LOVE this shoe! It's super comfortable and very lightweight. I went with everyone's recommendation and ordered a size up - they fit perfectly! I have a wide foot and this shoe fits well. I highly recommend them!

These definitely do run small in length. These are one size up from my normal Dansko size (truer to my usual European size in other brands). More of a heel than the low clogs, so not quite the therapeutic feel, but they seem as if they will be pretty comfortable, if not walk-for-miles comfortable. I love the color (natural) and can't wait for spring!

This style fits similar to most Danskos, and the leather is beautifully colored. But be aware that if you have very long or high arches, the vamp may require a bit of stretching!

Very cute and comfortable! I have a wider foot and they fit fine. But, I was looking for something with a little more heel height, so I will be returning these.

As others have said this is a tight shoe. But they are so cute I took the chance. I did use the method mentioned in another review of stretching them with thick socks and a hair dryer. Like all Danskos the foot support is excellent and I once stretched, I can walk and stand in these all day long. I did not buy a size up because I wanted the length to be right even when the leather stretched and my usual size is just right now.

I love the style of these shoes!! I get compliments on them all the time. I love Danskos and need supportive, closed-toe shoes for my job in healthcare. These are still summery, but meet the closed-toe requirement. I really like them, but can only wear them on days when I don't have a full schedule where I am on my feet all day. The lack of flexibility in the wooden sole is the culprit in this I think. However, I would still give them four stars overall as they are so cute!

Not as comfortable as other Danskos, but really cute.

These are cute shoes and I love the style. However, I was not aware that these have a true wooden sole and are incredibly awkward to walk in. They are very stiff and have no flex in the arch. They also are loud on wooden and tile floors. I assumed the wooden bottom was the simulated rubber dansko has used in previous shoes.

I received this in the mail yesterday and so wished that I would love them. Unfortunately, what many others indicated, they do run narrow, and the wide band across the top of the foot was very tight. They also made a loud "clip clop" noise when I walked. So I decided to return them.

Love these, really comfy, cute and the color is versatile. Just wanted to leave a note about sizing to help other shoppers - I wear size 10 womens (regular) and ordered both the 40 and 41. The 40 was just a little too snug and my heel hung off the back a smidge. The 41 fit perfectly, so I would recommend this size to other size 10 women!

I just ordered my third pair of these. I love the style and they're so comfortable. My only complaint is that the sole of one shoe of each of my previous pairs cracked beneath the arch after several months of regular (but not strenuous) wear. Dansko replaced them, no questions asked, so I've re-upped for another round. I wish they could solve the cracking issue, but I don't want to face Spring without these shoes! I wear them everywhere, with everything!

I love Dansko shoes. So with saying that these shoes seemed a tad narrow. If you are buying Dansko because you have bunions and stand all day for work (like me), you may wish to size up...I toughed it out and worked on stretching them. I do receive tons of compliments when I wear them.

I absolutely loved these shoes the minute I got them out of the box. I loved the colors that they were available in and I wish all of there shoes came in these fun hues. I was unsure about the height at first, but the cushioned insoles really were comfortable and I wore them only at work. The styling is eye catching, I received compliments all the time. I felt so lucky to have found shoes that I could wear without needing to change midday. I ordered an orange pair then a basic black, and I alternated them each day at work (I wore sneakers to work), after nine months one of the orange shoes cracked, and by the end of the day nearly broke in half. Needless to say I was unhappy. However I called Zappos' customer service and they got me a replacement. They are wonderful! I got then within a couple of days (different color as orange was discontinued) and I was very happy. Subsequently I ordered two more pairs. However now just over a year of wearing the black and about six months of having the tan both have broken. I believe it may be a design issue due to the thin layers in the arch cutout. Anyway I am sorry that this is a bummer, because I adore the shoes - but be aware that they will not last.

I bought these shoes as an alternative to heels on a trip to France. They look better on than in the pics, cute, stylish, I thought they would be versatile enough and comfortable to be in all day. I have since worn them a few times and they are very comfortable, but I am wavering a bit on the trip. Not sure of how my feet will hold up as they are pretty stiff (wood, duh) Nice foot bed, but still WOOD. I am keeping them but for a heavy duty walking trip, not convinced.

