I love these shoes! I am on my feet all day and they are so comfortable but also stylish. I bought a size 37 even though I'm usually a 7.5 shoe size. I got a lot of compliments on these shoes and would buy them in another color!

I like the style of this shoe and it is very comfy. I got both size 41 and 42. I'm a size 11 and the 42 is a better fit for me.

I have been wearing a pair of Marcelle clogs off and on for about 10 years until they finally needed a repair that wasn't possible. Until now those were the only shoes that didn't aggravate my plantar fasciitis. I decided to try these shoes hoping that they would be just as good. They are! They are as well constructed as all Dansko shoes and I have worn them all day at work, 2 days in a row, with absolutely no trouble. I walk about 1.5-2 miles each day to and from work and I both walk and sit at work. These are wonderful shoes. I ordered them in the same size as my Marcelle clogs, size 40 and the fit was great. I was concerned at first because the ankle strap on the right shoe was very hard to buckle. I had it on the last hole and it was very tight. I considered going up a size but the rest of the shoe fit great. I figured I would take a chance that the leather would stretch after wear and it did. After one day of wear I can now buckle both shoes easily and the straps are no longer tight, just comfortable. If you have a high arch you might have the same issue. I definitely recommend these shoes.

These are my 2nd pair of Danskos after falling in love with my pink Professional clogs. I wanted to love them but didn't. For some odd reason, they made my feet look fat, and I think I have pretty narrow-to-normal-sized feet. They were comfy, but not MIND-blowingly so. I think I'm gonna return them and get another pair of Professionals :)

As a Dansko wearer for over 15 years, I'm disappointed in these shoes. The length was pretty true to size. I'm a 6.5 and the size 37 fit properly. The toe box, however, is gigantic with way too much room, and a huge gap between the top of my foot and the shoe. Good for a clog, not good for a sandal. There were also visible scratches on each shoe. The overall construction was lesser quality than I expect from Dansko.

I love the look of this shoe; can be worn with everything but cocktail dresses. I own at least 10 pair of Dansko but, as to comfort, these aren't my favorites. Because the foot bed is inflexible, it's not a good shoe for me to wear for walking around or being on my feet all day. (Oddly, this is not true with the Professional clog.) Also, I have a very narrow foot, often have to put a gel pad in the toe area. This forces my foot up against the leather which isn't soft, or flexible, so, again, not great on comfort.

This shoes are very comfortable. Wore them all day out of the box and have seen a lot of action in one weekend. I needed something other than sneakers for running around with my toddler.

These shoes are awesome. Took some time to break in but well worth it. I ordered my usual Dansko size and they fit perfect.

Bought the Dansko Sam in sand and absolutely love them. They are great for spring, so comfortable and cute with everything!

This is my second pair of Dansko Sam's. I ordered the black pair first and loved them so much that I returned for the sand dollar. I truly think that I could discard all of the other pairs of black shoes I have in my closet, although I likely will not. I love the sand dollar color just as much, and they could go with anything.

Bone spurs on top of my big toe made these unbearable- couldn't get my foot in them. They are much narrower in the toe box than the professionals, which I wear and live. So sad - they are super cute and comfy foot bed. Returning

This has always been my favorite Dansko style and I was bummed out when it wasn't in the line up last year. I have a wide foot, sometimes needing a E width, and many Dansko styles that fit initially end up destroying my feet by the end of the day. This one fits perfectly. It can be dressed up or down and holds up to miles of walking each day.

For my work, I must wear closed-toed shoes. I was looking for a summer option and being on my feet all day appreciate the comfort with Dansko shoes. They're not the most stylish shoes, but very comfortable and I am happy with this purchase.

I absolutely love these shoes. I was looking for closed toe summer shoes for work .. It is way more difficult to fine closed toe summer shoes appropriate for office attire. Add in the fact that I have a size 12 foot that is quite wide. Double the trouble of finding a cute shoe. I will order the other colors for sure. If anyone knows of another cute wide closed to shoe for work....I am open for suggestions.

I love these, they are my first pair of danskos and I'm very happy! I work on my feet 8 hrs a day and these stand up. The only complaint I have is the first week of wearing them, the leather on the straps rubbed a bit, but they are almost broken in now and no more rubbing!

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I love that I can wear them to work with a dress or just as easily with jeans.

This must be the 10th pair of Danskos I've purchased in the last 20 years. As usual the fit beautifully right out of the box. I wore them to an event where I was standing for 8 hours the day after receiving them and my feet didn't hurt at all. Cute, stylish and easy to dress up or down. I love them!

I absolutely love these shoes. I have worn Dansko's clogs for several years - I am a physician so I need shoes that are comfortable for being on my feet all day. I was looking to expand my style options for warmer weather so I took a chance on this style. The shoe is still appropriate to wear to work but I have also enjoyed wearing them on my days off. They look great with jeans, leggings, khakis...everything. I love the nude sand color - it's so versatile and (maybe this is in my head) I feel that it makes my legs look longer too. I have gotten so many compliments on these shoes. In regards to the size and fit, I wear a 40 (size 9.5-10 in US sizes) and they fit true to size. I personally haven't had problems with my toes rubbing against the front of the shoe or any of the straps digging into my foot. The leather is soft and the foot pad is cushy enough but still supportive. I didn't have to "break them in" at all. Also, the wood-patterned sole adds some visual interest and they look more modern, not dowdy or "old fashioned" at all. If you're looking for a comfortable multi-season neutral-colored shoe then I really recommend giving these a try. On a side note, I did apply some Kiwi leather lotion to the shoes when I first got them to keep the leather supple and repel stains.

I love Danskos! They are as comfortable as running shoes and don't wear down as fast. I've had many pairs- because new styles are fun! I love Zappos, too: Because Danskos are handmade, each pair is just slightly different. I ordered several pairs of 2 sizes to see which size and specific pair fit best. Once I nailed down the right size, I tried on each pair in that size to see which was most comfortable. I was able to put them on and go- no breaking in. I have worn these with and without socks, depending on the weather. And, I wore them on two recent trips from the Northeast in February to southern CA and FL. It was great to land and slip off the socks! I wear them with capris or ankle pants, skirts, some shorts, jeans, everything basically. They are like ballet flats, but much more comfortable. The nude color on my pale skin is nice- I was looking for this color.

Pretty shoe and idea, but too tight around wide part of foot/toes. I usually wear 38 wide. Wish it came in wide, my bunion can't take the heat. Returning it, sadly.

Awesome shoes. These are my third pair of Danskos and they do not disappoint. So comfortable plus they look great with skirts, jeans, ankle pant and dress pants!

These are the perfect color, match everything and are a great multi-purpose shoe. Good with pants or skirts, spring or fall, walking a lot or just going out to dinner, formal or casual. Total win!

I'm writing this review for anyone else who may need a breathable shoe. This sandal is very cute, but as another reviewer noted, the lining is not breathable. I put on one of the shoes and sat on the sofa working for 10 minutes- my foot was already starting to sweat. I have health issues that require me to stay as cool as possible, and this shoe is not going to facilitate that. A couple of other notes- I have a wide toe box and normal heel, and these sandals fit perfectly (which made me even more bummed about the lining!)...they also felt very secure and stable, which makes me think they'd be great for walking.
