis in my big toe, so finding a shoe with adequate support that doesn't require my toe to do any work - and is still beautiful - is very difficult. These fit all of my needs. They are absolutely beautiful, and the black leather is so soft that it flops around when I am not wearing the shoes. I am going to order another pair right now.

Bought this pair to replace a similar style that I bought about 8 years ago (and was still wearing!). The old style has a buckle - this style has velcro - hope it will hold up just as well. Is a narrow-ish shoe especially in the toe, but it fits my foot very well and I have a normal to slightly narrow foot (in the toes) I think, but I can see if you have a wider foot or toes that spread apart more, you might find this shoe constricting your toes. Very comfortable from the get-go- nice walking sandal. It is a little annoying when they get wet - the suede foot bed takes a while to dry. But I really like them.

These are very comfortable due to the foot bed and the low heel height. Not as supportive as Vionic but fine for regular everyday wear. They do seem a bit narrow so customers might want to be aware, though returns are easy with Zappos. *****BE AWARE that these are NOT black, but rather a dark gray. If you need black sandals, these are not. I kept them for when I can get away with the color but have others for when I must wear black shoes.

Love this shoe, on my 3rd pair. It seems like it's discontinued, very hard to find. I hope they DON't discontinue and bring in other colors! The pair I just got has an anomaly, not quite a deal breaker, because I love the shoe and they don't seem to have another in my size. Might have to get it fixed. Only reason for the 4 stars.

The biscuit is sort of strange in color, but it surprisingly goes with a lot. These shoes are very comfortable. I can wear all day, even with all of my foot issues.

Oh man did I wish this shoe fit me better. Its so stylish and comfortable, but the toe straps were too big, too much space between my toes and strap. It might be high arch and instep. If this fits, go for it. It's beautiful and comfortable.

Please be aware that the brushed black is actually a charcoal grey color. They seem true to size and are probably a B width. I had this style about 12 years ago when it had a buckle and the leather seemed more substantial. They still seem to be a comfortable sandal but I ended up keeping the Kayla style instead because of the color.

These are beautiful sandals. The leather is super soft. I only wear Naot shoes, and am a solid 39 in their smaller/narrower footbeds (Koru). This footbed is a touch shorter than those, although I would probably still keep them if the middle strap was not so tight. I have narrow feet. They may stretch with wear, but I do not have the funds to risk it. Otherwise, the footbed feels like they would be great shoes to wear all day.

I was disappointed that this very cute Laura shoe was way to wide so I had to return it. I was surprised at the comments stating the shoe ran quite narrow. I have purchased other style Naot shoes and have never had a shoe as wide as this style. I wish Noat made a choice of widths and half sizes as they are truly comfortable shoes, but hit and miss to get a proper fit. I wear a 38 or 39 depending on the style.