Really like Dansko Thea. The toe box gives plenty of room without being too sloppy for the heel height. Compared to the Maisie it's just a little dressier although I think the quality on Maisie is better. I work most of the day at a standing desk and find them to be supportive and not too high.

I absolutely love this shoe. Great for work and casual. They do run narrow but for me are a great fit. I bought three pairs!

I'm a fairly standard - and fairly narrow 8.5. I just received my black Dansko Theas and unbeknownst to me I ordered the 40s, rather than the 39s - and I'm so glad I did. On my small foot they're a tad large, but on my big foot my big toe occasionally grazes the end. Having a slender heel, I have the straps on the last hole and may at some point need to add one. If you're on the fence about the shoes, order them! They're incredibly cute and comfy. I'd been looking at them for a year and I'm so glad I finally bit the bullet and snagged them at the sale price. I wasn't sure about them when I opened the box, but after playing dress up in my closet, I was able to see how they'll add a funky-ness to my everyday clothes - and they look amazing with a pair of harem pants I've been struggling to find the right shoes for. Just be sure to order the next size up.

These are beautiful shoes, that I had an extremely difficult time sizing to my feet. Even with Zappos awesome return policy which allows you to try on more than one size at at time without being charged twice for the shoe, my feet are an 8.5 and they fell right between the 38 and 39. Dansko does not make half sizes in this shoe so I had to choose the size range 8.5-9 (39) in order to be in my range and they were too large for me (straps were too loose and the sole did not match up with my arch but the toe box fit). The 38s were too small (soles fit perfectly to my foot but the toe box was much too small). The traditional Dansko sizing that worked for clogs does not work well for these high heeled shoes which require a more precise fit. They should most definitely make half sizes in these particular shoes.

Beautiful shoes, sturdier and better quality than I expected - unfortunately, they were basically an entire size too big. I don't get all the reviews that say they are true to size or small. I wear a 7 and I ordered the 37 and they felt more like an 8 - the middle strap hung loosely around my foot and there wasn't a chance they were going to fit even with an insole. So, I'll have to return them. So disappointed. Hopefully the smaller size won't be too awkward.

I ordered the same size I have used for Dansko for years - but, my big toe bumped the inside of the tip and getting a larger size would mean I would swim in the shoe. So I am returning it. You were out of stock on the Birkenstock sandal I really wanted - so I guess I'll try to order that again.

I was so excited to get these shoes in the nude color. They really blend in well with a slightly tanned leg and make your legs look really long. The padded footbed is so soft. The leather is quality, thick, and soft inside and out. As other reviewers have mentioned, they are slightly narrower than the clogs, which I thought was great since I need thick socks with my clogs to wear them comfortably. These babies fit a medium- to narrow-foot to a tee! The dealbreaker for me is that the turned-up toe style combined with the height just made my foot that has had toe surgery ache. Not good. These will be a beautiful sandal that will last some other lucky lady without foot issues many happy summers. I am sending them back with a heavy heart.

I dig these shoes. I don't wear heels really and these are higher than regular Danskos. My only beef is that they feel rather wooden-my walk is so noisy now. They are comfortable and I like wearing them, but I just wish they weren't so loud. Oh! And they are scary to wear on cobblestone. :)

I bought these shoes for work because I work in health care and I need shoes that cover my toes. These shoes are incredibly comfortable, even straight out of the box. I think they may have rubbed my pinky toes a little bit the first day I wore them, but they have fit like a dream ever since, and I am on my feet a lot at work. The heel is super cute. I do wish the thick cross-strap were a little narrower, as I think that would make them a little more flattering for my somewhat thick ankles. But overall I have been very pleased to not be dying to take my shoes off as soon as I get home from work. I bought a more casual pair of Dansko sandals for every day wear, and they are fabulous as well.

I got my normal size...this shoe is a little tight compared to other style of Danksos. I own almost 10 pairs of Danskos (shoes, boot, and sandals). I also got the tangerine color. It is more of a muted orange, not a brighter orange like I wanted.

These are very clogg-y. The material is a little bulky and it's hard to see the cute design on the bottom. They are SUPER comfortable, though. Feels larger.
