I liked the first Patricia sandald that came out. There was no back strap. I have had mine for over two years now and they are fabulous. I wish they would still sell Patricia 1. I do not like Patricia 2 as much either. With the cross straps. I can wear them but they are not as comfortable as Patricia 1. I get so many compliments on Patricia 1. Zappos, please get them back again! In all the colors.

The only thing I did not like about these sandals was the heel strap. It is just too long and flopped around on the back of my foot. I wish you would make this design without the heel strap. Then it would be perfect!

Like shoes. They are different widths. The L is very loose, the R is a good fit for Size 8. Afraid to reorder, due to what I believe is quality control manufacturing problem. I usually love Crocs.

I was so excited to get this shoe because I've always loved the Crocs fit and styling. I had read other reviews that stated that the shoes were sometimes different sizes in the same box. Boy, was I ever disappointed when the right shoe fit like a dream and the left one flopped around loosely on my foot - so much so that there was an inch gap between the back of my heel and the black strap. Even worse, the usual exemplary customer service team at Zappos was nowhere to be found when I needed to return them. Their "Live Chat' was closed and when I called the "24/7" customer service line, I got a recorded message telling me that the Zappos staff was out "celebrating their culture" and promptly hung up on. What was usually a wonderful experience shopping with Zappos was awful all around.

I love the Crocs slide and wear all the time, I have them in different colors. I was anxious to have a pair with a heel strap. unfortunately the strap that goes over the arch is too loose for my foot. would be great if you could adjust the strap. I do love the Crocs brand.

Disappointing. This sandal looked good enough to be worn on the beach as well as elsewhere. Thus I only took this one pair to Waikiki. My mistake. After the first day, I took the sandals off and noticed black discoloration stripes from the straps across the tops of my feet. Additionally I had blisters where the straps rubbed my feet. I should have known things "Made in China" would not hold up. Thus I left these behind in Hawaii.

This shoe was totally disappointing. It feels like the insole is not attached to the shoe - my foot slid all around even though the fit seemed right. Also, this shoe ended up looking pretty ugly on my foot.

I had bought these shoes felt great when first got them, then second wear tighter in the toes and back strap no longer would go on. Wanted to use shoe stretcher but before I could do that they had shrunk 2 sizes. The shoes can not be used, and the store will not take them back.

As others reviewers have stated, left shoe was tighter on the foot than the right which was too big and did not stay on my foot.
