Very comfortable and stylish!

I wear a European size 40, but after reading the helpful reviews, I ordered a 41. It fit beautifully. I loooove the red in this shoe. It makes me happy every time I even look at it. The foot bed is cushioned, but the sole is sturdy so your foot isn't slightly rotating as you walk which causes my legs to feel tired and cramped at the end of the day. I am ordering another pair in a different color today. Probably wear them all winter...even if it ever snows again.

I LOVE these Danskos this is a duplicate of a pair I bought > 20 years ago! It’s got terrific support and I always get complements when I wear them!

This was the perfect nude color I was looking for. Unfortunately, the section around the toes was tight. Otherwise a comfortable shoe. Thank you Zappos!

Fit great, very comfortable. These are so cute! Hard to find nice red shoes.

I like the style and support, but my toes are periodically rubbing the front of the shoe. I usually wear an 8, and the page marketed the 39 as in-between a 8.5-9, so I bought it to be safe. The next is a 40 (9.5-10)... That's 2 sizes bigger than my regular shoe size. Help!!?

I love these clogs! I wear a size 8.5-9 shoe, and I have narrow long feet. I sized up based on the reviews to size 40. The length feels right, but the top of the shoe and the strap feel big. They’re still very comfortable and I love them, but I have to tighten the strap all the way. There’s a lot of space in the top of the shoe but they don’t rub or give me blisters. I don’t think the 39 would be long enough, and I wish there was an in between option, but I’m still very happy with them. These seem like they’d be good for someone with wide feet. The red color is so lovely and goes with a surprising wide variety of outfits.

I have very high arches and have had both knees replaced. From the moment I put theses on I noticed a huge improvement in my comfort while standing and walking. I will definitely purchase another color or similar Dansko shoe. I wear an 8 1/2 shoe and the 39 fits great. The toe box is comfortably wide and doesn’t cut into my foot. With high arches that is often an issue. The blue denim color matches many shades of jeans and looks great with boot cut as well as skinny jeans.

Just what I'd expect from the Dansko brand that I've been wearing for almost 20 years.

I LOVE Danskos. I have had many pairs over the years. I am a culinary professional and have had many pairs for use in the kitchen. They are comfortable, durable, and solid. But this pair is for dressing up and going out! I like that they have all the support and durability and yet they are cute. I can wear these for hours and walk in them and they do not kill my feet as with other shoes that I may wear to dress up. Admittedly, they are basic looking but sometimes basic can be a nice look, too! I highly recommend.

Absolutely love these and are true to what I expect of the Dansko brand.

The top of the shoe where it covered my toes was a bit tight where it met my foot. I returned them. It might’ve stretched over time but I want my shoes to fit out of the box now. I recall maybe 5 years ago I had two pairs that I wore all the time. The toe bed had plenty of room, though.

Needs more inside padding

I'm not enjoying these shoes as much as I thought I would based on reviews. I have a normal width foot and the size seems fine - I'm usually a 6.5-7 so I purchased a 37. They fit fine and were comfortable around the house but I test drove them out in the world today and they are just ok. Great arch support and bottoms feel great but sides of feet like my pink toes were rubbed by leather and it doesn't feel good. Hoping the leather softens but maybe should have gone up a size but then maybe foot would have too much room.

I typically take a 38 in Dansko Sam, but for this particular shoe I needed a 39. Glad I read the previous reviews about sizing. It is a great shoe if you have narrower feet.

I so wanted this shoe to work!! The edge of the toe covering hit the top of my foot - knew if I wore them a full work day, I’d have a blister there. This was a long shot as typically with Danskos I have to go up 2-3 European sizes to wear their clogs (I wear a US size 12, so unfortunately that makes it so I can’t buy their women’s shoes). I would definitely recommend Dansko and if you have smaller feet, this particular shoe. Thought it would look great with skirts/dresses and even pants.

Very comfortable, cushioned footbed. Good room in the toe box. Red is slightly deeper/darker than pictured. I wear an 8 - 8.5 and the 39 fits well, but my toes are close to the front. Sturdy and cute shoes.

Love the colors. I own several Danskos and I am a size larger in this style. Toe box feels snug my regular size.

Simply said, wonderful shoe. My feet are screaming with JOY! I ordered my size of 8 1/2. Others said they ran short and I agree. Ordered 9 1/2-10 and they are perfect.

These are the best shoes EVER! I have been buying a new pair every fall for years. I work 70-80 per week as teacher and a server. My feet NEVER feel sore, and I can outlast servers thirty years younger than me. They are much more comfortable, and durable than athletic shoes. You can wear them with pants, jeans, skirts and even shorts. I get compliments on them every week. I cannot say enough good things about these shoes! I wear them without socks all summer. I even spill things in them, and regularly get them wet. I have absolutely no problem with odor, or with my feet feeling sweaty. They are overall the most amazing shoes and if you've never tried them, they are WELL worth the investment.

Sadly, I had to return these. Also the only pair of Danskos that have resulted in severe foot and toe discomfort. I wore them around my house for part of a day and ended up with debilitating blisters. So glad I could return them, but I will have to search for another closed toe cute Dansko shoe.

This is a classic Dansko shoe. I love the support. The Taupe color is neutral which I like. I am a classic 7 M in size and the 37 fit really well.

Just have to add that The Dansko Sam has a different kind of material under the foot than the usual Dansko. The material under the Dansko Sam is like a faux suade, so I'm not sure how foot smell will hold up by the end of the day when not wearing socks or other kind of stocking. I do wish the Dansko Sam was made with something that's wasn't faux suade under the foot. But other than this, it's a lovely shoe.
