I have 4 pairs of these, bought last year. I wanted a casual summer sandal with a slight heel and crossbands to make my foot look skinny. These were the best I could find. They do run big; I had to downsize from a 9 to an 8 and the band closest to the ankle fits too loosely. This year Crocs came out with the Patricia II, a much better improvement to this model! Those run true to size and fit perfectly! I also bought 4 pairs of those. This style works great if you expect to get your feet wet.

I put them on and took them right back off. The look of this shoe is just weird, I don't know how to explain it, other than it looks weird. Plus the back strap was very loose and I have wide feet. I shouldn't have purchased to begin with because I didn't like the rubber strapping on the top and didn't realize that until after I placed my order.

I bought two pairs of these in Hawaii for a good price each. I have small (5) narrow feet but had to purchase the W for a perfect fit. These are made in China which might explain the width difference? Love them, very comfortable.

These were the second pair of Crocs I've owned. I have the Carlie Mary Janes and love them. The Patricia Wedge runs a little large - the 6 was more like a 6.5 or 7. I am returning them for a 5. Otherwise, cute and comfy.

These are my dream wedge. Perfect size as per the chart, but so sadly too narrow for my left foot mainly. So bummed. They are so comfortable, but I will have to leave them to someone else who doesn't need that extra tad of width.

Perfect little sandal to knock around in. Comfortable, water resistant...love them.

These are fabulous! They don't look like a plastic sandal and they are so supportive and comfy, I am taking these to Europe in July, they will be my walking shoes. I wear a 9 - 9.5 slim, I ordered a 9 and they fit and stay on great!

These sandals exceeded my expectations. They felt great from the moment I put them on and throughout the day.

I love the look of these sandals...but the first time I wore them they rubbed my toes and left red marks. I guess the rubber has friction? I have tried again to wear them, but they still hurt a bit. They are cute, and I will keep trying.

These shoes are so cute. I really wanted to keep them but have tried a size down and still that strap that goes over my arch is about and inch too long, so the strap just sticks up in the air away from my foot. Too bad, great style.

These shoes look very comfortable, and they would be except that one shoe (the right) is much larger than the other. It's too bad because I loved them.

Love I want another pair in a different color. I was looking for a flip-flop alternative to treat my feet better and Crocs hit it on the nose with these. :)

I bought these shoes for my mother. She has to wear sneakers all of the time because her feet are always hurting. She wears these sandals all day and they don't hurt her feet and they look much cuter then sneakers.

I love my Crocs Patricia shoes. I can not wear shoes without a heel strap, so these and the wedge heel are perfect. I have hunted everywhere for comfortable sandals like these and Zappos was fast and easy to work with. Thank you.

Like walking on a cloud, so comfortable. Wear them all day and hardly ever have to change before day is over. Helps my back so much.

I love these shoes! I had to try two different pair to get the right size, but when I did, they're very comfortable. Thank you Zappos for not giving up on me while I was searching for the right pair!

These sandals are amazingly comfortable. They stay on and your feet don't slip around even though it's all plastic. The soles are so springy you feel like you're getting a real workout on a brisk walk. They were narrower than I expected, which is great for me as I have narrow feet, but they might be a bit tight for others. I don't want summer to end - I enjoy wearing them almost every day.

I recently went on a hiking holiday in Ireland. The only shoes I took were these sandals and my Zamberlan hiking boots. When I was not hiking I wore these sandals walking everywhere - beach, city, roads. So comfortable every step.

Almost perfect. I admired my friend's pair and was happy to find they come in size 4. Then found them at Zappos! They're easy on and off, great because we remove our shoes inside. Only complaint is that the first strap is tight so my pinkie feels squeezed. But it's bearable. Wouldn't wear them for a long day of walking though.

I read the reviews before I ordered the shoes so I ordered them a full size smaller. They fit well and are comfortable. A bit snug but certainly far from a size too small. I'm glad I ordered the smaller size. They look cute on my huge feet which is a feat in itself.

I love my Crocs Patrician Wedge Sandal. They are my second pair of Crocs Patricia. They fit my hard-to-fit, wide feet very well and have comfortably walked through a number of airports. I have a high arch and appreciated the moderate arch in this shoe. I will definitely order more.

I love these. I bought a pair in Hawaii last year and they are the perfect travel shoes. You can wear them to the beach or out to dinner. They are so comfortable, too. I have worn them all day sight seeing and shopping. They are quite stylish, too. I have gotten a lot of compliments on them. They make my feet look pretty. They are easy to slide in and slide out. I have worn them so much that I have worn them out. They are starting to look scurfy. I am getting a new pair.

Nice comfy feel; however, toe area different shape than in picture. I need a square toebed and have difficulty holding shoe on after surgery on back. Loss of strength in ankle thought I could hold these on...guess I have to stick to my fav MaryJanes for now.
